Raging Like The Wind.
Jack's POV.
"What the hell did you think you were doing over there Jack !!? You want to hit your wife?" Doctor Albert yelled out as he felt like hitting Jack's head to the wall .
He just couldn't stand the fact that Jack had felt so crazy enough to have wanted to beat up his wife for what they both did.
"Hit!? Did you say hit? I was willing to strangle the life out of her so that the child wouldn't survive, Doctor. I can't even have a baby that isn't matured yet Doctor!! What will my parents say? What will my friends say to me? How do you expect them to see me? A joke?"
Jack bellowed as he felt enraged. He just wished he didn't even have to know that she was going to have the child as a stillbirth.
"Are you insane Jack? Do you even care about your wife Abby? She loves you so much to have even been strong for you." The doctor yelled out as he tried making Jack see reasons with him.
He was going to make Jack get the actual sense he deserved by all means.
"loves me?" Jack humphed as he rolled his eyes and looked away.
"Abby doesn't love me.. she said it herself.. and who knows, maybe she just accepted to get married to me because of her pregnancy!!" Jack mentioned with his blood boiling.
He sure wasn't himself at that point and the doctor could tell that Jack was really mad at the fact that Abby had drunk a lot at the party .
The doctor didn't want to cause any more trouble between the both love birds. He didn't want any more arguments that would lead to hitting Abby so he had to mellow down in order to Soothe Jack.
He went closer to where Jack was standing and raging as usual. It was obvious that Jack could go insane and hit him so he had to keep a few steps away from him.
"Listen Jack, there is no way you are going to take out that baby from Abby's womb without killing her. She collapsed at the wedding because of this and now, you are threatening her? I thought you loved her?" Doctor Albert uttered in a low still voice that had immediately sunk into Jack's head.
He turned to look at Doctor Albert who was only trying to be of good help to him with a regretful look in his eyes.
"If age doesn't love you Jack, she wouldn't even accept your proposal to be your wife! Don't you get it?" Albert added as he took one more step closer to Jack .
Jack blinked his eyes and instantly felt bad for treating someone he claimed he loved like he didn't care.
"I was only trying to make her see reasons with me Doctor.. I didn't want any of this to happen! I only took her to the club that night to celebrate our engagement but…. But she had a lot to drink and my question is why!!?" His voice suddenly increased as he stressed his last statement.
"Why what Jack? You should have stopped her when you had the chance to. You both are to be blamed and not just her!" Doctor Albert mentioned as he took another step closer.
He was doing this so Jack wouldn't flame up and probably hit him thinking he was going to attack him (Jack).
Jack watched him take a step after a statement but that wasn't his problem at that point.
Jack was still trying to fight the complicated thoughts that were going on in his head when suddenly, a thought popped into his head.
He paused for a while as he tilted his head to the right, with his eyes fixed on the table in Albert's office.
It was a well designed wooden table but that wasn't the reason why Jack was steadily gazing at the table.
Albert had kept on watching how Jack was reacting after he had the feeling of guilt in him and from the look of things, it was clear that Jack had a negative feeling in his head that wouldn't just leave.
"Jack? Jack, are you okay?" Albert asked as he tried making Jack open up to him.
"Oh.. sorry Doctor I didn't get your statement.. could you by chance replicate because I'm about to go insane right now doctor" Jack asserted as Doctor Albert watched him tighten his fist like he was about to give someone a blow.
"I see you have something else to think about, so it would be best I keep my questions to myself Jack" Albert turned to leave his office.
He just couldn't stay in the same room or office with Jack anymore.
Just like Abby had said to the doctor, Jack wasn't the crazy or insane kind so seeing how he had this rage boiling up in him at every little chance he gets was quite alarming.
Jack hurriedly gripped Mr. Albert's wrist and pulled him back into his office.
"I don't get it Doctor, are you scared of me or something?" Jack probed as he still held Albert's wrist.
"If I was scared Jack, I would have tied you up a long time ago and not let you touch me" Albert pulled his hand out of Jack's grip immediately.
He was no longer comfortable staying with Jack knowing that he had this negative thought about her pregnancy at every little chance he had.
Hearing what Albert had said to him made him recall when he had Abby's sweet body laying on him.
'All these are happening because of her? I should have lived a quiet life then' Jack said Inwardly as his gaze never left Doctor Albert.
"What else do you want from me Jack? I need to leave" Albert affirmed shortly with a straight face.
Jack knew he had to say something to Doctor Albert since he had basically all the information that was based on Abby's life now.
He wasn't going to hide what his thoughts were anymore from the doctor.
Jack just had to come out plain with what he had to say about his wife's pregnancy at that moment.
"Why do I have this feeling that Abby doesn't want to have this baby Doctor?" Jack alleged with his guttural voice which had made his statement look so real to Doctor Albert at that point.
"Abby shouldn't be that way. Maybe she wasn't sure when she drank. That shouldn't make you think she was going to kill the child in her womb Jack" The doctor declared with a Feigned smile on his face and a doubtful look in his eyes.
"What if that…." Jack was going to say something when suddenly, The door to Albert's office was pushed open with full force.
Doctor Albert and Jack were shocked the moment the door opened without their notice.
"What are you doing here?. Why were you running?" Doctor Albert questioned as he looked tense.
It was nurse Mira. She was the nurse in charge of Abby that afternoon since Jack had injured the previous nurses.
She had a message for the doctor but seeing how she ran so fast and so long, she couldn't say a word clearly.
She placed her both hands on her knees which made it look like she was bowing down to both of them.
Mira was still trying to catch her breath but Panting wouldn't just end up dying her.
"Can you just tell me your reasons for coming in here??!!" Albert flamed up like he was going to hit her if she had refused to talk to him.
"Sir… sir it's Abby!! Abby is.. Abby is …"
"Fuck!!!!" The doctor stormed out of his office immediately knowing that something was wrong with Abby and Jack wasn't going to care.
