~Lou Wilson~
Today was the day. Finally, after almost three weeks, I would see someone from my family again. I admit. Three weeks is not very long. However, I only had a little time to say goodbye before I moved here with Luan.
I got ready in my assigned room in the pack house. I combed my long dark blond locks and made up my dark circles away.
I hated to admit it, but somehow I missed Arian. Even if the distance came from me now, my body longed for it. He was only too happy to show me this by lack of sleep. Or else I start dreaming about him and how he uses his long hot rod-
ok enough I could already feel my core starting to throb. It's better if I don't think about it now. The way Arian gives me fast and hard-
Oh shit.
I could already feel the moisture through my thin panties. Arian always made it too...even when he's not there.
Treacherous body!
Trying not to think about it anymore, I quickly changed into a pair of simple jeans and a black blouse and then made my way to the ballroom.
As an exception, I had today off. The few pregnant wolves, the injured warriors or other pack members who have been injured during training sometimes manage to spend a day without me. In addition, as many pack members as possible should be present in the large hall. When the other Alphas arrived from all over the world.
The ballroom was a few hundred yards from the packhouse. On the way there I met many pack members jumping around excitedly. I greeted everyone I passed in a good mood.
My mood had improved since I knew that my father, and with him maybe my mother, would be here soon. I had so much need to talk, especially with my mother. Maybe she could also give me some advice about Arian, because I was really conflicted about that.
Before Arian made his official assumption of restoring the Mateband, it was somehow easier not to yearn for him. But since he did that, I kept getting these dreams that I didn't want to have at all...
As I walked down the stairs leading to the hall, the first thing I saw was the one just named. This stood on a rise, turned his back to me and talked to his father, who had his Luna in his arms. But as I stepped down the last step, he turned to me as if struck by lightning.
His eyes suddenly went black as I saw his nose puff up.
What's in his nose now?
I couldn't really think about it, because he was already standing in front of me, threw me over his shoulder and walked with me to the nearest and remote passage, which led to the toilets.
"ARIAN!" On the way there I kept shouting his name and writhing in his arms. But he didn't let go of me. It wasn't all good between us yet.
Arrived in the corridor in front of the toilets, he let me down, but immediately squeezed me between his rock-hard body and the wall.
Once again he gives me no room to breathe. Why does he always do that? I told you, I want some distance, so that I can be clear about us.
"Why are you excited, wolf," came a dark, animal voice. My smell seems to be driving him insane. Why did he have to smell something like that? It's unpleasant.
"None of your business," I growled, pounding Arian's chest hoping he would let me go. I'm not going to admit to him that I have sex fantasies about him.
"I asked why on earth you're aroused?!" he growled even deeper than before, if that was even possible.
Why is he always so upset about unnecessary things?
"And I said it's none of your business!" I tried to regain my strength and then pushed him off me. Surprisingly, it worked this time. "Do you think I'll forgive you by threatening me? Fuck you."
With that I turned and walked back to the hall and surprisingly he didn't stop me, which I was more than happy about.
Now he had also managed to take away my good mood. Did he manage to be great again?
The great hall had filled up in the meantime. The other pack members stood left and right. Arian's entire family now stood on the rise opposite the large double door. I finally saw the whole family together and not just in pictures. On Arsen's arm was the little boy who I believe was named Kane. Luna Aurelia had placed her hands on the shoulders of another black-haired boy, who was older, however, at most 10 years. Next to him was a slightly taller boy, also with black hair, who looked only a few years older. To the left of the Alpha stood the twins Jasper and Jason, whom I have met during my time here. To the right of Aurelia stood Arian's only sister, who had her older brother Steven's arm around her.
Now only Arian was missing in the picture, then the family was complete.
Arian's family stood on the rise to the left. On the other side stood Arians Beta with his mate.
"His family is big, isn't it?" Zara appeared out of nowhere next to me, startling me from my stillness.
When I looked at her I could only smile. Being close to my best friend just made me happy. We've seen each other far too seldom lately. Which is really a shame.
Her mate Alex was standing next to her, gripping her hand tightly, almost as if someone was about to take it away from him. I don't think anyone would want to do that voluntarily.
"Yeah, too bad I haven't had the chance to spend much time with them yet," I answered her question.
"I'm worried about you Lou," my best friend suddenly blurted out, making me look at her questioningly. "When you're not sleeping, you're in the pack hospital working. That can't possibly be a good thing."
Oh that's what she meant. But that was just to distract me. Also, I did something good. So what could be wrong with that?
"You do not have to worry. I'm fine." I waved my hand and turned back to the hall where Arian was now walking.
Funny he was quite a long time coming.
After taking his place in the middle of the rise. He also started to speak: “Dear pack members, we are gathered here today to welcome some alphas from friendly packs. They stay here for one or two nights and I expect everyone to treat them with sufficient respect. Also, another reason we are gathering here is that some of the alphas are still unmates and are hoping to find their Luna here in this pack."
With that he ended his speech, but after saying Luna his gaze lingered on me the whole time.
Why do I feel bad now. Like I'm the one rejecting him. Yes, to a certain extent, I am doing that right now, but he did start it.
Our eye contact broke when the double doors of the hall opened and an elderly gentleman made his way down here. Linked to his arm, a woman of the same age ambled beside him. Both approached Arians and then shook his hand in a friendly manner.
"It's an honor to welcome you both to my pack, Alpha Geoffrey," came Arian's voice. However, this quiet conversation could only be heard through werewolf ears, otherwise one would certainly not hear them.
Other Alphas followed, some with Luna by their side, some without. I was getting impatient.
Did Arian lie to me? Aren't my father and my mother coming? But I really wanted to talk to them.
Oh please don't fool me Arian. I was so happy...
When I had almost given up hope that he would still appear here, a tall young man entered the hall. His brown hair was cut in a modern short hairstyle and his many tattoos showed through the fabric of his white shirt.
But what is he doing here? Why he? Where are mom and dad?
I almost didn't recognize my big brother Lucian because his eyes, which are usually storm gray, were tinted black. But when I did, I immediately took a step forward, hoping he'd spot me just below the crowd.
But instead his eyes were fixed straight ahead.
