Ace in the hole
Alpha Zayne Steele
"Rafael, could you assist Denicka," Zayne spoke, then continued. "Thank you, Denicka, and you are welcome. It is our pleasure to bring down this entity by any means, and we are happy to have you on board. Training starts at six am."
Zayne's eyes slid to Denicka and Rafael, then back to the rest of the room.
Nevertheless, these men of honor that stood with him could not stand idly by and watch an entity bulldoze its way into the wolf communities, destroying everything in their path, one wolf community at a time.
And Zayne was grateful for their assistance, and today, Zayne really understood how much like him they were. This group of men did not back down.
They had volunteered willingly for all the tasks discussed in this meeting today, and Zayne felt proud, happy, and relieved about the progress made.
"It has been a long day, a long week." There were grunts and little noises of agreement.
Zayne paused, and his eyes slid across the room again; "I appreciate all your advice and input. We have a solid plan for the way forward. Thank you all for showing up and showing out."
"Thank you for participating. I know it is not easy going up against an entity like this, one that shows no remorse for its own kind or ours. This entity must be stopped, change must happen, and it will start with us!"
The room went into an uproar of battle cries and grunts. They were angry at this entity and hyped to bring them down.
He had dismissed everyone, and they all scurried about hobbling together into their teams and started planning for their particular assignments.
That evening, after his run-in with Leandra, Zayne finally entered his office.
He sat at his desk and slid a calling card through his fingers, contemplating his approach because he did not know if he could trust this Colonel. He had gone over this many times in his mind.
Zayne was ready to use his ace in the hole. He contacted the Colonel for information on the location Jovi found, the one with the tap.
His men could handle Sheila and the doctors. However, inside intel on that building can be valuable.
Zayne wanted details on who owned the building, things like that, also information on what was going on there or anything he could get. He would take.
Lieutenant Colonel De Four was tired of what was going on. He believed in right and wrong, and he also believed in justice.
These people have been paying some higher-ups to do their dirty bidding. And he wanted to look into who was calling the shots, but he had to move carefully from the inside.
De Four did not know who he could trust and would not be taking any chances.
What this entity stood for was wrong in his eyes. This entity was dangerous; not only did they have no qualms about what they were doing to the magical beings, but they were also just as heartless when it came to humans.
These people needed to be brought down, but they would have to do it the right way and gather the evidence. This was what De Four had told Zayne.
While Alpha Zayne had other plans for this entity, enemies like this did not need to live to see the light of day.
Nevertheless, De Four could not understand why they experimented on these humans, creating these monsters. Why? Was it simply to carry out their ruthless and vicious plans?
What was the end game here? What did they plan to accomplish with this? Would they continue down this road until ALL magical beings were destroyed? How many more humans have to suffer for their wicked plans?
As far as he was concerned, humans and magical beings could live peacefully.
Colonel De Four had given Zayne a critical player of the higher-ups in the military. He even passed on the info about who gave them the order to visit Zayne's property.
Colonel De Four knew the danger of getting involved but still passed on details he had access to.
De Four knew he could easily lose his life for this, but he was a man of honor also and would not stand idly by if he could help.
However, it was not the head of the snake. Zayne had thought this was plenty. With these big fish names, he knew it would only be a matter of time before they could catch the head of the snake by following the trails of those big fishes.
They can run traces of every single one of them, run surveillance, and see who leads to whom.
Yes, it would take time, but it was still something!
Who was the puppet master pulling on their strings?
De Four was amazed by young Alpha Zayne's stance and was all too delighted to lend a hand.
He had hoped there would be more like Zayne, taking a stand.
Because it seems the government is not doing anything because, as far as they are concerned, magical beings do not exist, and they go to tremendous lengths to prove just that to the public.
However, he believes they should come out and tell the people because they were not stupid, at least the few that may have observed supernatural activities.
So, because of this, the entity is left free to straddle the fence, and of course, added to that, money goes a long way.
Zayne also discussed his plans to recruit law enforcement with De Four. The way Zayne had seen it, humans were disappearing, and he would be offering to help.
And in turn, De Four had given him the name of someone he knew who could help with that and the best way forward.
At the end of the call, Zayne's Friday evening, the end of this terrible week, had just gotten even better. He wanted to hear the Colonel out, and just maybe this could be the start of something, but who had known?
When Zayne had made the call, he was unsure whether or not Colonel De Four was trying to trap him.
As it turns out, it seems Lieutenant Colonel De Four was indeed a friend and not a foe.
He still was not one hundred percent sure, but he had a good feeling about De Four, even Aragorn.
Nevertheless, Zayne had quickly wrapped up the call, then mind-linked Mekhi, who was still at the training grounds with the men from earlier. They had stayed and gotten to work right away.
Only breaking to eat. So Zayne relayed the details of the new list of key players to run surveillance on, so they would need a few more teams set up.
Zayne realized just how much this recruitment was needed sooner rather than later. "Goddess, I hope all this leads to the break we have been looking for."
Sacha Kanoska
It has been two weeks since the night of the burning, two weeks since she got her pvssy eaten like a five-course meal.
And it had been two weeks since Mekhi claimed her thoughts. Even right now, hundreds of miles away from home. Mekhi was on her mind!
During the two weeks, it has been an emotional rollercoaster for Sacha. Even though she could not get Mekhi out of her mind.
After leaving Mekhi that night after the burning, Sacha had gone to her room, showered, changed into her nightwear, and slipped into bed, but sleep never graced her with its presence.
She had tossed and twisted all night, thinking about the look in Mekhi's eyes as he ate her out. That raw, hungry desire in his eyes had penetrated her senses.
She was surprisingly soaked at the thought of Mekhi.
Sacha had touched herself that night just to relieve her swollen, hardened, and aching bud. She had even thought of heading back into Mekhi's room, letting him do as he pleased.
But she could not go all the way, even if there was the slightest chance that Zayne would want her. She would hold out!
She had already gone too far tonight.
But soon enough, coming down from the heights of her third release, Sacha began to wonder if she was paying attention to the wrong leader all this time.
Sacha had touched herself twice already and went into a third round because all that needed to happen was for her to recall that starving yet loving look in Mekhi's eyes for her, and her bud would get so hard again!
What if it was Mekhi from the start?
