Killing the Traitors
Chapter 56
Third Person POV
Nathalie runs towards the twins when the smoke spread all over the place.
"Let me, my Love. You should wait in here." Lance told him and immediately go up easily while firing his gun all over the place. Just to be sure if someone will interrupt him in rescuing the twins.
Nathalie was frozen for a moment looking at Lance in action.
He's cool and handsome! She said to herself.
Lance immediately unties the twins and brings them down safely.
"Mommy!" Kevin is crying while hugging his mom.
Don't worry, Mommy is here baby. Stop crying!" Nathalie said while tapping Kevin's shoulder.
"Mommy, Do you have my backpack?" Kenneth asked.
"I'm sorry Kenneth, I left it at the Secret Hideout," Nathalie answered.
"Let's go, Kenneth, Don't mind that backpack!" Lance chimes in and carry Kevin on his arm.
Anton wanted to carry Kenneth but he declined.
He feels like a big boy.
"No Grandpa, I can run!" He said then throw away his remaining bombs.
But they weren't able to get out when Sandro and Marie are blocking the way! Holding their machine guns and armalite.
"What are we gonna do now Boss, You and you're family will die today!" Sandro said evilly.
"Marie?" Nathalie asked surprised.
She's been good to her in the company. Nathalie never thought that she was one of the villains.
"Yes ma'am, how are you?" She fakes her smile but points her gun at Nathalie.
"You're still alive bastard!" The Snake Queen shouted looking angrily at Sandro.
If she only knew that he will not die. She would rather chop his body!
"Yes, traitor Snake. I'm still alive! Sorry, but your venom can't kill me."Sandro answered laughing.
"Enough of that! I already give you a chance Sandro but you choose to fight with me. Then be ready for my horrible revenge!" Lance said angrily then he swiftly slides his feet which causes Sandro to fall and pointed his gun at his head while his other hand is handling Kevin to Nathalie.
Nathalie immediately accepted and carry Kevin in her arms.
That was a fast move from the King of Golden Tiger itself!
He is like the flash that no one noticed or sees.
Nathalie's feeling is intense and nervous.
Afraid for their safety.
She wishes to end this bullshit fight and war!
"Sandro!" Marie shouted. She knows how capable Lance is. He can kill Sandro in just a second!
"I'm okay," Sandro answered laughing.
"If you will kill me then all the bombs around us will be activated automatically. We will all die and that's good! Happy together, hahaha." He laughs out loud but Lance punches his face hard so that he vomits some blood.
"Stop it! Please don't kill him, Boss. We are just forced to do all of this. All of our family are in danger!" Marie explained.
"Now you're forced but before, you two are arrogantly mocking me. I don't care about the bombs Sandro. You know the rules, All of the traitors will die! Lion Shadow Assassins aim for your targets, kill them all without mercy!" Lance shouted angrily.
And the Lion Shadow Assassins pop out from nowhere ready to kill. Lance names them Lion to remind him of his mortal enemy the Black Lion! They are trained like a Lion but fight like a Tiger! They are the most elite and expert fighters of Lance.
Marie and the other traitors felt horrified and afraid upon seeing those Assassins. They know well how they fight and kill without mercy in just a blink of an eye.
"Wow, it's cool!" Kenneth is amazed at seeing those snappy Lion Shadow Assassins.
All the adrenaline from his body came back to life and he feels a sudden urge for excitement. A true-blooded mafia feeling!
"Stop it, Kenneth! We are in danger and you feel excited?" Nathalie asked angrily.
"Relax, Nathalie. He is just excited." The snake queen said happily.
She loves the smell of Nathalie's fear!
"I'm not asking you, impostor!" Nathalie answered. She didn't like her a bit!
The snake queen only smirks at her secretly biting her lips because of anger.
One day she will kill this bitch! She shouted angrily in her mind.
"Calm down Nathalie. Lance can't focus if we are noisy. Let him do what he needs to do."Anton whispered in her ear.
She calms down and hugs Kevin tightly. She didn't like to see the excitement in Kenneth's eyes! She will not allow her twins to become Mafia Bosses or King like their father!
She loves Lance and willing to be with him no matter what.
But she can't bear to see her twins be like this! Lance promise to end all of the chaos caused by this Mafia bullshit and she is hoping in her heart that it will come true.
She like a peaceful life without the sound of guns!
"Alright, I'm giving a chance to those traitors who will repent and bow to me. Drop your guns and go home to your family and never come back! This is the only chance that I will give. Think carefully!" Lance shouted.
He will admit that he became soft the moment she meet Nathalie and the twins. He can't kill all of them in front of his family! They also have a family waiting for them in their home.
This is the only chance that he will give in his entire life.
He's hoping that they will surrender so that blood will not be scattered in this place.
Everyone drop their guns and walked out except Sandro's most trusted men. Lance is happy with the outcome.
"Coward! Will you be forever a pet of these Mafia Bosses? Ungrateful bastards!" Sandro shouted angrily.
Lance punches him again.
"You are the ungrateful one! You should die!" Lance is ready to kill Sandro when Marie stops him and kneels in front.
"Please Boss, Give us a chance!" Marie said while crying but she's bowing her head as a sign of respect.
Sandro got the chance to escape from Lance's hand but the snake queen fire his arm.
He didn't stop but continued to run away from them.
Lance fires his feet and he falls.
"Stop it, Sandro! You should surrender!" Marie nervously shouted but Sandro won't listen.
"Tsk! I'd rather die than surrender!" He answered smiling crazily.
Nathalie is covering Kevin's ear from the sound of guns but it's still noisy.
"Mommy, they are bad!" Kevin said crying.
"Shhh, sleep baby. Close your eyes and sleep so that you can't hear the sound." Nathalie said while gently caressing Kevin's hair.
She sings a lullaby, hoping for Kevin to sleep.
Her poor innocent baby!
"Anton, escort Nathalie and the kids outside, now! You're blank again, focus!" Lance shouted angrily.
Anton immediately drags Nathalie and the kids outside with the Lion Shadow Assassins following their back.
Lance is already irritated because of the situation. He's frustrated and felt like a bad leader that his trusted men turn their back on him!
Nathalie looks at him sadly. She wants to comfort Lance but she needs to take care of the twins first.
"One last chance, Sandro!" Lance shouted.
"Awe, You're so kind, Boss. Thank you for that but I won't surrender!"Sandro answered and his eyes flickered.
Lance notices it and pauses for a moment. He's already pointing his gun at Sandro's head but his hand won't move!
Suddenly out of nowhere bullets are flying, hitting Sandro and Marie as well as their men!
"Kill the intruder!" Lance shouted and the Lion Shadow Assassins chase the unwelcome guest.
Lance runs towards Marie and checks her pulse but she's dead.
He went to Sandro and he was still breathing.
"Hang on, I will let you live," Lance said.
But Sandro shakes his head.
"Thank you Boss for everything. Please take care of my family. I'm s-sorry!" Is Sandro's last words before he died.
Lance shouted in frustration. He will surely kill the Evil King Of Black Lion!
"Be strong Lance. The enemy is evil!" The Snake Queen touch his shoulder to comfort him.
"And the snake is tricky, full of tricks on their sleeves!" Nathalie shouted angrily while looking at the snake queen.
She wants to cut her hand holding Lance's shoulder!
The snake queen immediately withdrew her hands.
Lance stand up and didn't bother the queen beside him.
His eyes are only focused on the one he loves.
The Snake Queen is dying inside. Seeing Lance's eyes who are deeply in love with only one woman!
It's painful in her heart. It's killing her! She doesn't know how long her patience will last but she needs to hold on.
She aims for success and she will have it, no matter what!
"Why are you here? Where's the twins?" Lance lovingly asked Nathalie.
"I left them with Dad. I'm worried about you! What happened in here?" She asked horrified while looking at all the dead people including Sandro and Marie around her!
"Don't look at them. It's a long story, I felt sad about their death but there's nothing I can do! The evil King is always one step ahead of me. I like to kill him badly!" Lance answered in frustration.
Nathalie hugs him and taps his back gently.
"Don't worry, we are always here for you." She said smelling the natural scent of Lance. And she misses him so much!
She cannot bear to watch if something bad will happen to him!
"Thank you, My Love," Lance answered while grabbing her face and then kissing her gently.
The snake queen walked away from them crying silently.
One day you will be kissing me Lance until I run out of breath! She told herself holding her gun tightly.
BURIAL
It's a sad day for all the members of Golden Tiger. Lance buried them with dignity for sacrificing themselves for the sake of the organization.
Lance is mourning the death of Sandro's Family and all of his men. It's too late for them to save them.
When Lance arrived, all of them are already dead!
The evil King is surely laughing for now. And Lance hates it!
He decided to make this hideout a graveyard for those who died. In memory of them.
Anton included Aunt Clara in the burial. He will give her peace and he is hoping for her soul to rest peacefully.
Aunt Clara, Sandro, and Marie are buried at the center while the other members are all around them.
The Lion Shadow Assassins fire their guns after the ceremony and all the dead are carefully put in their respective grave.
"I'm sorry Sandro, I wasn't able to protect your family and the others!"Lance said while gritting his teeth.
"Goodbye, Aunt Clara. Thanks for everything!" Nathalie said then she hug Lance for comfort.
She's wishing that all of this will come to an end. She misses living a peaceful life!
But life without Lance is empty.
She'd rather hear the sound of guns than life without Lance on their side.
