"Nurse Guan Xin, help! My boss cut his hand. Can you please treat him?" Wang Shubing pushed open the nurses' office and spoke to Guan Xin.

Guan Xin opened the cupboard, found a band-aid and passed it to Kang Zhaoming, "Here, stick it on yourself and it'll do."

"How do you want me to treat such a tiny wound?" Guan Xin questioned back.

"Well…" Indeed, the wound was too small and it wasn't wrong for her to give him a band-aid.

"Well… Can you help me with it?" Kang Zhaoming didn't want to let any chances to get closer to her slip through.

"Isn't your other hand fine?" Guan Xin frowned.

"But… I'm a patient and you are a nurse, you should help me right… It's not like I won't pay for it…" Kang Zhaoming felt wronged.

"Oh, I'll give you that band-aid for free as a friendly act," Guan Xin ignored Kang Zhaoming and returned to her desk, picking up a book to read.

Kang Zhaoming didn't have another plan so he stuck on the band-aid himself. He secretly wondered how he could loosen Guan Xin's mouth and ask what was the relationship between her and Fen.

"Is it related to you?"

"Master Ming, if you think about it, Guan Xin won't act so coldly towards you if she knew what happened. She should hate you if she knew. The first time you asked her about Fen, she wouldn't only say 'mhm' if she knew what happened, wouldn't she scorn you?" Wang Shubing analyzed.

"That makes sense!" Kang Zhaoming nodded and sighed in relief, "That's good. There is no problem if Guan Xin doesn't know about it"
