"Master Zhaoming, I still feel that this whole situation is a blessing in disguise!" Wang Shubing shook his head as he explained to Kang Zhaoming.

"Master Zhaoming, just think about it. You didn't want to injure yourself to a severe degree right?" Wang Shubing asked, "Look? Hasn't the hardest part already been done for you? Guan Xin now won't have any reason to suspect anything from this accident!"

"Ah? I can see how that would work. It does seem reasonable when you say it!" Kang Zhaoming's sour mood turned cheery, "Wang Shubing, you are correct. Now that my leg is broken, I can see it as good news! This time, I can directly look for Guan Xin!"

Aside from the bone fracture, Kang Zhaoming didn't suffer from any internal injuries. The operation was over quickly. For the remainder of his time in the hospital, Kang Zhaoming was placed in a patient room to recover.

"Guan Xin? What about Guan Xin? How come she hasn't come yet?" Kang Zhaoming was eagerly laying in the bed, "Just take a look at me, my face is injured and so is my leg. With such a severe injury, you should call Guan Xin over!"

"Master Zhaoming, I will go right away!" Wang Shubing nodded. With this kind injury, Guan Xin wouldn't just push aside her duties right?

Wang Shubing ran, as if he was on fire, out of the patient room to Guan Xin. No matter how he thought about it, Guan Xin should still be responsible for handling medical issues like this.

Coincidentally, Guan Xin was the nurse on duty. When Wang Shubing ran in, he shouted loudly in a cheerful tone, "Nurse Guan Xin, you are here! My young master got injured, he needs your help! We don't have many friends in the hospital, so if it's possible, can you see him?"

Guang Xin thought the Kang Zhaoming fiasco was already over. If she was bothered everyday, how could she get any work done?

"Aren't there other nurses around to help him? I didn't get the notice to help Kang Zhaoming," Guan Xin pointed at her work schedule with a restrained temper. No matter how annoying Kang Zhaoming was, Guan Xin couldn't unleash her temper.

Guan Xin kept her identity as a hospital member in mind at all times. Her actions and words could directly affect the hospital image. "No, and Master Zhaoming is dying in the patient room. Without any nurse to check on him, I don't know who else to look for. I was able to find you here and we trust in you!" Wang Shubing started to spout bullshit.

"No one to check on him?" Guan Xin was shocked. Is that real or fake? Could there be a gap in the coverage? Although these type of situation is rare, when there is a burst of patients then the available nurses and doctors would have to shift from their coverage site. It would explain the lack of care to certain rooms!

Guan Xin couldn't shake off the feeling that this guy is lying. However, the price of a life is far too heavy of a price for any petty matter. Even if it was a lie, Guan Xin will do her duties as a nurse and proudly represent her family. There was no way she would standby idly while someone could be helped.

But, wasn't Kang Zhaoming sick with a cold? Then he had that small gash on his arm. These two injuries, doesn't seem life threatening?

"Yeah, can you please take a look at him? See if you can help him bandage, then contact the doctor?" Wang Shubing nodded.

"Didn't he stay in the hospital for several days to treat his cold? What am I bandaging? That is not something I am responsible for?" Guan Xin ridiculed Wang Shubing. "Could it be that his wound was reinfected?"

"This…" Wang Shubing realized that he didn't explain what had happened. It was no wonder that Guan Xin didn't know why Wang Shubing was so urgent. "It happened like this, Master Zhaoming healed from his cold and the arm injury. However, the moment he left the hospital this morning…"

"So why does he need bandaging?" Guan Xin was even more confused.

"Oh?" Guan Xin was shocked, she didn't know what to say to that. It was too coincidental that Kang Zhaoming had to return to the hospital right after leaving it. Was Kang Zhaoming really doing it on purpose?

Guan Xin couldn't help think badly of Kang Zhaoming. The first time she saw Kang Zhaoming, he was still so lively. Suddenly, he had a cold followed by hospitalization. Then, he needed assistance on getting injections. Afterwards, he got a gash wound that needed treating. Now this was the latest incident!

Whether Guan Xin wanted to see him or not, she still had to check him out when asked. This Kang Zhaoming was purposely getting injured to get closer to her. If her speculation was correct, then she feels that Kang Zhaoming's actions are childish and idiotic! To self-mutilate as a way of courting a girl, there must be something wrong with that person in the head; They should go see a psychiatrist instead.

"Nurse Guan Xin, this is the hospital and we see you as a friend. Please check out his condition?" Wang Shubing continued to urge Guan Xin.
