Chapter 62
<Shielyn>
"Hays, I told you, brother, that you have confessed your feelings to Fiero, and I will still accept you," Nathan said, laughing and putting his arm around Jase.
The two left the house together.
My knees were shaking when I entered Ken's room.
"Hubby!" I woke him up.
He immediately woke up and made me lie down next to him.
"Hubby, you sent brother Ethan to jail," I told him, crying loudly.
He fell back when he got up to realize that he was crying.
"Fuck!" He is cheap.
"Why are you crying?" He asked worriedly and wiped my tears.
"If you don't release brother Ethan from jail, Nathan will kill you. Hubby, get Ethan out of jail; he doesn't deserve to be there," I begged him, crying.
"Damn! Stop crying," he told me.
"Wife, stop crying," he begged me.
He hugged her.
Fiero's friends are scary.
"Damn! Who the hell made you cry?! Tell me; I'll fucking kill that shit!" Hubby told me angrily that he couldn't stop me from crying.
"Why did you put brother Ethan in jail?" I asked him, crying.
"Your friends came here, and they are angry,"
I'm still crying.
He hugged me.
"Stop crying. Hush now, baby," he said softly.
When he couldn't answer me, he took out his iPhone and called someone. A ring responded to his call.
I hugged him while crying on his shoulder to hear what the other line was saying.
"motherfucker! Withdraw the case against us, and let's have arm-to-arm combat!"
It's Nathan's voice.
"Idiot! motherfucker!" Nathan added.
"Did you fucking come to my house?! And did you fucking threaten my wife, huh?!" Ken also asked angrily.
Even though I know they will also congratulate me after showing mercy, I am still not confident because they are already shouting in anger.
"Tangina! Get my twin out of jail and drop the case on us!" Nathan repeated angrily.
"Hubby, let them go," I cried to him and faced him.
Ken calmed down when he heard me speak.
"Stop crying; I'll release them," he assured me, wiping my tears with his free hand.
"Drop the case, and let's just kill each other!" Nathan shouted in another line.
"Sure! I'll look forward to that," replied Ken coldly.
I was even more worried about what he said.
Ken ended the call even though Nathan was still saying something.
I was going to say something.
"I'll release them now. Stop crying, wife. Hush baby," he said while calling someone on the other line.
"I want you to release the three idiots in the jail," Ken ordered coldly on the other line.
They talked for a while and hung up.
"Happy?" He asked me and wiped my cold.
"Why did you put them in jail, huh?"
He frowned.
"Are you crying because of that?" He asked me calmly.
I nodded in response.
"Because Brother Nate and Jase were angry when they came here earlier, and Ethan felt sorry,"
He sighed.
"My friends deserve to be inside the jail," he said with a frown.
"Look what happened to both of us because of their useless idea!"
I pulled his clothes and wiped my cold and tears.
"Let's forget it; the important thing is that it's not true,"
"How's my baby?" He asked and kissed my tummy.
"I couldn't wait longer to see our child," Ken said excitedly.
"What gender do you like?" I asked him.
"Uhm, I want it to be a girl, wife."
Woman? Does she not want a man to inherit her company?
"Why?" I asked and leaned on his chest.
"To not have a headache," he answered thoughtfully and placed his hand on my hand that was on my stomach.
I chuckled at his answer.
He looks old because of his stress on me.
"Don't cry. You're making me worried," Kier said and wiped my face again.
I nodded while snorting.
"Hubby?" I called him.
"Hmm?"
"Sorry for the fights I had with you before. Because it's your fault that I always fight with you, you're married, but you're still flirting with that Chezka." I sneered at him.
He chuckled.
"Did you mean the sorry, or you're using tricks on me so you can fight me again?" He asked with a smile.
"No! You are too much of an overthinker." my defence.
"Let's not talk about other women, okay? It might end up in a fight. Your soy sauce is still strong," I didn't hear the last thing he said because he just whispered it.
"Let's go downstairs," he told me.
It's been three months and two weeks, and Ken is about to go to work.
"Stop crying," Ken said seriously, pulling me to hug him.
"Don't come in," I begged him, crying.
I got used to having him by my side all the time.
"Wife, it's not possible," he told me.
He made me face him and kissed me on my forehead.
His secretary has been calling him because he is needed in meetings and says he must sign a lot. We also vacationed for a few days in Greece.
We have been to fifty-six countries, and he said we would go on vacation again and tour all of Europe.
"I don't have anyone here,"
I pulled his coat so he wouldn't leave. Yesterday he told me he had to go to work, but I didn't want to.
I don't have anyone with me, and I will miss him.
"I'll go home before six o'clock, and I texted mom to look after you," he said gently.
"I do not want!"
He sighed. He should have left earlier, but it took him a while because of me.
"Stop. Don't cry, huh? I will be home early," he assured me.
I shook my head.
"No!"
"Come on, wife; I'm late."
"I do not want! I do not want! I'm not with you, and I will miss you!" I cried to him.
He closed his eyes tightly.
"Mom is coming, and do you want me to call Layla?" He asked me gently.
I shook my head at him.
"Eh, I want you." I insist.
He laughed softly.
I hugged him and tightly held his coat.
"I don't have a choice but to bring you with me to the company," he said in a deep voice.
I looked up because of what he said.
"Really?" my face became clear.
He nodded at me while smiling.
"Go, get dressed. I'll wait for you,"
I screamed and ran into our room.
"Wife, be careful!" he shouted worriedly, but I didn't follow him.
"No running!" He said strictly.
I flew away smiling while Ken didn't let go of his grip on my hand. At the same time, one of his hands was holding the steering wheel.
"After my work, we will buy our baby clothes," he said to me when we were at the traffic light; he kissed my forehead.
He's so clingy.
"We don't even know the gender yet," I told him. He is too excited about his life.
"It's a girl," he said confidently.
We are here in his company.
"Wife, I said no running," he frowned at me.
"Wait for me, woman," he groaned.
I walked ahead of him because of the excitement I felt.
"Stop running," he said, stressed, as I ran into the elevator.
"One more run and I won't take you with me," he seriously threatened me.
He entered the elevator and grabbed me by the waist as I approached him.
"Don't be stubborn," he whispered.
I just giggled and smelled him.
