24.   Kiss me!

Evolet pov

I storm out from my parent's room with Oren on my tail. I still can't believe what they told me.

I was a princess! The daughter of Noelani and Kai Zale. The mad king is my father and everyone thinks I'm dead.

Why would my mother want to keep me hidden for twenty years? Was I in danger? Will my father want to kill me when he finds out I'm alive?

"Evolet go find Blaze! I'll prepare the horses! "Oren said with determination in his voice. "And no worry sister! I'll always be there for you! No matter what happens! I don't care we don't have the same blood, you'll always be my little sister! I'll die protecting you if is needed! I love you Evolet! " he added with teary eyes!

"I love you too, brother! Thank you for being by my side! "I said kissing his cheek. Then he left for the stalls.

I went to where our rooms were hoping it won't take too much to find Blaze. I wanted to leave this place as soon as possible.

"Blaze! "I said knocking on his door.

"Come in! "I hear him.

I open the door to find a shirtless Blaze lying on the bed. Hands under his head and his eight packs abdomen making me want to touch it. I clear my throat and lift my eyes to his face.

He was so handsome. Ughh!This is not what I came here for.

"Blaze comes on, we need to leave! "I said my voice breaking a little.

He was up in an instant, like feeling my pain.

"What's wrong little princess? "he asked worriedly.

Why was he worried for me?

"Don't call me that!" I yelled, tears streaming down my face again. "Don't ever call me princess! "I said slamming my fist in his chest when he hugged me.

I struggle for few minutes to get out of his embrace but to no avail.

"Stop struggling, Evolet! I won't hurt you! What's wrong? Please talk with me!" he said tightening his hold.

"They..they lie to me! They lie to me all my life Blaze! "I said wrapping my arms around his torso. I feel so safe in his arms.

"Who? What are you talking about? "

What should I do? Do I trust him enough to tell him who I was? Will he use me against my real father if he will know?

"It doesn't matter now! We need to go! Please, Blaze! I want to go!" I said deciding not to tell him yet. Not before I'm sure about his intentions.

"Ok, ok..we will go then! Just let me dress! "

Realising he was shirtless my cheeks turn red. My breath caught in my throat and my heart was beating like war drums.

I lift my head to look at him. His eyes were full of lust and his breath fanning my face. My lips parted on their own while my eyes travelled to his plum, soft-looking ones. I wanted to kiss him so badly. The hair on my arms stood up and I felt my core getting wet. Why is this man affecting me so much?

"Kiss me!" I said without thinking.

His eyes went wide, clearly surprised by my request. Without saying a word he smashed his lips on mine.

He kissed me like he was in the desert and I was the last drop of water. I kiss him back with the same intensity. One of his arms travelling to my waist and the other to the back of my head, holding me in place.

I run my fingers through his soft black hair making him groan. I could feel his hardness pressing on my stomach. Making me want more. The kiss was much better than I expected. It's like I didn't want to stop.

We pull apart from the kiss to catch our breath. A small smile displayed on his face. His lips were swallowed and red. And I knew mine wasn't any different.

He opened his mouth to say something. But I didn't hear anything. His face became worried.

"Evolet! Evolet talk with me!" I heard him after few seconds. I felt something wet on my hands. I looked down only to see a sphere of water in each.

I jump in surprise and fear as I didn't understand what's going on.

The water started to transform into ice. What is happening to me?

"Evolet! You need to calm down!"Blaze said.

"Calm down?! Are you serious? How can I calm down when I don't know what's happening to me!" I said fear growing in my heart.

"Evolet you need to calm down, otherwise one of us is going to get hurt. Don't let it control you! You need to control it!"

"Control it?How?I'm not even an elemental? How is this possible?" I said..Then I remembered. I was a Water princess! Of course, water is my element. But why now? How?

"It is possible! You can do it! I know you can! I'll help you!"I look at Blaze and nod. He was so determined to help me.

"Ok! Keep looking at me." he said."Now think about something nice! Think about your childhood. "

My hands were shaking, the ice started to form sharp peaks. My childhood? All it brings me thinking about it is pain, betrayal.

"Ok..uhh..ok!Think about something else! Something nice!"

"Like what Blaze? There is nothing nice I can think about right now! I just find out my parents aren't my parents! They've been lying to me all my life! My mom is dead! And my father..my father is..."Small arrow-like, pieces start flying from my hand, hitting everywhere. I was horrified as one struck Blaze arm.

"Help me, Blaze! Please! I can stop it! I'm hurting you! Please! Help me stop it! "I said tears running down my face.

He stepped forward looking me in the eyes. Another arrow scratches his cheek.

Then he grabbed my neck and smashes his lips on mine for the second time today.

This one was nothing like the one before. It was soft and passionate, full of emotions. I gave in the kiss forgetting about everything.

How can this man calm me so fast?

We pull apart and I notice the ice was gone.

"That was something! "Blaze said smiling.

"Yeah..tell me!"

"What do you think this means?"

"I don't know, Blaze? But I'm pretty sure we'll gonna find out soon! "I said."Come on now! Oren is waiting for us! I still want to leave from here! "

He nodded and went clean his small wounds and change.

We went downstairs and find Oren waiting for us with two bags.

"What's that?" I asked pointing to the bags.

"Food! If we are not staying for dinner I thought it will be fair to take our ratio with us! You know I'm gonna get hungry, and I'm so annoyed when I'm hungry! "he said laughing.

I gave him a small smile, while Blaze was shaking his head laughing, and we left.

We will be there by tomorrow night, hopefully!
