1044 Bathtub



Xu Lan thought about it carefully. She had indeed bought too many things over the past few months. In the future, she would buy less and only get necessities for the children.

"Then let me know whenever you need to buy things for the children. I'll go and buy it for them," Xu Lan said generously.

However, such a wooden bathtub needed to be cleaned thoroughly every time after taking a bath. It was time-consuming and laborious. Therefore, Qiao Mei was currently using the most commonly found tiled bathtub.

In her current condition, it was inconvenient for her to go in and out of the bathtub and she needed Xia He's help to do that. It would be disastrous if she were to have a fall.

Just like that, they lived in peace for three to four days. It was rare that nothing happened and everyone had a few nice and quiet days. The backyard house was very lively though. For some reason, Qian'e started quarreling with Zheng Peng again and they bickered every day over all kinds of trivial matters.

The two of them quarreled all the time and the reasons for their fights were all very childish. However, they would always reconcile the day after they squabbled, like two little kids.

Xia He leaned against the pillar in the backyard corridor and watched the two people bickering. The longer she watched, the more she found it interesting. She did not even notice that Qiao Mei had been standing behind her for a long time.
