Even if the physical body is cultivated to the limit, it can only maintain a lifespan of one hundred and fifty years. There are many science fiction or scientific conjectures in modern time and space. And without roots, the soul is like a shell, unable to open this mysterious door.

Root nature is like a beacon in the dark night. Without this light, the soul will always be in darkness.

When you open the entrance and touch the heaven and earth with your soul, you will find that this world is so vivid. Many existences that cannot be seen with the naked eye, cannot be detected by outsiders, and cannot be understood by racking one's brains, appear one by one. Oh, I see. Only monks who have stepped through the threshold will have this kind of realization.

Under the guidance of the root, the soul can capture the spiritual energy flowing between heaven and earth, incorporate it into the soul, and smelt it with the essence that is continuously fed back from the acupoints to give birth to the first ray of mana.

This is the process of a monk stepping into the door from outside.
