Dezrail didn’t believe that the woman he loved was in front of him. After the conference, Dezrail drags the woman away from his friends especially Ernaline. He led the woman near the exit area where the stairs were headed.

"What the hell do you think you’re doing here?" Dezrail allegedly left the woman when they got away from their friends and when they entered the exit door.

Serenity places her hands on Dezrail’s chest and looks at him seductively.

"Why? You're not happy to see me?" Serenity replied. Dezrail removed her hand that was pressed to his chest.

"Don't play dumb with me Serenity," Dezrail said in an annoyed tone to the girl. When Dezrail doesn't look for her anymore, Serenity will show as if she did nothing a sin to him.

"CDC invited me for their upcoming anniversary party." Serenity replied.

Calvin did mention that many artists will be coming but Dezrail didn’t expect that Serenity is one of them.

"And I also came back to get what is mine Dezrail," Serenity added.

Dezrail held her arms and squeeze them out of anger.

"Don’t try to meddle on my business Serenity, you are the one who walks away from me and chases your dreams!"

"I did it because I have my reason Dezrail," the man let go of the girl's arm as an employee passed by while looking at them.

"I’m happy with my own life now, why did you show up again?"

"Are you? Quit kidding me Dezrail, I'm still the one you love." Dezrail couldn't speak to what Serenity said. He can't find an answer to this. Dezrail is also confused by how he feels even though the truth is that he also loves Ernaline and he doesn't want to hurt the girl.

"You can't speak? I know everything about you and that woman, Dezrail,"

Dezrail clenched his fist. He gritted his teeth as he answered Serenity. "Leave Ashleigh alone Serenity, she has nothing to do with us."

"Then, I have a request."

THIS is the first time Ernaline feels left alone and ignored. After Serenity arrives, her presence here in their recording studio is excluded. Every time Ernaline looked at them they always mention Serenity here, Serenity there. And they even have a gig at Trev's bar without her knowing.

It was so painful; Ernaline should be in Serenity’s place. Two days have passed when the woman arrived, and the band is open-mouthed until they can go home to the condo even when they are here at the studio, she is bored! Even Perth's attention is all over towards her. What is he here for? Statue? It's a nice decoration then!

"So, do you still remember how Dezrail got embarrassed when we performed?" Ernaline overheard them talking.

Ernaline just stayed here on one side in front of her notebook and guitar. During those two days, she did not participate in their conversation even though she was inserted into the conversation, but she did not say a single word. Ernaline wants to leave but where else is she going? Saviel is not around so she doesn't have anyone she can talk to even Sinji.

Ernaline let out a sigh as she continued writing. She doesn’t know why she got the song written today, maybe because sadness wraps her whole system? Ernaline is not an attention-seeker especially when it comes to Perth, but now she feels like she wants his attention to be on her.

"Of course, how can I forget that? Dezrail is so cute that time." Even Serenity’s voice is like an angel, a beautiful melody rings from your ear you wanted to hear over and over again. Serenity is a perfect human who exists in this world, unlike her who just got lost in the world of it.

According to her research, Serenity Ford is an international supermodel and also a singer. Ernalinee feels that she had seen Serenity before but she just couldn't remember where and when.

Ernaline didn't even pay attention to what her companions were talking about when she started to stack the things in the bag pack that she always carried as well as the guitar in its case which she slung over her shoulder and walked quietly.

Ernaline was about to leave when Perth spoke. "Where are you going?"

All their attention went to the maiden.

"Going home," Ernaline answered.

"We're not done yet for our rehearsal Ernaline. Tomorrow is the big day."

"What are you going to do at home? We still have work to do."

Ernaline looked at the expressions on their faces one by one waiting for what she would say.

'Do I need to stay if she's already here?' Ernaline wants to tell them that but she refrains from talking.

Kyle got up from his seat before approaching Ernaline. "Are you feeling bad Queen?"

Kyle touched Ernaline’s elbow where she held the strap of the bag and guitar.

"I'm fine Espasol. I'm just going somewhere before I go home."

"I can drive you home." Ernaline slowly removed Kyle's grip on her elbow.

"I can handle myself, Kyle." Even before they could speak to stop her, Ernaline finally came out the door.

Ernaline would feel overwhelmed if she stayed there and listened to the reminisce stories of them when they were together. She had enough of their stories, she didn't want to know everything because it was already hurting.

Ernaline was about to enter the elevator when suddenly someone grabbed the bag she was wearing so she was stopped. When the girl turned around, Perth's face appeared to her.

"Are you mad?" Dezrail said.

Ernlaine looks at Perth’s eyes. "Why should I?"

"You didn't utter a word for two days already. Are you okay?"

What will Ernaline say besides how happy they are to see Serenity again? Ernaline did not know the woman, though. Ernaline adjusted the strap of her bag from Perth's pull and faced it again.

"You haven't seen Serenity in a long time, have you? Who am I to stop your reunion? I'm just an outsider. So before I'm swallowed up by drowsiness, I'll just go home." Ernaline was ready to take the elevator when Perth stopped her from leaving again and this time Perth tightly gripped her arms.

"You can join us, baby, Serenity is a nice person. You can be friends with her." Dezrail said

Seriously? Ernaline didn’t have time to be friends with that ‘perfect girl’. She’s not worth it! They didn’t even bother to introduce her, did they even make friends? Don't joke with her! Ernaline removed Perth's hand that was gripping her wrist tightly. This is the first time Perth has touched her like that and it feels like thousands of daggers are thrust into her heart because of the pain Perth’s caused.

Ernaline admits that she is jealous but what can she do? She’s just a vocalist of their band, She’s just Perth Dezrail’s girlfriend and she is just an outsider!

"Just let me go," Ernaline replied coldly to the young man.

Ernaline was about to break down when Perth hadn’t released her yet.

"You don't need to go home without me." Ernaline's eyes narrowed in annoyance. What does he did not understand that she wants to go home?

"Seriously Perth? You're just a bodyguard! You don't hold my whole being. Why don't you just let me go so that I can rest? Is it hard to do that?" Perth was shocked by her shout. Some staff scattered here in the hallway are already looking at them but Ernaline doesn't mind. She’s pissed! Perth tried to hold her but Ernaline shrugged at him.

"I just wanted you to stay, why did you say that I control you? You are my responsibility Ernaline Ashleigh Montenegro don't give me that kind of shit!" Dezrail said that looks like he was so disgusted with what they are fighting right now.

Ernaline squeezed her senses in extreme annoyance at this man. Perth even called her by her full name? Unbelievable! Perth even cusses in her face. Perth is angry right now but Ernaline is angrier. Not to the man but to the things that enter her mind.

"Just leave me alone will you?" Ernaline tries again to enter the elevator but Perth stops her again from leaving.

"What is your problem? We can talk about it you don't have to leave." Perth asked her nervously. Perth tightly grips her both arms while facing her. Perth restrains himself from bursting his anger into Ernaline.

Is he still the one who has the urge to get angry? Ernaline was the one who ignored, and now she is the bad guy? Ernaline is willing to give them time to bond but why does she feel that she is the opponent here? Does she just want to go home?

Ernaline broke the man's hand. Ernaline can’t handle it when her patience is exhausted. "Fine. You don't want me to leave? I will tell Kuya Calvin to end my contract with this company. Serenity is already here right? You can have her as your new partner for the performance of the upcoming anniversary party tomorrow!"

"What?"Perth can’t believe what he heard from Ernaline. Other staff also approached them but not even one of them stopped them. They already heard what she has said and she doesn't fucking care at all!

"You heard me Perth Dezrail Fynrell!"

"You can't Ernaline. Calvin is strict with such things-"

"You were able to leave the band right? Why I wouldn't? And besides, I'm just fulfillment for your throne. So can I? I'll end this conversation and let me leave this damn building for Christ's sake!" And for the fucking last time Perth stops her again from entering the lift. Ernaline secretly clasped her hands. Ernaline is not a scornful woman but she is close to calling all saints from hell!

"What is happening here?"Perth and Ernaline turned to Calvin who had just arrived together with Trev and Luther.

Calvin looks wonder to Perth of what they are doing in front of the elevator. Those people who were watching Perth and Ernaline when Calvin arrived also left.

"Good timing Calvin," Ernaline said.

Ernaline broke Perth's hand that was holding her before facing the three men especially Calvin.

"I will end my contract with this company. I'm done here." Ernaline said while suppressing her tears.

"What? Why so sudden? Ernaline your brother will kill me when you leave here in my custody."

"My decision is final Cal," Calvin's attention turned to Perth who was just next to Ernaline.

"What the hell is happening here, Dezrail? Explain why she needs to forfeit her contract all of a sudden?"

"It's just a misunderstanding Cal, I will handle it," Perth replied.

"Lover’s quarrel, I think?" Trev whispered into the conversation.

"No! My decision is final and there's nothing you can do, Dezrail!" Ernaline shouts in front of Dezrail, Ernaline doesn't care if she gets scandalous, she’s running out of patience!

"What the hell, Ernaline? We're going to talk, aren't we? Why do you have to leave? You even pulled out your fucking contract just to get rid of me?".

Wow! She just wanted to go home but everything turns out like this. Ernaline couldn't think of anything so pulling out the contract was her only way to end this conversation and she didn't want to see Perth!

"Talk to me Ernaline when your head is cool. You can't decide lightly. Many sponsors will be waiting for you tomorrow and many projects are also waiting internationally."

"For the last time Calvin my decision is final. Tomorrow morning I will leave the CDC, I will leave the condo. And I will leave the life of this asshole!" Ernaline turned to Perth who was surprised by what Ernaline said and she finally took the elevator without looking at them.
