Chapter 21
“Wh---What are you doing here?” I asked, not sure about how I was feeling, on seeing him out of the blue.
“I’m on my way to meet few people at work,” he gave me a small smile and I nodded, not knowing what to say.
This was so awkward.
“Well, have fun. I should get going,” I was about to walk past him when he blocked my way.
“Wait, Emma.” I looked at him in confusion while he rubbed the back of his head in hesitation.
“How are you?” he asked, shoving his hands in his pocket. I noticed that he still looked good with this dirty blond hair that fell on his eyes and he seemed to have grown a beard.
“Fine,” I replied, giving him a small smile to be polite.
“I’ve missed you,” he looked straight into my eyes and I scoffed at his response.
“Yeah, sure.” I attempted to walk past him again but once again tried to block my way and I was getting pissed.
“What the fuck, Justin?” I hissed in anger.
“Let’s hang out sometime, for like coffee or something, to catch up,” he paused, making me glare at him, “Just as friends if that’s what you want,” he held his hand up in defense and I shook my head.
“Goodbye, Justin,” I walked past his, feeling annoyed. I didn’t want to do anything with him and it didn't seem like he was on his way to meet people at work.
Asshole.
I drove to my house, feeling exhausted and just wanted to curl up on my bed with my man. Seeing, Justin today made me realize that I felt nothing for him. When I was with him, I never felt the intensity of what Austin and I had. I wasted my time being with him and missed seeing the signs that he lost interest in me a long time ago. God knows, for how long he was cheating on me. I sighed and pulled up into my driveway to see Austin’s car already parked in front of my house. I smiled, forgetting about everything and rushed to the door.
Once I was inside, I heard some rustling in the kitchen. I removed my heels and threw my bag on the couch, walking towards the source of the sound to find Austin, cooking? I didn’t know he could cook.
“Hey,” I went closer as a pungent smell filled my nostrils. He turned around, with a huge grin on his face, and pulled me closer, taking my lips immediately. I melted against him, letting out a low moan. He wrapped his arms around my waist and his hands were buried deep inside my hair. I moaned against his lips louder this time as I felt his cock, brushing against the thin material of my skirt.
“Fuck, I missed you so much, sweetheart.” he pulled back and breathed out, making me smile.
“I missed you too,” I held his shirt tightly while he turned off the stove and placed me on top of the counter. I gasped at his sudden action and laughed as he nuzzled my neck.
“Easy there, tiger.” I purred as he nibbled my earlobe, placing wet kisses below my ears.
“I had a rough day, baby,” he murmured against my neck and I ran my hands through his hairs in a comforting manner.
“I know,” I whispered as he pulled my shirt that was tucked inside my skirt.
“Have I told you how hot you look in your work clothes?” he asked, his deep voice, dripping with sex.
“All the time,” I breathed heavily. He undid his cufflinks and rolled up the sleeves of his dress shirt, making the veins on his forearms visible. Fuck, It was the hottest thing I’ve ever seen. I bit my lips, looking at him with raw need while he ripped my shirt apart.
“I think that’s the fourth piece of clothing that you have ripped, in this week alone,” I teased him while he cupped my boobs, massaging them.
“It’s covering what’s mine,” he growled against my ear and I loved this wild animalistic side of him. I shuddered in delight as he pushed my skirt up to reveal my panties.
“I’ve been thinking about this all day,” he groaned at the sight of my red lace underwear and removed it swiftly with his skilled hands. He smelled the come off my panties which was such an erotic sight to watch.
“So wet and dirty, only for me,” he traced the length of my wet pussy and immediately pulled out his cock from his slacks. He rubbed his hard cock against the length of my pussy, making me pull out his hair in frustration.
“If you don’t fuck me in two seconds, I’ll kill you,” I whispered in his ears, making him chuckle. He pushed himself in with a grunt, wrapping my legs around his waist.
“Good boy,” I smirked as he grabbed a fist full of my hair and slammed into me with full force, his deep gaze never leaving mine. It was so fucking hot and erotic. I arched my back as I was about to come.
“Faster.....” I cried out aloud as he spread my legs wider and buried his face in the crook of my neck. I cried out his name as I came, panting heavily.
“Jesus Christ, you feel so fucking good,” he moaned in pleasure and that’s when I realized we didn’t use protection.
Holy shit!
“Austin....take it out,” I panicked but it was already too late.
Fuck.
“Did I hurt you, baby?” he asked with a concerned look on his face.
“You didn’t wear a condom,” I breathed out as I pushed my hair out of my face.
“I’m clean, sweetheart. You don’t have to worry,” he pecked my lips but I pulled myself back, rolling my eyes at his dumbness.
“I---I’m not on the pill,” I blurted, making his eyes go wide and I swallowed hard, afraid that he might freak out.
“I’ll get you the morning after pill, it should be fine right?” he asked with a doubtful look on his face.
“Yeah,” I muttered under my breath with a worried look on my face.
“Don’t worry, sweetheart.” He smiled and pulled me closer. I looked into those hazel eyes and relaxed instantly.
“Jerk,” I hit him on his shoulders while he winced.
“I couldn't help it, you felt so good without a condom, baby. I’m so sorry I got carried away,” he apologized, with a small smile, tugging at the corner of his lips.
“Yeah, it was even better without a condom,” I admitted, wrapping my arms around his neck.
“I don’t think that’s edible,” he pointed to the food on the stove, scratching the back of his head in embarrassment.
He looked so fucking adorable.
“Yeah, I knew it the moment I entered the kitchen,” I laughed, teasing him.
“The things you make me do,” he sighed and continued, “Only for you,” he smiled, tracing my bottom lip with his thumb. I wanted to tell him that I loved him right then and there but instead I pulled him in for a kiss, swallowing back my words.
“I’ll go buy us dinner and the pill,” he pecked my lips one last time and walked out of the kitchen. I sighed and got down from the counter, picking up my ripped shirt from the floor. I decided to take a nice hot shower and made my way towards the bedroom.
The next day was, as usual, I dragged myself to work feeling lazy as it was Friday. I realized that I didn’t tell Austin about seeing Justin yesterday and mentally made a note to tell him.
“Hey, Emma. Are you coming for lunch?” Liam asked me as I was busy faxing the documents.
“I have to work Liam and I think Austin will be taking me out for lunch, you guys go ahead,” I spoke without, looking at him and Anna.
"Alright, see ya." I heard them walking away and my stomach growled for food. I needed to eat but I was piled up with work today and didn’t even get a chance to see my phone. I realized that the floor was almost empty, except for a few people and decided to head out. I felt a large shadow looming over my head and jerked back in my seat, startled by the unexpected figure standing behind my desk.
“Jesus, Dylan, you scared me.” I held my poor heart and took a deep breath to calm myself. I got up from my cubicle, collecting my bag and phone to head out for lunch. I unlocked my phone to see a few missed calls from Austin.
Shit.
I must have kept my phone in silent mode by mistake. I was about to walk out when a pair of strong arms pulled me back, making me turn around.
“What are you doing?” I looked up at Dylan who had a furious look on his face.
“I saw you with a guy in the parking lot yesterday, Is he the one that you are seeing? Because if you are, I’m way better than him, Emma.” He spoke as his grip on my arms tightened.
“You are hurting me, Dylan. Let go,” I hissed in pain and just when I was about to kick him in his balls, a fist came flying in his face and he stumbled back on his feet.
“Get your filthy hands off her, asshole,” Austin growled behind me and I sighed in relief. Dylan held his nose in pain and walked out before giving Austin a death glare.
“Austin..” I started but he stopped me.
“Who was he talking about?” he asked as he shrugged off the hand that he used to punch.
Shit, he heard that.
I swallowed hard, not knowing how to tell him, without making it sound bad.
“Well, It just slipped my mind, yesterday and I was going to tell you today, it’s probably nothi---,” he interrupted me before I could complete the sentence.
“Who?” He asked in a dangerously low voice, making me gulp at his tone.
“It was Justin, we just ran into each other. It was honestly nothing, Austin.” I took a step closer towards him but he held out his hand, stopping me.
“Don’t,” he swallowed hard and looked up to meet my gaze, “I’m out of here,” he said with no emotion in his voice and walked away while I stood there in shock.
