57. Blossoming Spring Days

After a week

A week later, Neethu was discharged from hospital. She was slowly recovering her life back. Rithick's family treated her as queen who saved their lovable Rithick. She was much more embarrassed by their care and affection.

In the court

Shantra, John, Ashok Deshpande and the couple who helped them were taken to the court by police cops under highly protective security forces. Press, Media surrounded them. The camera man focused them. The reporters stretched the mike towards Ashok Deshponde who is the Chairman of Xxx College of education and Business, Bengaluru and former co-partner & friend of great Business tycoon Mr.Sanjay. Everyone hide their face with the palms and rushed to the court.

Opposite to them another car stopped, Sanjay, Ruthra, Rithick, Rahul and Kishore get down from the car. Reporters ran towards them.

"Sanjay sir, Who are the other new persons other than Ashok Deshpande?" Asked a reporter

"Why there is always some issues in your home wedding?" Asked another reporter.

"Last few years back Manoj and now your co-partner Ashok. What do you think about it?"asked another. Sanjay ignored everyone and went inside.

Few minutes later,

The judge came and started the court session.

The Sanjay's side lawyer initiated the session, the couple was taken to the cell. "My lord, the man who is standing in the cell has shoot an innocent girl Neethu who is admitted in hospital and two bullets are taken from her body. Fortunately, that girl was alive and safe now. Actually, these bullets are targeted towards the business tycoon Mr.Sanjay's son, Mr.Rithick. This girl saved him by pushing him aside. The man who is standing in the cell accepted his crime together with his wife," The lawyer paused in between and gave the gun for evidence and then he look at the man. The man nodded and he started again, "My lord, these couples have a daughter. The culprits who ordered them to do such an illegal act have kidnapped their daughter and threatened them to proceed what they said but they didn't even see those culprits before. If you give me the permission I will bring the facts to light and I need to continue my argument with Miss. Shantra,"

Shantra glared at Rithick bitterly. Rithick controlled his emotions and took a deep breath and turned his head aside as he don't want to face such devil.

Shantra's side lawyer objected and started, "My lord, How did the opposite lawyer can tell Ms.Shantra as culprit? It is unacceptable and we can't bare it. The lawyer should face it's consequences,"

The judge permitted to argue with Ms.Shantra, who was taken to the cell.

The lawyer got swearing in the holy book and started his proceedings.

"Ms.Shantra, Is it your original name?"  Smirked the lawyer.

"I am not ready to answer your silly question," she said angrily.

"You can't behave like this here Ms.Shantra. It is good for you to tell the correct answer for my right questions," She looked furiously burning the lawyer.

"Introduce yourself," kidding the lawyer.

"Objection my lord, he is playing prank on my side party member. I can't allow this to happen," objected her side lawyer.

"Everything has a reason so allow me to do my duty," said the lawyer

"Objection over rule, proceed," ordered the judge.

"My lord, how can she reply? Because she has changed her originality, her name everything my lord. Her case was secretly investigated by Mr.Ruthra, senior detective officer. He had all the proofs and it is in my hands now. To know about her, you can know it from Mr.Ruthra sir,"

Ruthra entered the cell.

"Whatever I am telling is true to my knowledge and belief. The lady who is standing opposite to me is none other than Mr.Ashok Deshponde's eldest daughter Ms. Sonali Deshponde who has changed her name, native place, certificates etc for her own sake without any proper steps. It is first of all forgery. Coming to my second point, she is the helper of Mr.John Spurgen for kidnapping young girls and selling in different countries for money. Even, now they have kidnapped Ms. Amrita, the couple's daughter," stopped Ruthra.

Rithick looked at Kishore, "Did you tell that Neethu is one among them?"

"Nope!" Kishore replied. Rithick showed a small smile.

"No! No! He is telling something strange to me," Shantra shouted.

The lawyer gave all the necessary proofs to the Judge. All the traced phone calls and messages regarding it.

"Coming to the third important point, She created a drama to make everyone believe that she loves Rithick. It is just a drama. She was a spy used by his own father Mr.Ashok Deshponde to make Rithick fall for her for abusing his property and money. Once, they felt that he didn't fall for her, they decided to kill him for a reason, I will tell that reason at last my lord. She didn't show her identity in her own college itself. It is a perfectly planned act. Here is a proper proof of her original and fake certificates," said Ruthra and the lawyer gave the certificates to the Judge.

"Hopefully, these proofs are more than enough to declare Ms. Shantra.......no sorry sorry, Miss.Sonali Deshpande as culprit or criminal or offender," the lawyer smirked. She frowns and get out from the cell angrily.

"Thank you Ruthra sir, you can go and I will call you if necessary," said their side lawyer

"Next, John Spurgen" John spurgen was taken to the cell. He held the fist tightly and beat the cell furiously.

"My Lord, he was the most multi talented man I had ever seen. If we dig his past, there were lot more cruel issues he had inaugurated. He was friend of Ms. Sonali later he became close to her family. He was arrested under Section-363 Punishment for Kidnapping (Recently Amrita). Section - 364 for Kidnapping in order to murder (threatening her parents). Section -445 Kidnapping beyond India, Illegal Entry . In all these cruel acts, Ms. Sonali Deshponde has partnership. So, punish them with maximum of punishment so that no such illegal acts that again happens,"

The lawyer gave all the essential evidence and the Judge had a glance at everything.

"You can leave Mr. John Spurgen. Next Mr.Ashok Deshponde, " the most awaited person, the core for every crimes.

"Actually, he gave headache to the police department for a week because they played smartly to kill Rithick. They had everything in the name of fake, even their phone - SIM address was registered fake but our Senior detective officer Mr.Ruthra acted more intelligently than the culprit to find them shortly," Ashok Deshponde glows in anger and he objected for his own sake.

"In the reception, the most unexpected tragedy took place. Within five minutes of the incident only one outgoing call was traced in that place and the police department tried to find that person but the address registered for SIM card was fake. One thing, it was clear that after the outgoing call the opposite person (I mean Sonali and John) became alert and the signal was cut within next few seconds. The next headache was they too registered everything in fake. Mr.Ashok and His daughter Ms.Sonali didn't have anything original and they changed everything without proper procedure only to do crimes. Next, by his cruel acts, Mr.Ashok's gave many unclarified doubts so his area of interest etc were dug out and many hidden truth was brought to light. Before two years back he has constructed a college in Bengaluru and everyone was aware of it. Even, the land was abused by him. The college was constructed in government's area. So kindly note this point my Lord, around 500... acres of land was abused by him and huge amount of donations was collected by him for development of college to bring it number 1 college around the world. He showered money to government employees to shut their mouth. One sad thing is that he killed two honest department officers and make the world believe that it was accidentally. Kindly Seal all his property and shut everything as soon as possible, my Lord. Here is the proof documents," the lawyer handed over the documents to the judge for verification.

Ashok Deshponde was vexed and his dream to become rich businessman than Sanjay scattered at a single moment.

"Also, often he got money from Mr.Sanjay sir for the development of college. So let us make clear it from Mr.Sanjay,"

"I am Sanjay. The person who was standing opposite to me was my co-partner once. I don't know why people are playing with my emotions. If they ask me directly, I will do whatever they needed because I respect friendship apart from business. Before years when he told about the start of the college, I am the person who felt very happy because education is the most extra ordinary gift one can give to people who needs. I have sanctioned huge amounts for the betterment of the college and students. Once knowing the fact of land abusing, I was totally upset and why such people are still existing? If you seal the property now, the students will get affected without doing any mistakes along with those cruel peoples. The students shouldn't get affected so kindly take steps so that two year batch students get the proper course completion and degree certificate. You can either shift them to other college, kindly do this favor by announcing this issues to education department"

"What sin did my son do to you Mr.Ashok? You everyone have planned and trapped my son to join in your college. Why did you go to such extreme to kill him? Can't you see my face in him. If you touch me it won't bother but you have touched my son and the poor girl who get two bullets instead of him. I know it was a mutual plan between you and Manoj. Once my brother refused to tell in court and I understood at that moment itself. It was Manoj who was behind it. Already you both planned to murder my son in the name of accident. Manoj needs to take revenge of my son for some personal reason that I can't tell (Sanjay looked at Rahul) and you??? Why did you include your own daughter in this cruel tactics Ashok. How can you treat your own daughter as spy in your institution? I really feel shame for your actions. I felt pity for your daughter," said Sanjay and left the cell.

Ashok Deshponde couldn't able to utter a word. He bow down his head.

"The court orders to bring Manoj Roy for next session. The court shall suspend now," announced the judge.

The culprits were taken by the police cops safely.

Sanjay and his family left the court.

"Sir, What happened inside the court? We heard that your friend Ashok and Manoj responsible for this game to kill your son?" Asked the Reporter to Sanjay.

"I will reply everything in next session," said Sanjay and entered into the car.

The name Manoj echoed in Sanjay's ears and he remembered Manoj's vengeful words, "Look Sanjay, In our next meet, Business will be in the tip of my finger and you are under my feet,"

After a week

It was a court day. Everyone from Sanjay's family were getting ready for the court including Nethra. Nethra was adamant to accompany along with them though everyone requested to be in home because today the court's full target was about Manoj and it may hurt Nethra that makes her to hate him to the core. She refused their request and apologize them for her refusal too. Neethu was in home along with Riya.

After an hour they reached the court in two cars. As usual Press, Media surrounded them without giving a place to leave. After Sanjay's press meeting assurance after the court session made the reporters to leave them to court.

Opposite to them, Mr.Ashok Despande and John spurgen were taken by a set of police cops. Ms. Sonali Deshpande (Shantra) and the couples were taken by another set of police cops.

A police vehicle with it's remarkable sound stopped in front of the court. Mr.Manoj got down from the vehicle. He gave his smirk smile at Sanjay and Ruthra who were about to enter to the court. Then he turned his gaze towards Nethra who was standing beside Rahul. Nethra ignored his gaze and entered into the court by controlling her emotions. She felt ashamed to have such cruel dad and proud to have Rahul's family who loves even their enemies. She cursed her fate for having such man as her dad. She entered the court silently with the head bow down.

Rithick, Rahul, Kishore occupied the front seats. Sanjay and Ruthra were sitting together. Kalpana, Rahul's mom and Nethra were sitting beside Kishore..

Sonali, I mean Shantra gazed furiously at Rithick and Ruthra.

Within, few minutes the judge came and the court session was started. As soon as Judge came, Manoj was taken to the cell. Later, Manoj swear on the holy book.

Manoj looked at Sanjay for a while. His looks and eyes indicates clearly that he didn't change yet. He was still vengeful towards his family. His eyes shifted to Rithick next and gave a fake cruel smile.

"Mr. Manoj Roy, Did you want to tell anything and hopefully you knew what happened?" Sanjay's side lawyer said sarcastically.

Manoj starred at the lawyer without reply. The lawyer gave a small smile.

"Okay! Did you know Ashok Deshponde before? If yes how?" The lawyer came to the point straightly.

"Of course, I know him in Business field as he was co-partner,"

"Ok Good. Ok after Ashok's end up from the partnership, When did you meet him again or did you have any contact with him later?"

"Yes I have, as a friend"

"Thank u Manoj for your honest reply. Okay I am coming to my point, what cruel deal you have dealt with Ashok or what are your cruel deals without Mr.Sanjay's Knowledge,"

"Cruel deeds!!!!" Manoj laughed devilishly.

"Don't divert Mr.Manoj. we have all the necessary proofs and evidence,"

" Then, why are you asking me man?" He shouted at the lawyer.

"Mr.Manoj Roy. Don't break the rules of the court. You will be offended if you violate the rules," warned the lawyer.

"My Lord, Grant me permission to bring the truth out. The most powerful detective officer, Mr. Ruthra has all the collected proofs and evidence regarding the case. Hopefully, he will make clear of it. So let me call Ruthra Sir,"

"Ok proceed," said the judge. Ruthra's eyes reflected his confidence and he faced Manoj straight to straight after a long.

"Mr. Manoj, how about you?" Ruthra smirked

"My Lord, let me come to my point. Mr.Manoj was imprisoned before years and he did many criminal tactics in the jail too. Few police and high authority people helped him in many ways for inaugurating his tactics. He was connected with Mr.Vidharth, IPS officer death in US and everyone was aware of that too. As I told you, he had link with high authority people from the jail itself and one among them was Mr.Ashok Deshponde. We can't blame Manoj completely here because this opportunity was created to him due to some wrong officers working for money in the police department. First we should mould the holes of police department that are not working properly to stop such type of illegal actions in future.

Before three years back, Manoj created a chance to meet Mr.Ashok Deshponde in Jail because they both has the similarity in one thing due to Sanjay's popularity that affects both of them. Manoj wished to take revenge of Sanjay so he planned to kill Rithick. At the same time Ashok wished to earn more money. So they both dealt with the partnership, Manoj promised him to give a huge amount if he kills Rithick. Money kills the humanity of Ashok Deshponde to accept the deal. They both met secretly at many times to came up with the plan of building College in Bengaluru. Manoj offered few amount for the college. They set an employee in Sanjay's office to threaten him with unknown letters. Ashok use this chance and talk to Sanjay regarding his college and sow the seedlings to trap Rithick. Sanjay donated him with huge amount for education and without knowing the vengeful actions of Manoj and Ashok, Sanjay admitted Rithick in that college.

In between, the love for money made Ashok Despande to do small changes in the deal. At first he didn't wish to kill Rithick because if Rithick loves her daughter to marry then all the property and resources will belongs to his daughter, So Ashok Desponde included his daughter Ms.Sonali in this drama. Money makes love blind, even Sonali accepted the deal for money. Once, She was aware that Rithick was not ready to accept her they were ready to go with Manoj's deal atleast to get that share amount. So, they planned and decided to kill Rithick. Luckily, Rithick was safe now,"

Also he added, "Here is the necessary proof , call proofs from jail, CC TV footage of Ashok Deshpande often visit to Jail, money transaction proofs and related proofs," all the necessary proofs were handed over to the judge. The judge had a glance over all the proofs.

"Thank you Ruthra sir for your hatsoff effort to tear down the mask of evil peoples as soon as possible," the lawyer praised him and he gave a small honourable smile.

Rithick looked shockingly as he was not aware about anything. He looked at his dad that he didn't share anything regarding the unknown name letter etc though he treated his dad as his best friend. Rahul hugged Rithick from sideways and pampered him.

Tears rolled down from Nethra's eyes and within a fraction of second she reached the cell as no was expected.

"Ruthra uncle please," she excused him who get down from the cell. Nethra get into the cell.

"My lord, whatever I am telling was true to my knowledge and belief. I need to convey a truth from my side please accept it before your judgemental," Said Nethra with fire glowing in her eyes for these many years.

"I am Ms.Nethra and you should note that I am not Mrs. I am the daughter of the man who is standing before me. I feel really ashamed to tell this. No daughter should ever face this situation in her life. Before three years back, Manoj was arrested for kidnapping his own daughter and for illegal partnership. Then, after hearing my statement that I was married, the court declared him as innocent Dad. It is not true . I was threatened to tell that I was married from US. Actually, he kidnapped and merely sold me for his friends in US. I escaped from all the cruel destiny and finally was safe in the hands of IPS officer Vidharth. This man planned for his death too. Also, he planned to kill Rithick, Sanjay uncle's son. Though Manoj harmed Sanjay uncle's family many times but they never showed it to me. They love me like their own daughter. Give the maximum punishment to this man so that we will be happy forever," Nethra almost yelled and split up on Manoj's face. For the first time, Manoj bowed his head down. She then get down from the cell.

After few minutes,

"The court declares Mr. Manoj Roy as first criminal. He kidnapped his daughter, murder plan, attempt murder, illegal transaction for money was sentenced to life imprisonment under section 443 and section 420," Manoj looked down and everyone was almost happy with the judgement except Sanjay.

"The court declares the another set of first criminals as Ashok Desponde, Sonali Deshponde and John Spurgen. Three of them shares equal punishment for about 20 years of imprisonment and 50 lahks of fine each for attempt murder plan, Kidnapping under section 443. Along with that an additional imprisonment of 7 years with 15 lakhs fine each for forgery of original certificates, fake nativity etc for Ashok Desponde and Sonali Deshponde. Also, the court orders Ashok Deshponde with another 7 years of imprisonment for land abuse for construction of college that spoiled life of many students now. The college will be sealed and taken by the government. Also, hand over all the donated money to Mr. Sanjay with the fine of 10 lakhs," Sonali was vexed and throw fire in her eyes.

"The court declares the second criminals as the couples who tried to attempt murder. They are sentenced to 2 years of imprisonment after knowing the depth of the case. There daughter will be safe in the hands of Mercy home till they get released. Take this consideration to Mercy home,"

" As considering Mr.Sanjay's request for students and with humanity the court orders the

Educational department to take necessary actions for the betterment of students till they complete the course and to provide them with proper degree certificates," The court was dismissed. Every one smiled and felt happy for the judgement.

Sanjay and his family came out of the court proudly. The criminals were taken by the police cops on other side.

Unexpectedly, Manoj pushed the police cops and ran towards Sanjay who was surrounded by reporters.
