Ashlyn's POV

I stared at Lucifer in horror. He was using me to punish someone else. He was using me as a punishment for Sia, the douchebag! The brute! How much of a beast could he be?

I struggled to break free from his onslaught. I was still sore from my punishment that took place this morning. Did he not consider that fact?

If he hated me so much, did he not consider that I was his so-called mate? He did not even reject me but turned me into something else.

Just like before, he was rough with me, giving me no room for anything that hindered him from having access to my body.

He tortured me with his tongue. With his hands. He set my whole body on fire. A fire only he had skilfully lit and only he could quench.

I did not even get the opportunity to see Sia's face but with the little moans that came out of her, I knew she had been turned on.

He chuckled in my ears. This was pleasing to him. Sufferings and torture were what made this heartless bastard whole.

Right now I wished I was the one sitting where Sia was. I wished I did not have to go through this painful pleasure.

He held me firmly in place and dealt with me in ways that pleases him.

Despite my reluctance and hesitation, he drew moans out of me. Deep moans at the back of my throat with each deep and intensifying stroke.

And when he was finally through with me, he wore his breeches and turned to Sia.

"Punishment well served right?" He said to her as I lay curled up on the bed still shaking from the waves of orgasms that hit me.

Looking at Sia from my disheveled state, I saw her having that dissatisfaction on her face as Lucifer held a handful of her hair.

"I believe next time you'd be mindful of your actions." He said to her and she nodded and he let go of her. He unlocked the chains.

"Out." He said and I watched her walk dazedly out of the room.

He turned to me and I immediately closed my eyes.

"Leave." He barked at me.

I managed to get to my feet and picked up the pieces of my dress. If he continued this way, I'd be out of dresses in no time.

I watched him stare at me in scorn and disdain. Yes, we were back to the way we were.

I staggered with my nudity towards the door when I felt my feet lifted to the ground and my body pressed against one another in a bridal style. It was Lucifer.

I stared at him. One moment he's a brute and the next he's something else. What was going on in his head? He did not spare me a glance as he walked out of the room and into mine and in a rude manner, dumped me unceremoniously on the bed. A gasp escaped me. I closed my eyes. Thank goodness he did not drop me on the floor.

"Do not nurture the thought that I prefer you to any of my mistresses. You could be in Sia's position too if you ever go against my rules too." He said.

I ignored him. I've never thought that way and I'd never. It was best I said that quietly to myself than incur his wrath on me again.

"And you were walking too slow, I had to get your irritating self out of my room." He said again.

"I did not ask for an explanation," I said and my eyes flew open and I immediately placed my hand on my mouth realizing I said that out loud.

"What? What did you say to me?" He demanded with a murderous look on his face as he advanced toward me.

I struggled to a sitting position. "I did not mean to," I said as I backed to the edge of the bed but he caught me in no time.

His hand held my arm in a tight grasp. "You did not mean to but you did. It's the thought that counted." He said and I could feel him simmering in anger. How could one person possess such anger inside of him?

He grabbed my neck and I choked and it reminded me of Eli. It was Darius that saved me back then but right now I would be choked to death and be awakened in a couple of hours. Why did I forget that? I was a vampire after all. The only way he could kill me was by using silver, taking off my daylight ring, or ripping out my heart. I could still feel the pains of a normal human but to hell with him. To hell with Lucifer Saunron.

He lifted his hand to strike me and I closed my eyes forcing myself to look the other way. Instead of hitting me, he muttered under his breath. Something like,' you drive me mad.' And then he growled and pushed me away from him. I coughed as I watched him walk away.

Lucifer's POV

I groaned as I walked into my room. I kicked the chair in frustration as I grabbed a handful of my hair. What was wrong with me? What was becoming of me?

Why did she anger me so much and yet touched a part of me that I had locked up for years? A part of me I had built solid walls around.

I groaned again. I did not bargain for this. I did not make her my mistress for her to have such effects on me. I am Lucifer Saunron the Helldog. No woman was to have a hold of me ever again. They were nothing to me but sex tools. Pleasures gained and we're done. No commitment, no strings attached.

But why was this particular one making me feel the rush of adrenaline? Why?! I hated this. I hated the feeling. If this was a trick the moon goddess was playing on me then I was way smarter than her. I've chosen Ashlyn as my mistress and nothing more. No matter how the protectiveness of my mate came over me, I will not let it control me. I will not change the situation I have her in. I'll make her suffer more than before. I'll make her drift far away from me so I'd never had such disturbing thoughts. With that thought concluded in my head, I finally relaxed a bit.

Kill, Ripper, Stealth, Rage, and I stood in front of the plan we had mapped out. We needed to get into the strong walls of Dunbar and be able to conquer the town.

"If we could come in from this direction, we'd be able to take over the town." Rage suggested pointing at the river route leading to the town.

"No Rage, that will make it too far to reach," I said to him.

"But the warlords won't see us coming." He argued.

"Lucifer is right Rage, It will make the whole process tiring. If we could come in from this angle," Ripper said pointing right at the lakeside of Cardonald. "We'd be taking them unawares through the back gate." He said.

"First idea was good Rip but the second was wrong," I said to him. "They have tight security at the front gate and also at the back. It will be impossible to get into the town unless one person gets us in." I said.

Kill nodded. "The alpha is right. We've scouted the land." He said.

"Then one of us has to go in," Stealth said.

"We'll be noticeable. We are the Lycans after all. Our presence has its effects on people. We'd be detected." I said to them.

"Then who shall we send to go in?" Rage asked.

Just then I saw Ashlyn through the slightly jarred door standing in the middle of the hallway.

My lips quirked. "I have just the right person in mind. A pretty woman would do the trick." I said and watched them stare at me in puzzled expressions.
