"What's happening?" I asked. "Aiden, He was at your office. He was searching for the evidence you collected against him, about the trafficking and the about the scams he has gained from online thru bitcoins"
"We followed him back to his house, I think he sent some men to follow you so we came back here"
I closed my eyes in frustration. "We don't know if he found them or not" I shake my head. "He won't ever find em. Cause they were never in the damn office" I said gesturing to the man to bring my car but I forgot one thing.

I could not let her stay alone, It was dangerous. I had seen Aiden's men hovering around her for the entirety of the night.
"Do one thing, Go the Emreld's house. Tell her I ordered her to bring me the black case at 3 in the noon near the Downtown 66 Club. Up on the roof, Meet me at my house after you did that" Max nodded looking behind.
"She has two followers" I nodded. "I noticed. Call on Coby for me" I said and he nodded taking his cell out and I walked to Bue, "Bue, Get to my house, Get My Sedan, We'll confuse them at the most or just-" He gave me up nod before leaving.
"You have 10 minutes" Max nodded leaving to inform Emrelad before I look for Rose and get her out of there.
I look at the people sitting over the couch and see the man who has been following Rose. My jaw clenched as I walked towards him. His eyes were still over the girl dancing.
But before I could confront I saw Rose make her way down the stage behind him and I walk straight at her. Taking her hand as he talked with a friend walking at the back room, I heard the suddenly shocked pause she gave snapping her eyes at me before suddenly relaxing.
"We need to talk," I said and she looked at ava she Ava nodded walking away.
"Get a dress, grab your stuff. We have to leave" She frowned.
"But why-"
"No questions Rose, Please trust me" She looks down biting her lip before leaving to go to the back rooms.
"What's happening?" She asked as I grabbed her hand, taking us to the Black sedan. "Kaden" She whispered, I was about to ask her to shut up since I couldn't explain at the moment but her eyes were at the entrance of the club.
The two men we walking out searching around, "The one in the blue asked for a dance, But Carrie denied. I figured something was wrong" I stare at them for a minute as their stare moves around the parking space.
"Get in" I said and she opened the door shutting it and I start the car pulling it out the drive,
"Fuck" I curse as I see one of them looking at me and they rush to their car.
"Here, call Coby," I said throwing my phone at her and g a sharp turn away from both our houses.
She searched through the contacts and dialed his no, Within seconds he picked it up.
"What's going on? I am heading at the high way" I glance at Rose. "Meet us at the intersection, Try to get your car between us. Take me towards the tracks." He hummed.
"What if they know?" I look in the rearview, they were right behind us. "Well, then we'll have to stop em" Rose snapped her head at me.
It was a minute of chasing them away when I see Coby's car from a distance trying to beat them to us. I took a sharp U- turn and heard Rose gasping as we both hear a gun shot. I was late when we left, they were hardly any cars around. I had to get to a busy place. But I had no way to turn back around towards the busy city.
I see Coby's car behind us but they had hit the back of our car.
When Coby turned his car around unfortunately they noticed my car.
I accept his call, "Well?" I chuckle in frustration looking at the mirror and seeing their car behind us, "Where are you?" I asked.
"Right behind" I nodded.
Rose covered her ears as we heard another gunshot making me drag the car into a forest road and turning it around to face their car, "Don't get out" I said staring at them and we wait, Till they get out. I wait till I see Coby's car slowly pull up away from us and he walks out.
I grabbed the gun under my seat.
"Get in the back Rose" I didn't hear anything and I look at her. Her eyes staring at my gun.
"Get in the back Rose!" She moved from between the seats to the back seat as I get out.
"Aiden set you up to come after her?" They didn't say anything. It was a second before Coby's Guns pressed against both their heads and they pointed their guns at me.
"Fuck you, Kaden," He said and I take his gun. As Coby knocked his mate out taking his gun.
Suddenly he tackled me with a knife before It could reach my stomach I fired my shot at his leg.
Pushing him off me as he yelled at me.
"Where are we going?" I look at Coby.
We decided to rent a villa long past the city. But closer to the club I was supposed to meet Emerald at.
As I walk back to the car Coby pulled his car out the narrow road, I opened the back door. My heart stopped as I didn't see Rose anywhere.
"Rose!" I yelled slamming the door close. My eyes move back to the two guys over the ground and I moved around in search of her, The relief that washed over my heart when I saw her back towards me. I walked near her.
"Rose?" I touched her hand.
"I am sorry you had to see that" She bites her lip.
"You just, I-I " I couldn't help myself. Grabbing her face and pressing my lip against hers. She whimpered at my roughness. Her hands stayed near my chest and I pressed her body on mine. She was shivering in the cold. Her lips moved only a bit.
But I didn't stop. Grabbing her chin and giving her a deep kiss before letting go.
She was quiet. Very quite. It made my hands itch.

"What time are we leaving?" I asked. "I was thinking of leaving without you. Everyone will be having a great time" I clenched my fist.
"But I have no one to make dinner since we both have work. So you are coming with us. We will come back here after a month to see James's parents, And discuss your wedding "
"You really want me to marry him?" I asked softly. "Enough Lily, He is a great man, And you will carry him. Whatever accusation you put over him he would've made sure you never married again. But he loves you. No man would ever forgive a woman for putting him under such false actions"
I nodded. Just walked away.
In an hour I heard the door bell. I gulp getting away from the door as soon as I opened it and looked down. "Lilyan" He called my name grabbing my chin harshly and I whimper. He kisses my cheek, soon whispering in my ear.
"Better work on your behavior future wife"
"Ah! James" My father called and he smiled winking at me. "Now, now, We do not allow before marriage romance. Although we are very sad we have to take her home."
He laughed, "I was here to say goodbye, Just for a month" They smiled. Talking further about things as I walked to my room sitting on the bed.
