"No, I'll call her now." Lin Yi walked out of the classroom with Xiaobo. When Lin Yi was about to call Tang Yin, they saw Xinwen and Tang Yin coming out of class nine. Lin Yi smiled lightly and put down his phone and strolled towards the girls' direction along with Xiaobo, "Shall we head to the cafeteria together?"

"Yeah," Tang Yin rearranged her hair and nodded lightly. The scar on her forehead had vanished completely. It was as if she never had a wound there before.

"Lin Yi, I heard that you broke Zhao Qibing's legs?" Xinwen had a sense of justice against bullies. She found that Lin Yi was badass and admirable! She had wanted to smash Qibing and cut him into pieces ever since he landed his feet into the slums, but Xinwen was no idiot. She knew that she couldn't just charge right towards Qibing. He had strong masters with him after all. It would be suicidal to just confront him like that.

Tang Yin's disfigurement had triggered Xinwen too, but she considered her anger released thanks to Lin Yi breaking Qibing's legs. She had wanted to ask Lin Yi about the details since then, but he was injured that night and Tang Yin was also fighting with Mengyao and Yushu the same day, so she couldn't find a good opening for her questions.

"Yeah, I broke them, and his skyscraper is also my doing. I asked my man to level it to the ground." Lin Yi said lightly. He didn't find this punishment heavy at all. In fact, he was generous enough to spare his life.

"F***! Aren't you way too badass? The news said that the building was leveled because of its stability and quality." Naturally, Xinwen was well informed about the skyscraper, but little did she know that it was all Lin Yi's doing. She had doubted it before when she watched the news on TV. Xiaobo, on the other hand, was puzzled, but when he was told about the event, he didn't seem to be surprised in the slightest. After all, he knew Lin Yi better than anyone here. Lin Yi was merciless towards his enemies and he had witnessed his ruthlessness a couple of times before. This wasn't something that would make him in awe anymore.

The four of them chatted while walking towards the cafeteria.

Out of a sudden, Xinwen slowed down her pace and paused as she lowered her voice, "Lin Yi, your boss is right in front of us…"

Lin Yi had known about that from the beginning. He only shrugged his shoulders when Xinwen mentioned that out.

"Xinwen, stop it." Tang Yin pulled on the edge of Xinwen's shirt, stopped her from continuing what she was saying. Tang Yin didn't want Xinwen to mention Mengyao or else people might think that she was afraid of her.

While Xinwen was talking about Mengyao, Yushu on the opposite side was talking about Tang Yin too.

"Yaoyao sis, according to my latest information, shield bro and Tang Yin are just right behind of us!" Yushu whispered, "Yaoyao sis, what's our next plan?"

"Do you have any ideas?" Mengyao furrowed her eyebrows.

Yushu thought about it and suggested, "He's our follower, we can order him to have lunch with us later and get him to protect us by our side!"

Mengyao hesitated and didn't comment about it. She didn't reject or accept Yushu's suggestion and walked into the cafeteria. "Go get us some food. Order for more."

"Oh, Yaoyao sis, are you trying to ask Shield bro to eat with us later?" Yushu asked.

"Don't ask so many questions. Get going!" Mengyao replied.

Yushu went and ordered every set of dishes with three bowls of egg soup. It was just the right amount of food for Lin Yi's appetite. All of the students knew about Yushu, so when she went to order food, nobody was there to block her. In fact, they opened up a path so that she could quickly get her food. She returned to the table with all the food unnaturally fast.

Lin Yi and his gang came in when Yushu returned, "Lin Yi!, You come over here!" Mengyao ordered.

Initially, Mengyao had wanted to make Yushu call Lin Yi over, but after seeing Tang Yin beside Lin Yi, she couldn't contain herself anymore. She remembered the war that she declared to Tang Yin and it made her angry.

Lin Yi wasn't expecting the Miss to call him all of a sudden. This startled him a little and looked at Tang Yin with an apologetic face.

Tang Yin's face soured. She couldn't believe that Mengyao was doing this in school. She even had a demanding tone! This made her uneasy. Even if Lin Yi was working under Mengyao, couldn't she have been a little politer?

Although Lin Yi was helpless, he still walked towards the Misses with Tang Yin following behind. Tang Yin was afraid and nervous, but she was trying her best not to show her weakness in front of the Miss. She held onto Xinwen's hand and raised her head high and proud.

"You, sit here. Eat with us!" Mengyao pointed at the seat beside Yushu.

"I….." Lin Yi smiled wryly. He couldn't just abandon Tang Yin, could he?

Tang Yin felt wronged. She was pissed and glared daggers at Mengyao. She didn't know why Mengyao had to be this bossy! As far as she was concerned, Mengyao was directing her anger directly at her!"

"Even if Lin Yi is your follower, he can have his rest time during the break, right?" Xinwen was displeased. She was different from Tang Yin, she would never keep quiet when she faced this kind of situation.

"He has to protect us, even during the break!" Mengyao hmphed.

"Yeah, what if someone was trying to assassinate during the break? Try to poison us?" Yushu naturally stood up for Mengyao when facing the threat. She commented immediately when Mengyao spoke up.

Tang Yin remained silent and bit her lips while looking at Lin Yi.

However, Tang Yin's silence made Lin Yi want to stay by her side even more. He couldn't bear to see this side of Tang Yin…..

The Miss and Tang Yin were totally fine when they didn't know about each other. Who knew things would be this different after they both met each other!

Lin Yi was helpless. He was in a difficult position. He didn't know what to do. One was his boss and the other was his girlfriend. Things were complicated here.

Lin Yi's phone rang. This relaxed Lin Yi a little. The timing couldn't be anymore better. He was troubled and was stuck between a girls' fight. It wasn't a bad idea to change the atmosphere by answering the phone.

Looking at the phone's screen, Lin Yi smiled lightly. He got lucky this time. His biggest problem was solved. He didn't have to wreck his brain for reasons to look for Jianwen anymore because Jianwen had taken initiative to look for him first.

"Hello?" Lin Yi was testing the water. After all, Jianwen left the dinner angrily yesterday so he didn't know what Jianwen was trying to accomplish now by calling him.
