Lin Yi was undoubtedly the newest addition to the mansion which brought confusion to Chu Mengyao. However, after she fully accepted his existence, she became unwilling to let him leave.

Lin Yi took care of her in every single way possible. He took better care of her than her Dad and Uncle Fu! She lacked maternal love and finally found her own happiness, and she even dreamed of Lin Yi staying here forever to take care of her and Shu.

However, Chu Mengyao knew that it was impossible since Tang Yun in between them. It was also why she held hostility towards Tang Yun! She didn't think it was because she liked Lin Yi but because Tang Yun took away the happiness which belonged to her!

If Lin Yi was gone, who would take care of her? Chu Mengyao didn't want Lin Yi to go!

It wasn't until yesterday when Lin Yi saw her naked body, that made her think differently. If Lin Yi was her boyfriend, would he continue to stay then? Even Chu Mengyao herself jumped at this thought.

Did she like Lin Yi? Really? But that's impossible. It must be Shu messing around all day talking about wife and concubine, making her losing herself!

However, Chu Mengyao wanted Lin Yi to stay yet, and she didn't know how to do that.

Who could she talk with for this topic? Chen Yushu? That girl's mouth wasn't sealed enough, and she was too imaginative. She was afraid that before she could express her thoughts clearly, Chen Yushu would think that she wanted to pursue Lin Yi. So, she was too afraid to tell Chen Yushu about it!

Her father just called telling to her to have dinner together and to appreciate Lin Yi, she texted Lin Yi while still on her phone.

Seeing that Lin Yi agreed, Chu Mengyao calmed down a little.

"Yaoyao sis, what's wrong? Why do you look so distracted?" Chen Yushu observed Chu Mengyao for quite a while now.

"Distracted? No? Perhaps because I didn't sleep well last night…" Chu Mengyao shook her head.

"Oh, why didn't you sleep well?" Chen Yushu asked.

"Because I just recovered from severe sickness," Naturally Chu Mengyao wouldn't reveal her real thoughts.

"Oh, I thought you were thinking about Shield Bro," Chen Yushu studied Chu Mengyao closely and replied.

"Why would I think about him? Do you think I'm you?" Chu Mengyao frowned and turned to the side, unwilling to look at Chen Yushu.

"Yaoyao sis, I think you are acting strange," Chen Yushu commented earnestly.

"How am I acting strange now?" Chu Mengyao found Chen Yushu annoying.

"Not sure, I'll tell you after I observe you more," Chen Yushu pondered and replied.

"..." Chu Mengyao didn't know what to say, "Then keep observing, I will keep reading."

As she finished talking, Chu Mengyao picked up a revision booklet and started reading it. Chen Yushu stared at Chu Mengyao for a while but discovered nothing. After a while, she turned to her book as well.

After school was finished at night, Lin Yi drove Tang Yun back to the hospital before driving to Pengzhan Business Hotel. It was only natural that Chu Pengzhan picked this place to treat him dinner.

Pengzhan Business Hotel seemed exceptionally busy today. All the outdoor parking was full and Lin Yi had no choice but to drive into the underground parking lot. Only customers with membership allowed to park their vehicles here.

When a manager of the parking lot saw Lin Yi with a worn out van but a diamond card, he was shocked.

Was this an odd hobby of wealthy people?

Lin Yi ignored the man's expression. In fact, he didn't intentionally drive the van here and then show off his card. This was his car. Lin Yi didn't bother to change and whenever this car broke down or got lost, he planned to buy a new one.

He took the lift from the parking lot to the VIP room upstairs. It was the same room as last time and Lin Yi knocked on the door.

Soon, Uncle Fu opened and greeted Lin Yi, "Mr. Lin, you are here."

Uncle Fu's attitude towards Lin Yi shifted from ordinary respect to heartfelt respect as he approved Lin Yi's capability. Lin Yi unexpectedly tied with Uncle Liang, but he seemed perfectly fine while Uncle Liang was still laying in bed!

"Shu!" Chu Mengyao glared at her, "Don't be rude! Why do you look like you are starving? Be careful or you won't be able to find a husband in the future!"

"Oh, if you can, then I can too," Chen Yushu replied carelessly.

"..." Chu Mengyao was speechless.

"Lil' Yi, come and sit!" Chu Pengzhan stood up and talked towards Lin Yi.

Chu Pengzhan was convinced of Lin Yi's capabilities. His daughter was saved so quickly, and he solved the school's disaster perfectly.

"Uncle Chu, don't be so polite with me!" Lin Yi quickly gestured 'please', "Uncle Chu, please sit."

Chu Pengzhan was Lin Yi's senior and Lin Yi definitely wouldn't lose manners in front of him.

Chu Mengyao saw that her Daddy stood up and she didn't have the face to stay seated. She grabbed Shu's hands and stood up with her, "LIn Yi, thank you for yesterday."

"Yaoyao sis, there is no need to be so polite. We are a family after all. You are Shield Bro's wife, and naturally, he has to save you. Otherwise, he will lose his wife!" Chen Yushu stuffed a cream bun into her mouth and muttered.

"Shu, that's nonsense!" Chu Mengyao fumed, "How can you talk with a bun inside your mouth? Here, have another one!"

Chu Mengyao picked up another cream bun and forcefully shoved it into Chen Yushu's mouth.

"Waaah… Wah…" Chen Yushu could no longer talker and rolled her eyes.

Chu Pengzhan was amused by his daughter and Shu and laughed.

Lin Yi was used to it and shrugged, "Don't make her full to the point of bursting."

Chu Mengyao heard Lin Yi's words and immediately blushed. She recalled what happened last time and felt apologetic towards Shu. Hence, she pulled out the bun from Shu's mouth and put in a plate on the side.

Chu Pengzhan laughed as he guided Lin Yi to his seat. Lin Yi sat on Chu Mengyao's left and Chen Yushu sat on Chu Mengyao's right.

As for Uncle Fu and Chu Pengzhan, they settled down opposite the three of them.
