"Nice job Allen!" Clara said on the other line.

I was barely awake when she called me very early the next day. I was having a hard time going to sleep last night. I wanted to call Louise so bad but finally managed to resist the temptation. It was around three when my eyes finally closing in on me, and Clara's morning call just made me groan.

"So true, anyway...you're done for the day if you could meet me for coffee let say around four or five today before you get back to the beach house that would be great. I got some paperwork for you to sign."

I groaned at her reply, I know she was doing it for my benefit. But social media is not my thing, and at that moment I was actually nervous that Louise might find my pictures.

I knew that she wouldn't have a fit. It was not her style, but I think I've come to know her better. And she might take it the wrong way and totally pat herself on the back, for not going all out on me. She was the kind of person, who would just throw whatever we have out the window and couldn't care less with my explanation.

I cursed some more and decided to take an earlier flight. I called the guys and canceled our lunch saying I have to go back early.

Fuck! I shouldn't have gone away this weekend. I shouldn't have run away from her.

After thanking Sam for picking me up at the airport, I decided to call Louise saying that I was on my way.

"Why the hurry, I thought you still have a business to take care of?" her words were cold and distant, I immediately know that she saw the pictures already.

"Lou just tell me are you at your apartment?"

"Yes."

"Okay, I'll be there in fifteen minutes."

"Nope, just stay there and wait for me."

"I know you saw the pictures..." I greeted her as she opens her door for me.

"I did." She walked back into her apartment with me trailing behind her.

"I came right here to explain myself to you, but seeing you're so rattled up, I think you might actually be jealous..." I closed the door behind me, then swiftly pulled her into my embrace.

"God, I missed you so fucking much."
