After we came to know that I'm pregnant, one month passed so well. I was taking care of my baby like the doctor said when Richard started taking more care of me than before. He was always trying to keep me happy. Because of this baby, Richard and I came closer than before. I too had accepted Richard with time. I still did not love him but I know that I cannot get a better life partner than him and now he's the father of my pup. I have to accept him now or later.

I was lying on my bed when I heard a lot of noise outside. I woke up from the bed and went outside the room finding Richard talking with his beta Reck I can see the distress on his face and also everyone was running from here to there

"what's happening? Why is everyone running like this?" I asked.

"for saving their life" Richard stated. I look at him confusingly.

"Our nemesis attacked us and we were not ready for it at all. In short, we are in big trouble." Reck replied.

"What now?" I asked, touching my belly. I'm not afraid for myself but my child.

"You have to go from here. Reck takes her away from this place. Nobody saw her till now except those who work over here. so no one will harm her once she leaves here safely" Richard said to Reck.

"but"

"no argument Sana. think about our baby before saying anything" Richard said, leaving no option for me but to agree with him. He came to me and kissed on my forehead and then on my belly.

"Take care of yourself champ. I will come back to you after sorting out everything" a tear rolled down his eyes as mine. He stood up and wiped my tears.

"Reck took her out from the back door," Richard said.

"Please come with us," Reck said. I again looked at Richard who indicated to me to go with Reck.

As soon as we came out, my eyes widened. as there is a bloody war going on. wolves were fighting with each other, killing them. I closed my eyes and saw the terrific scene in front of my eyes.

"you're too innocent for this cruel world Sana" I heard Rack's voice. I opened my eyes. He was looking at me. That's when a person tried to attack me but Reck dodged him. He morphed into a wolf and started fighting with him. I was hell scared that even by mistake my baby should not get hurt. I was moving back holding my tummy but accidentally I came between two people and one of them was about to kill the other but he stopped finding me between them. His blue eyes met with mine. His expression changed as his eyes turned brown but then I closed my eyes in fear of anticipation that he would kill me. I opened my eyes when I heard a painful scream, his enemy attacked his arm. I moved back in fear seeing blood on his shirt and looking into his eyes. blood was oozing out of his arm but his eyes didn't leave mine. He kept staring at me until Reck came back in his human form but naked. I bow down my eyes. He held my hand taking me somewhere. He stopped in the middle and turned towards me.

"Alpha is calling me"

"calling you," I asked him in confusion.

"he mindlink me to go near him. he's afraid that our enemy would kill him today"

"No, that shouldn't happen. please go to him. he might need you"

"He has the whole werewolf force. He's still calling me like a coward despite knowing that I'm with his pregnant wife who is in the middle of the field" he scoffed.

"What do you mean?"

"can't he love you once for real? Why does he keep using you for himself? He never cared about you. even now when you're pregnant with his child, he is telling me to leave you and come back to him"

"but Richard himself told you to take me out from here safely. maybe you misunderstood his command" I muttered trying to understand what is happening

"Sorry sister, I have to go. I can't go against my Alpha order. I'm bound to follow him. forgive me if possible" He muttered and before I could say anything he again morphed into a wolf and went inside the mansion.

"What should I do now?" I panicked.

"don't get panicked, Sana. You have to take care of yourself. If you get scared then we will lose our baby. We have to get out of here. face the situation. at least for our baby. be dauntless." I heard Maya's voice. I nodded and looked around, analysing everything to find a way to get out of here without getting noticed by anyone. Finally, I found a way. I was about to go there but that's when a person came in front of me.

"Hello, Mrs Richard. My name is Adrian." He said. I look at him confusingly.

"Finally I will be able to take my revenge" he looked at my face and then to my stomach.

"Ohh so you're pregnant with that bastard Richard" he grinned. Don't know why even his mere presence was giving me all the negative vibes. I moved back in fear

"Don't show that you're scared, act normal" Maya muttered.

"After killing all my family members. he wanted to start his family."

"Let us go, otherwise you don't know who I'm. I will not spare you" Maya said, taking control of my body. He moved back a little but then he grinned.

"How can I forget who you are? Right now you're useless... No she-wolf can morph when she's pregnant" he laughed and a realisation hit me.

"please Maya give me control. I know you lose your temper easily and that's not good for our baby. We have to deal with him politely. please Maya'' I muttered. Maya agreed with me and finally gave me back control.

"Please let me go... I don't know what you're talking about.. please let me go..." I said as politely as I could. I heard that if we are good to people then the moon goddess will be good to us. I don't even harm this person in any way. I'm sure he will let me go if I make him understand I'm not bad.

"Let you go," he laughed. "He has to pay for his deed. Your so-called husband tied me with a chain and injected wolfsbane in my vien. not only that he killed my only child and raped my wife in front of my eyes. it's time to pay back. Finally, I will be able to take revenge on my family" that person confessed. I widened my eyes. I never thought Richard could be this cruel to someone.

"I didn't know why Richard did all that to you but it's not my child's fault. why are you punishing me and my child for his deed.. please let me go..." I tried to convince him.

"Sorry, but I heard that your husband wants this child. he is so happy after knowing that you're pregnant then how can I let you go" he smirked

I got dumbstruck by his words. my eyes went to Richard who was looking at me standing on the top floor of the villa.

"Why is he not coming to help me?" I thought and waved my hand so that maybe if his attention was somewhere else then he might notice me after I called him but to my misery, he went inside the villa leaving me utterly shocked. Adrian laughed at me and a tear rolled from my eyes.

"Sana carefully" Maya yelled but before I could understand what she meant. Adrian pushed me and I fell to the ground on my stomach. I screamed because of the pain, even Maya howled in my mind. I immediately lay down on the ground. The pain was too much.

"Aah," I screamed, holding my stomach.

"Please somebody help please.. my baby" I screamed as much as I could. That's when my eyes went to the same person with whom I met a while before. The same person who got injured because of me while fighting. He tried to come towards me but a wolf attacked him and he got indulged with him.

"Aah," I closed my eyes.

"Breath Sana..breath.. if you get panicked or cry then it would increase the danger for our baby. we still could save our baby.. get up... you have to get up for child" I heard Maya and as she said there is still a chance to save my baby I get up but that's when Adrian comes towards me and kicks on my stomach. I fall to the ground

"Aah," I again screamed in pain. The pain was too much for me. I'm sure my baby would not be ok after this. no.. what I'm thinking.. my baby will be ok.. nothing could happen to it.. nothing. I tried to console myself but my pain was enough to tell me that I'm wrong. My eyes went to my leg and there was blood. I'm bleeding, which was enough indication for me that my baby is no more. I was feeling miserable at my helplessness that's when the person came to me.

"What the hell?" he cursed under his breath.

"Don't hurt my child.. please" I still believe that my child is ok and I'm trying to cope with this pain so that I can go to the hospital but the pain was too much for me.

"Leave this bitch like this. she's Richard's wife" Adrian snarled. That person roared at Adrian. he ran away from there.

"Please help me," I cried. That person kneeled in front of me and wiped my tears and it was enough indication for me that he is not my enemy but my saviour.

"Max," he called someone.

"yes Alpha"

"I have to take her to the doctor. made her sit on my back" my saviour morphed into a big black wolf and Max helped me to get on his back.

"Alpha is saying that you should hold him tightly. as your condition is getting worse he has to run fast towards the hospital" max told me.

my saviour must have a mind link to Max so that he can pass this message to me. I hold his fur tightly.

"Aah," I again screamed in pain. my saviour started running towards the doctor. I tried my best to remain conscious but I felt darkness consume me.
