Chapter 26 More than attraction

Blaze pov

The trip to my Kingdom was pretty quiet.

When we arrived all the people from the Fire City were there, waiting for us.

They looked relieved when they saw me. And a bit intrigued about the other two persons that I was with.

"People of the Fire City, please welcome our King! "I hear a familiar voice.

Titus was at the palace door, next to a smiling Willow. When she saw Evolet she left Titus behind and start running to her.

Evolet jumped off her horse and waited for her now crying friend, with arms open.

"Evolet! What are you doing here? I missed you so much! "Willow said after pulling apart.

"I missed you too, Wills! I came to help organise your ceremony."She said looking at a smirking Titus. "Did he treat you well?" she asked pointing at him.

"You know he wouldn't have another choice! "

Willow answered and they both burst into laughter.

"Did no one missed me? I'm so hurt!"Said Oren, holding his chest like he was in so much pain.

"Awww...Oren!Come here! Of course, I did miss you too !"

I shake Titus' hand and we made our way to the place. Everyone was gone already.

"Dinner will be ready in half an hour! Go take a shower and we'll talk then. "he said.

"Willow, will you please show Evolet and Oren to their rooms, please? I have something to take care of before dinner! ".She nodded her head smiling. It seems like she smiles a lot.

After the trio was gone, I turned to Titus.

"Titus there is something I need to talk to you about! Come on! Let's go to the office! "

"What's up man?" he asked closing the door behind him.

"I know this will sound stupid...Maybe it's not a good idea.." I said pouring a glass of whisky for myself and one for Titus.

"Have this anything to do with her? With Evolet? "

"How do you know?"

"Come on man! I know you for so long! And I never in my whole life seen you like this! Plus, everyone can say something is going on between you two! "he said chuckling.

"There's nothing between us! Not that I don't want to! But I'm not sure if she feels something for me, so I didn't say anything to her! "

"Blaze, man! You're over your head! You're in deep shit man!" he said laughing. "I never thought this day will come! The day when great King Blaze will fall in love!"

"I'm not in love! It's just something about her! Something that makes me wanted to protect her at any cost, to be close to her all the time!"

"That's it! You're in love, man! Cheers! He said lifting his glass and drinking all its content.

"Titus there's something else! Believe me when I say! What did you feel when you met Willow? "

"What? Do you think she's your Alter? If she was you will know the moment you saw her for the first time!"

"I know! But.."

"Ok! So first of all we all know that when you meet your Alter, your element power is growing, then you can feel it, feel the bond. You will be the only one she will look for when she needs someone to hold her, the only one able to comfort and calm her down. It's this what's happening? Did you felt the bond?"

"I don't know man, I don't know! There is this connection between us! And she saved my life! Plus before we left the Air Kingdom something happened! "

I tell him everything about the purple light, the kiss and how I get to calm her down.

"Talk with her man! This is the only way to figure it out! If she feels the same then you might be right! "Titus said patting my back. "I'll go back to my Willow now!"

"Yeah..go ahead! Tomorrow we'll start planning her ceremony! By the way, congratulations !"

"Thanks, man! See you tomorrow! "

I finish my glass of whisky and head to Evolet room. I'm more nervous than I was on my coronation day.

Taking a deep breath I knock on her door.

When she didn't answer either open it, I get worried and I let myself in. Luckily the door wasn't locked. As I step in I heard the shower running. I couldn't help but wonder what will feel like to be in there with her.

Evolet pov

After Willow showed me my room I asked her to let me take a shower with a promise that I will tell her about everything that happened while she was here.

I stepped in the shower feeling so relieved when the warm water touches my skin. Immediately I remember when Blaze kissed me. I wish he was here with me touching my body with his big, warm hands. My core feels wet only thinking about this. I want him close to me every single second. I want to feel him, to run my fingers through his hair when he kisses me again and again. I turn off the shower and wrap a towel around me, then brush my hair and head to my bedroom. I need to get dressed. The dinner is in 10 minutes.

As I open the door I jump at the sight of someone sitting on my bed.

I sigh in relief when I realise who it was.

"Blaze? What ..what are you doing here?"

"I.. uh..i...I came to talk with you!"He says looking me up and down. Just then I realise I'm only in the towel. I look around for some clean clothes, only to see a single bath gown on the bed, next to him.

He was still checking me out.

"Uhh?Blaze? Stop this, please!"

"Stop what?" he said getting up and stepping closer to me, still looking at me like he wanted to eat me.

"That! Stop looking at me like that!" I said in a low voice.

"Why?" he said stepping closer.

"Because..because it makes me wanna kiss you!"

"So? Just kiss me already! "he said in a husky voice, that made my core feel like it was in fire.

"I... I can't!" I said bit my bottom lip."I don't want my feelings for you to grow! What if you'll find your Alter? What then?" he smiled the most beautiful smile I saw.

"So do you have feelings for me then?"He said, his fingers travelling up and down my arms.

"I ... I do..but.."

"There's no ' but ' my little flower! There's just me and you! And all I want is you! I want you so much, Evolet!"He kissed me, and I kissed him back. His soft lips feel so good. He tried to push his tongue in and I let him! His hands grab my ass and I moan when he starts kissing my jaw, and then my neck.

A knock on the door made us pull apart.

"Evolet I bought you some clean clothes! "came Willow's voice.

I look at Blaze and he smiles, pecking my lips.

"We will continue our talk after dinner my little flower !"Blaze said lust and mischief in his voice. I blush while nodding. He chuckled and open the door.

"Hi Willow! "

"Ummm..hi Blaze!" she said confused.

"I'll see you two downstairs! Do not be late, please! We still need to talk after dinner, Evolet!" he says winking.

"So don't make any plans for tonight! "
