Lucky Winner!
Alpha Zayne Steele
His eyes behold one creature hovering over a woman currently sitting on a chair leaning forward, trembling, as she desperately tries to stitch up a gaping wound on another creature presently sprawled on another chair sideways facing her. It made it easier for her to simply lean over and tend to his injury.
They were by a table, blood trickling down the side of the woman's face from a gash on her forehead, and her heart was racing a hundred miles per minute, fingers shaking as she tried her best under the circumstances to do the task before her.
These f**king creatures, the f**k? Well, I'll be damn.
A slight struggle sounded from upstairs, breaking Zayne out of his distracting thoughts and catching the creature's attention hovering over the woman.
The creature quickly looks up through the hole and darts out of the kitchen, heading for the stairs. That's when Alpha Zayne used the opportunity to end this.
He had seen enough! He leaped before the creature, quickly dismembering his head from his body with a swing of his clawed hand.
Then he swiftly reached for one of his knives and threw it across the room, aiming at the head of the creature in the kitchen.
The one being attended to, who was sprawled at the table. Alpha Zayne wanted to end him before the piece of filth suddenly got the idea to hold the poor lady hostage.
At what Alpha Zayne just walked in on, he was unwilling to gamble and take chances. The blade flew through the air, hitting its target with precision. The creature fell to his side, and he hit the table before him with a thump.
The woman seemed frozen for one second, then the very next, she jumped out of her seat and ran to Alpha Zayne, desperately shouting.
At the same time, her entire body trembled with fear and worry, "they took my daughter, oh god, they dragged her out. She is only six," she clutched her chest, grabbing at her blood-soaked T-shirt, trying frantically to catch her breath.
"Oh god, my baby girl, they took my daughter!!! Please, please, help usssssssss," she wailed.

Aubrianne Ivanov POV.
A few minutes and we were there.
Daniel took me to his lovely two-story home, but unlike his father's, his was smaller in size. Pulling up, he asks if I would like to come in.
I told him, "sure, I would love to."
Stepping out of the vehicle, he led the way. As we entered, he closed the door behind us and said, "Feel free to look around while I grab something from upstairs."
As he made his way up the stairs, I started to look around. Slowly taking a step and then another, I took in the downstairs area of his lovely home.
Lilly white walls, white tiles with black abstract patterns, a vast L-shaped black leather couch, a two-seater next to it, and the single-seater on the other side.
In the middle is a beautiful furry white rug. It looks so fluffy, clean, and comfy it made me feel like sliding down and lying on it.
There was an octagon-shaped black coffee table that was on top, and this was all facing a giant flat screen.
I automatically walk to a wall where I take in the massive painting of a beautiful brown wolf with blue eyes, and my right hand reaches up and gently caresses the painting. It's so gorgeous. Remarkable, I thought.
Strolling over to the fireplace, I zoned in on some photos on the mantle. I saw a lovely family photo of his mom, dad, and sister. She looks about eight, and he seems about thirteen or maybe fourteen.
I reached for it, taking it into my hands. I closely examined it. It looked like they were on a family vacation of some sort.
They seemed so happy. Such a beautiful family, I thought. Wish I had a family portrait like this, I whispered solemnly. I wish I had a family, to begin with.
"That was the last vacation we took as a family," Daniel's voice came from behind me. I turned to look at him, noticing a briefcase in his hand—" My mom died two years later."
"Oh," I said, "again, so sorry to hear about your mom." This was another thing we bonded over. We both lost our mothers.
"I was fourteen in that photo, my sister seven going on eight. That was the best vacation we ever had. We talk about it to this day." He smiles from ear to ear and says, "I will be sure to tell you sometime, but for now, let's get out of here."
"I would love to hear it. I will hold you to that," I said, flashing a genuine smile as I followed Daniel out.
We got back into the SUV, and not too long, we pulled up by another house. This one is a lovely flat. Daniel told me his buddy James would take us to Thornton's Dealership. I soon discovered that Thornton's Dealership sells cars, trucks, air crafts, boats, Hiabs, Man Lifts, you name it.
Nevertheless, he said he was going to purchase a brand new ride and would like my input, but I am sure he already has something in mind.
I smile, "sweet, can't wait," I say. Another thing to keep me busy, I thought.
"Come on, you should get in the back with me. Let us be chauffeured," Daniel says, gesturing and smiling mischievously.
I lightly snickered and responded while grabbing my handbag from my lap and securing it around my shoulder, "I most certainly would."
I then made my way to the back, and soon, James got in, introductions were made, then we were on our way to the Dealership.
James was a handsome dude with chocolate-colored smooth skin, brown eyes, a concave nose, a defined jawline, thick lips, and broad shoulders, and he was built. Looks about five feet ten inches.
"So Danny boy, this is the young lady that has you, MIA, eh?" James says, eyes gleaming mischievously as he glances at us in the mirror.
Daniel rolled his eyes, "Don't call me that!"
"Ah, so you admit it then. A beautiful young lady comes into town, and suddenly I can't hear from my best friend. What am I to think?" he feigned hurt and betrayal.
"Shut up, James, and just drive. Can you do that?"
"Alright, Alright!" James says, lifting his hands off the steering wheel in defense.
"For crying out loud, keep your hands on the wheel," Daniel warned.
They were quiet for a moment, then suddenly, James changed the topic, and we fell into light banter as we drove to the Dealership.
We pull into a warehouse complex, about fifteen warehouses, and each, I imagine, has its own array of 'toys.'
I think James took us straight to the vehicle section entrance.
Daniel got out, and then he put out his hands for me to take as I stepped out right after him, saying, "let's do this."
He smiles and says, "Yes, let's."
I took his hand, settling down and waving James off.
We made our way inside.
It was those doors that automatically open when you step up. We stepped right in, and I was like a kid at an amusement park or in candy land. I squealed quietly with a huge grin on my face.
At that moment, I wanted to explore everything and did not know where to begin, eyes wide as saucers, and I was almost bouncing up and down, "Oh my god, this is amazing," I told Daniel.
There were all types of vehicles, different makes and models, of other brands of vehicles, from monster-sized trucks, bikes, vans, luxurious cars, to sporty, to Barbie, to I am that bitch type vehicle.
I could scream—I was so excited and ready to check out these vehicles with Daniel, prepared for this distraction. So many choices, decisions, and more decisions! "You ain't seen anything yet," was his response.
We spent the next two hours having a fantastic time, playing, teasing, and taking pictures of ourselves, doing numerous poses.
We danced in the vehicles we blasted music from, made funny faces and all, and did plenty of goofing around. All the while, we checked out vehicle after vehicle, but Daniel was looking at a particular type of sports car.
So we checked out a lot of those. We even tried out some pimped-out scooters and rode around this vast warehouse of cars acting like kids.
The warehouse itself on the inside is all white and very classy, so everything pops. All the colored vehicles really pop. We almost knock into a few people on our little time with the scooters. It was childish, I'll admit, but I was having fun.
After a long moment, Daniel wanted to circle back to a vehicle he was looking at, so I followed him, and then we were eventually interrupted.
A young woman came up to us and introduced herself. Looking around for the voice, I quickly noticed that the place had been emptied out, and we were alone.
Looking at me, she says, "Good evening, my name is Donna, and how are you doing today? Anything I can interest you in?"
"Oh no, it's Daniel here," I said, pointing to Daniel, "he is the one that came to purchase a vehicle."
She looks at me like I am confused, "no, I mean you. We were given orders to gift you a vehicle of your choice. You are our store's lucky winner."
