Something Wrong
This morning, Tristan kept his promise. As soon as he arrived at the Exon building and entered his room, he immediately contacted Mario who was already on standby at the office. Tristan asked his assistant to come over immediately because he had something important he wanted to talk about.
Because it is typical of a man who responds quickly, at that moment Mario immediately approached Tristan's room. Carrying his tablet, the man faced.
"How may I help you, sir?"
Tristan nodded. Directing his hand, the man gave the signal for Mario to sit in front of him immediately.
"There are some personal things I'd like to talk to you about, Mario."
Mario who was already sitting down immediately frowned in astonishment. Putting his tablet on the table, the man replied softly.
"Talking about personal things? What do you mean about that?"
"About who else if not your wife."
Mario nodded in understanding. Exhaling a long breath, the man then responded without interest. Very different from before, who was always enthusiastic when invited to discuss or discuss Aurora and also the baby that the woman was carrying.
"Tristan, actually I'm lazy to discuss this matter."
"I know, Mario. I also don't really deserve or have the right to interfere in your household," replied the man. Leaning on his shoulder, Tristan found a comfortable sitting position to then continue speaking. "It's just that I think Aurora's condition is a bit concerning. I can't stay silent if your wife shuts herself up and doesn't eat anything at all."
Mario had gasped. But soon the expression on his face calmed down.
"Aurora's hunger strike?"
Tristan nodded. The man confirmed Mario's question.
"In the past, Aurora was often like this when she was angry. She would lock herself in her room for days. Only came out when there was a need. She also ate in moderation," said Tristan. He tried to tell about the habits that Aurora used to do. "In the past, Papa and I didn't really care if Aurora locked herself in all kinds of things. Because we thought, later she would definitely get better again after feeling much more comfortable. It's just that this time the case is different. Aurora is pregnant. Very not maybe if you let him lock himself up for a long time let alone until he doesn't eat. Aren't you worried about the health of your wife and children?"
Mario fell silent. He seemed to be thinking. Maybe feel confused about what to give a response. On the one hand, he felt sorry for Aurora's condition. Would love to come over. Hugging, kissing, expressing all the longing he was feeling. Because it would be a lie if Mario didn't miss the wife he loved so much.
However, on the other hand, he also has to teach Aurora a lesson for everything he's done. How impatient he had been all this time. Instead of being appreciated, Aurora trampled on her pride. Even accidentally meeting another man and almost going out of bounds.
"If you ask me whether I am worried about my future child and wife, of course I am very worried, Tristan," said Mario softly. His eyes were straight. Staring intently at his interlocutor. "But this time, Aurora has gone too far. I'm sure Aurora must have told us what caused us to fight, right? What husband would like to see his wife meet another man secretly. In fact, he almost committed immoral acts. Oh, come on, Tristan. I've been too patient all this time. What else should I do to make Aurora realize how sincerely I have loved her."
Tristan nodded in understanding. He couldn't force Mario to do what he wanted either. After all, he only had the right to tell what was happening to Aurora. As to what decision Mario would make, he couldn't interfere at all.
"I hope you will forgive her, Mario. Feel sorry for your wife. If I look around again, Aurora is very sorry for what she has done."
Mario smiled faintly. Once again, he was not the least bit affected by the words of the man who was his brother-in-law and boss.
"I don't know if we will get back together or we will still decide to split up, one thing for sure is that right now I still want to be alone. It's not that easy to forget what Aurora has done."
"I understand, Mario. But, I really hope everything is resolved amicably. I heard you cut off communication with him."
Mario nodded again.
"I told you, I don't want to talk to him much just yet."
"I hope it doesn't drag on. Because this problem won't be finished if it's not discussed seriously and privately between you and Aurora. Once again, I hope everything can be resolved properly and you can get back together."
"Thank you for your advice and prayers," said Mario. "No need to worry. I'll invite Aurora to talk as soon as possible."

"Tristan, how? Have you spoken to Mario?"
From behind the telephone line, Aurora impatiently contacted Tristan who was in the office. Today, because his condition is not so stable, Tristan forbade him to go to work. In fact, Aurora really wanted to hear first hand the result of the man's conversation with her husband.
Because she couldn't wait, let alone being told to wait until Tristan came home, Aurora decided to contact Sophia's husband after finishing the meeting. Hoping that he will get some good news after this.
"I've spoken to your husband," said the man on the other end.
Aurora's eyes immediately widened. He couldn't wait to ask another question.
"So, what did Mario say? He's willing to forgive me? Will he meet and talk to me? How will he react. Is ----"
"Aurora," Tristan cut in when Aurora couldn't control herself. The woman immediately shot without pause. Making Tristan confused to give a response. "Stop rambling. You can ask one question at a time. I'm not going anywhere. So, take it easy."
Aurora exhaled slowly. Holding her chest, the woman winced then spoke back.
"I'm sorry. Don't be angry. I'm like this because I can't wait to hear from you."
"Don't worry, I talked to Mario at length this morning."
"Then what's the response?"
There is a pause. From Aurora's ear, it was clear that Tristan took a deep breath before answering.
"For now, Mario still doesn't want to meet or talk to you. He pretends he wants to be alone without being disturbed."
"Mario said that?"
"Yes, Aurora," said Tristan confidently on the other side. "Mario said he needed time to mend his feelings that you hurt."
"But until when, Tristan? Will it be time for me to give birth? Then she divorces and takes the baby that I've worked so hard to carry?"
Aurora said sarcastically. There was a feeling of disappointment welling up in his heart because he found the fact that Mario was reluctant to meet him in the near future. I don't know what method to use to make her husband want to forgive her.
"You have to be patient, Aurora. Besides, whether you like it or not, this is all the result of your actions."
"So now you're blaming me?"
"Not blaming you. It's just that I want you to be rational. Not everything you want has to be obeyed right away. Mario also has a heart. Maybe there really is a wound that you incised and it's not easy to heal just like that. You should understand and be aware of this. That."
Aurora sighed resignedly. He didn't know how to respond to Tristan's words anymore.
"So you think I should just let Mario be as cool as he is now?"
"For now, it's better if you just obey what Mario wants. I know that your husband is a patient man and loves you very much. And I'm sure sooner or later he will return to your arms."
While still holding her cell phone Aurora nodded. After feeling there was nothing more to talk about, he ended the call.
For a few moments, Aurora chose silence. He was contemplating, thinking about what was happening to him. He blamed himself for what was now happening to him.
However, after a few minutes, he returned to reach for his cell phone. Looking for Mario's contact to try to contact him.
Well, Aurora is reckless. Even though he knew his husband couldn't pick it up, he kept trying. He thought, who knows, this time Mario will make a mistake and suddenly want to accept the call.
Aurora probably heard the dial tone more than five times when she called Mario. In fact, when the first call was ignored, he still tried his luck second.
It was as if God was listening to the prayer he had recited in his heart, for this second call, right after the third dial, Mario unexpectedly received the call Aurora sent. The man even spoke first.
"What do you want, Aurora?"
For a split second, Aurora was silent. Maybe you are shocked, you don't believe it, and you don't think that your husband will finally pick up the phone.
"Mario, we have to talk. We have to meet."
"There is nothing more that we both need to talk about," said Mario curtly. All her life she had known her husband, where had he ever spoken in such a cold tone.
"Please, Mario. Don't you miss me?"
There was laughter on the other side. It's possible that Aurora's sentence just now was thought by Mario as just a joke.
"Miss? Is my longing important to you now?"
"For God's sake, Mario. Forgive all the mistakes and stupidity that I have done. How should you forgive me?"
"You ask me how to forgive you?"
Unnoticed Aurora nodded while responding to Mario's words.
"Sure. Whatever it is as long as you want to forgive me, I will."
"In that case, stop your behavior which is currently bothering me. Just stay away and there's no need to contact me again."
Aurora's ears felt hot. He didn't expect Mario to have the heart to ask him to stay away. Where had it ever occurred before that the husband acted as tough as he is now. It felt like there was no longer any hope for him and Mario to be together after this.
"You're asking me to stay away?"
"Yes. For now you better stay away from me. Let me alone first. It's not easy to just forget what you've done. It's not that easy Aurora. You clearly betrayed me."
"I'm sorry, Mario. I'm really sorry because----"
"Stop! I said stop. We better end this conversation."
Aurora pursed her lips tightly. The sentence that was about to be thrown out instantly he swallowed back after hearing Mario snap at himself.
"F-fine... I won't bother you anymore, Mario."
"Good. That's what I want," said Mario, still sounding curt.
"Don't worry, I will also never appear in front of you again. If necessary, I will go away from your life. Thank you for the kindness you've given me. Don't worry, I won't forget any of that."
Before Mario could answer, Aurora cut off the call. That second also turned off the cellphone and then he just threw it until it scattered on the floor.
Aurora didn't care. Now what he does is opens the nightstand, takes one of the medicines to drink then chooses to lay his body back on the bed.
Hours passed. Like yesterday, Sophia was worried again when she found Aurora's room which looked dark from the outside even though it was already seven in the evening.
Knocked several times but no answer. Taking the initiative to take the key with the intention of opening the door like what Tristan did yesterday, it turns out that Aurora from inside had already anticipated it. The woman deliberately did not release the key so that Sophia had difficulty opening the door.
Luckily this time there was Raphael who had just returned from out of town service. Seeing the confused son-in-law, the middle-aged man immediately approached.
"What's wrong, Sophia? Why are you such a panicked person?"
"Aurora is in the room, Pa. Her room is dark. I've been trying to call her, but she won't answer. I tried to open her bedroom door with a spare key, but it seems Aurora deliberately didn't remove the key so the door wouldn't open. I'm just worried something happened to him in there."
After explaining at length, Raphael immediately knocked on the door of the room. Called Aurora repeatedly. Hope the princess wants to open the door soon.
"Aurora, what are you doing in there, son? Come on, open the door quickly. Papa wants to talk to you."
Raphael repeatedly heard calling Aurora but neither he nor Sophia heard an answer. Because he was already panicking that something had happened, Raphael took the initiative to forcefully break down the door.
As a result, when they managed to open the door, Sophia and Raphael could see how Aurora was lying on the bedroom floor in an unconscious state.
Raphael and Samathan who were also there rushed over to grab Aurora's body to be moved onto the bed. Meanwhile Sophia also called an ambulance. He thought it would be better if he took Aurora to go to the hospital immediately to get immediate help from the medical team.
