"Alex... Please calm down" I said and moved my hand on his arms, trying to calm his anger. He nodded his head and looked at Chloe who turned her head towards me and then removed my hand from his arms.

"Don't touch my hero and please get out of here... we don't want to see your face" Chloe said.

"Can we go home? please" I plead to Alex as now I'm not able to bear hatred towards me. He nods his head and makes Chloe stand on her feet.

"You called me Hero?" Alex chuckled looking at Chloe.

"Yes, you're the world's best hero"

"If I'm a hero then Sana would be your heroine," He said.

"No, I hate her," She said.

"Why do you hate her?" He asked her. Chloe didn't reply and bowed her eyes down.

"Do you hate her because she brings you here and treats you like her own child or because she gives you shelter?" Alex asked. Chloe looked at me with teary eyes and then bowed her head, not able to understand what she should say. I smiled weakly knowing that she is saying what elder fits in her mind. She can't say these kinds of words on her own... she doesn't even know the meaning of the word: hate.

I held Alex's hand and nodded my head negatively when he was about to argue with Chloe.

"Let's go home" I mumbled. He detached his hand from mine.

"No.. we are not going anywhere, not until they realise your value and what you did for them?" He said. Before I could argue with him, he put his finger on my lips.

"Let me," He said and turned towards everyone.

"What do you all think of yourself? You're all looking at her with hatred. How could you all do this to the person who gives you a better life? Aunt Marina, you said you all were okay in whatever you were leaving but answer my one question if you were still living like before, would you all be able to survive till today? '' He scoffed. They all bowed their heads.

"Whatever happened to you all.. she is sorry for her but let me tell you one thing she had only two faults… First, she trusts a bastard to take care of you all and her second mistake is that she thinks about you all. She thinks and cares about those people who are so for granted towards her. You all are blaming her for those painful days but none of you consider what she did for you all. Her marriage has been decided with Richard." he said and came to me.

He lovingly wiped my tears and that's when I realised I was crying. I was so lost in her words and pain that I didn't even realise I was crying.

"He didn't allow her to work outside that's why she asked him to take care of you all and he agreed. When she came to know what he did to you all? she sent me to help you all" I abruptly looked at Alex. He was giving me credit for those things which I never did.

"She sent me to help you all and buy this house with Richard" I was looking at him shockingly and nodded my head negatively. He cupped my face.

"It's always your NGO. Moon goddess planned it in this way, that's why she sent me here on time. To save your dreams... sorry to save our dreams because what is mine is yours and what is yours is mine." He whispered in my ears. Tears were continuously falling from my eyes.

"When I was coming from a trip, she informed me about you all and request me to invest some amount in this NGO, and believe me, now I'm regretting helping people like you who are so ungrateful to the person who bring you all together, give you food for eat and roof over your head" he scoffed looking at everyone. he lovingly wiped my ears and then parted away from me. he kept his hand on my waist.

"Aunt Marina, you asked me 'Are you okay?'" he said and turned his head towards her. "The answer to your question is no. How can I be okay when you disrespect and mistreat the love of my life" He spat. Everyone gasped upon hearing that. I kept my hand on his chest to calm him. I know how much he gets pissed when someone disrespects me.

"I'm sorry, Alex," Aunt Marina said.

"I'm not the one to whom you should say sorry." He said and then looked at everyone. "It is Sana to whom you all should say sorry for treating her like this. You didn't see but I saw the excitement and happiness she had thinking that she will meet you all after a long time and what you all did? you not only snatched her happiness but broke her with your harsh words" He said.

"We're sorry, Sana," One of my Aunts said to me. I nod my head negatively. Everyone started saying sorry to me and hugging me for which I crave the most in the past year. I look at every one.

"No, You don't need to be. If anyone should be sorry it's me because I should not have trusted anyone and checked everything on my own" I said.

"You don't need to," Aunt Marina said and hugged me. I smiled and looked at Alex who was looking at me. my eyes went to the board over the house. I parted away from Aunt.

"I have to make a call... Excuse me '' I mumbled and went to the side. Tears were continuously falling from my eyes.

"I'm sorry, Mom... I'm sorry that I couldn't take care of your dream" I mumbled looking at the sky. I wiped my tears and turned to go. I bumped into Alex who was standing behind me.

"Alex"

"You have to make a call when your phone is with me," he scoffed. I bow my eyes. He pulled me into a hug.

"Sano" He called me out and it was enough for me to break down into tears.

"It was her dream, Alex... When I was small, I found my mom's diary. She wrote in her diary that she wanted to make an old age home and a child welfare centre together so that Old people get child love while children get parent's love" She said and then looked at me.

"It was her dream and I failed... I failed to take care of it" I cried and rested my head on his chest.

"No Sano... baby it's not your fault"

"It is... I made this welfare centre in the name of my mom. I should have been careful. Don't know what my mom would have been thinking about me. At first, I snatched her life from her and now, I couldn't even take care of the things which I made for her"

"Baby, don't blame yourself"

"I should have not trusted him... I should have checked everything on my own. It is my fault, Alex. It is my fault"

"No... why are you blaming yourself? It was Richard's deed. If you knew his true colour then I'm sure, you wouldn't give the responsibility of your NGO to that bastard."

"Why did he do this to me, Alex? What is my fault? Why? one thing I came to know that he never loved me then why the hell, he married me? If he would have loved me then the first day, he would have marked me and above that, he never did this to my dreams. Why did he destroy my life by marrying me? Why?" I yelled at the top of my lungs. He pulled me closer holding my waist.

"I shouldn't have trusted him... I should have been" I clamped up and held my head. Don't know why, but all of a sudden I started feeling dizzy. I tried to keep my eyes open but failed. Everything was looking blurry. I closed my eyes and leaned towards him, not able to stand properly.

"Sano... Sano" I heard him calling me. Before I could respond to him, the darkness consumed me.
