Heated up argument

“Well, I’ve been wanting to meet you now because I want to introduce you to this lovely woman beside me.” He said, smiling at the woman beside him. “Aurora, meet Vivienne Rose, my girlfriend…”

The woman was wearing a bucket hat to hide the upper part of the face and when she removed it, Aurora gasped.

As far as she could remember, this woman is Reagan’s…ex? Why the hell is this woman in front of her, sitting beside her best friend and claiming to be his girlfriend? And why the hell does things for the past keep on appearing? First Reagan, and now his ex?

Vivienne Rose extended her hand, “Hello, Aurora it’s nice to meet you. I heard lots of things about you from Felix.”

Aurora gulped, looking nervously at Felix who was grinning at her, waiting for her to shake Vivienne’s hand. seriously? Is he this dumb? Or don’t realize the situation he’s in? So that’s why she was feeling a bit off earlier because she would be put in this situation right now. Great.

“You?” She asked, and couldn't help but scoff at the girl.

Vivienne nervously chuckled, confusion was all over her face, and glancing at Felix nervously, “I’m sorry but did I offend you anyhow?” She turned to Felix, “Babe..”

She feels so shocked right now. And feels angry at Felix for some reason. And so much disappointed at him. How could he do this? Right in front of her? Damn, he was the one who clearly knows all her struggles and why is he taking this woman as his girlfriend she wants to scream and yell and demand all the answers from him but her mouth was too stunned to speak.

Felix cleared his throat as silence passed by, with Aurora staring hard at Vivienne Rose.

Felix gave her a look that says “Be nice to her '' and Aurora just raised her eyebrows at him sassily. She knows she’s being silly and acting immature plus disrespectful with the way she’s acting right now but damn, she couldn't hide her distaste and hostility from Vivienne Rose.

Out of all the women in the world, he chose to be his girlfriend, this same woman who hurt her feelings years ago. And damn she couldn’t forget this woman when she was obsessed with Reagan.

“Have you already ordered a drink?” Felix asked, diverting the topic into something airy despite the thick tension all over them.

“Yes, I already did. Oh, I’ll go to the restroom, can you accompany me, Felix?” She asked, signaling this as their cue to talk.

Felix looked at his new girlfriend, hesitating, “I mean, I have to accompany my-”

“No, you can go with her. I’ll order your favorite Machiatto drink.” She said kindly, giving him a reassuring smile.

“But what if the paparazzi saw you?” Felix whispered concerned, and Aurora caught that. Oh right, Vivienne is still a celebrity. A famous one. She was already famous last time but now, her fame just doubled as she grew up, taking on sexy roles in films. Seh’s almost everywhere in bulletins, billboards, perfume ads, and magazines. Her face is printed everywhere. That’s how famous she is, especially in America.

Felix sighed in defeat, “Then I’ll just make it quick for you not to wait long, babe.” And with that, Aurora grabbed his hand and dragged him to the restroom.

She felt Felix pulling his hand away from her, giving her a dirty look, “Hey, what’s your problem”

Auror gasped, scoffing at him, “What’s my problem? Are you really asking me that? Right now? Don’t you get the situation, you’re in Felix?”

“You’re being hostile to Viviene, you know. I made you meet her here to know her better-”

“My goodness, Felix!” She cried out, not believing this, “Can’t you feel how badly I want to hit you right now? I understand you want me to meet your girlfriend but why her?”

“Why her? Why are you asking me that? Cause I love her-”

“You know what? I’m so disappointed in you, Felix.” She cut his sentence off. “You chose the girl that I hated from the past and you were the one who comforted me, knowing how badly I felt at that time, Felix.” He is always by his side, supporting her….and he has never failed her.

He chuckled bitterly, “What? Is that it? My goodness, we’re now grown-ups. That was last eight years ago. I thought you forgot about that?”

Her mouth was wide open now, not believing those words would come out from him. They never had a fight like this before, and this is the first time, and it's so terrible and heated up.

“She’s my happiness.” He continued, “The moment you turned me down years ago, I was sad and I didn't tell you, I just stayed by your side but then I met her in one of the business meetings where she sang life, I happened to talk to her, met her for a few times, and before I knew it, she lit up my world.”

He said breathlessly, “I realized I was just infatuated with you, Aurora. The feeling I had for you last eight years ago was not loving and just infatuation. But right now, what I feel for her is real.. and now you’re here, telling me you don't like it? It’s the first time since I became happy and you don’t like it? Don’t you want me to be happy?”
