"Sano '' I tap on her cheeks, calling her continuously. She was crying in my arms and didn't know what happened. Suddenly she leaned toward my body, closing her eyes. I parted away from her and found her unconscious lying in my arms.

"Somebody call the doctor" I yelled and picked her up in my arms. I took her inside the house and everyone followed me.

"Sano... Please open your eyes baby… Please" I mumbled.

"Let me check her... I'm a doctor by profession" One old lady who stays here came to me. I laid her down on the couch and moved to the side. She checked Sana's pulse and then her eyes. She turned her head towards me.

"Is she taking any kind of high-dose medicine?" She asked. I scrunched my eyebrow at her question, not able to understand why she asked something like this.

"No"

"She is" Hearing the voice, I turned towards the door and my eyes widened seeing Sam standing at the door. She was huffing as she came here running. It didn't take me long to understand that she came here in her wolf form and then morphed into a human. Thankfully she brought an extra pair of clothes with her.

Sam bowed her head in respect and then passed a bottle of tablets toward that old lady.

"She has been taking this tablet for the past week" I look at her shockingly, not able to understand anything. That lady took the bottle in her hand and read the name.

"Anti-depressant" It shook the ground beneath me. She was taking antidepressants and I don't have any knowledge about it. I clutched my hair frustratingly, feeling like nobody in her life. She didn't share anything with me and above that, I came to know such a big thing from another person. It hurt terribly.

"She might have not taken this tablet today that's why she got unconscious" That old lady sighed and looked at me.

"Did she take these tablets after consulting a psychiatrist?" she turned her head towards Sam when she saw my expression. she must have realised that I had no idea about Sana taking any kind of tablets.

"I want to see the prescription of the psychiatrist because according to that only I will give her a tablet or injection if any is required," She said.

"Sorry Ma'am but she took this tablet without consulting anyone," Sam said and looked at me with fear, knowing how furious I'm.

"What?" That old lady exclaimed and looked at me in disbelief. "Do you even know how dangerous it is? she is taking these high-dose tablets without any prescription, it can take her life" I growled upon hearing her. Everyone moved away from me in fear and that's when I felt Dominic's presence but it was just for a mere second. soon he gave me control...

"What was that? Dominic" I thought and tried to mind link him but no response came.

"She was taking this tablet before also," Aunt Marina said, looking at the bottle.

"When she was leaving here with all of us... she used to take this tablet, her psychiatrist suggested that to her but later she asked to stop taking this tablet because her mental health is improving and also this tablet is affecting her physical health" Aunt Marina mumbled.

"Maybe she consulted her psychiatrist this time also as she was getting panic attacks for the past few days," I said, remembering the moment when she woke up from her sleep and also when she used to breathe heavily whenever something reminded her about her past.

"No, she didn't consult anyone but yeah she told me that she knows this is an antidepressant" Sam mumbled.

"She shouldn't be this careless." that old lady mumbled. I looked at Sana who was looking pale. In my fear, I didn't notice what she was going through. In fact, I give her stress with my actions and reactions to every situation.

"Alex" I turned my head and looked at my girl who opened her eyes slowly. I sat beside her and held her hand, kissing her knuckles.

"You scared me," I mumbled. she closed her eyes again.

"my head… It's painful." She mumbled and kept one hand over her head.

"You're taking high-dose tablets and you missed today's tablet that's why you're having a terrible headache… Tablets are showing its effects" That old lady replied and then went outside the room. I can feel that she was in pain and this thing hurt me the most. I held her hand and kissed her knuckles.

"We should take her to the pack" Sam clamped up. "I mean villa, there is a doctor and I'm sure she can treat her in a better way" Sam suggested. I nodded my head and was about to pick my queen in my arms when the old lady came to me with an injection in her hand.

"It will ease her pain and also she will sleep for six to seven hours," She said and injected an injection in Sana's veins. I closed my eyes when she hissed in pain.

"Alex" I opened my eyes and looked at the old lady.

"There must be a reason that she thought to take antidepressants again but make sure she quits these tablets slowly and try to keep her happy as much as you can," she said. I nod my head understanding her point.

"Thank you so much" I mumbled. she nodded her head. I looked at Sam and passed her car keys.

"Start the car" she nodded her head and went outside. I picked Sana up in my arms. She slightly opened her eyes and looked at me.

"Alex"

"sleep... you will feel better" I said in a stern tone. she circled her hand around my neck, knowing I'm pissed.

We reached the villa when it was almost dawn. I picked her up in my arms and took her to our room. She was in deep slumber. After laying her down on the bed. I took out my clothes and went to the washroom to take a bath.

I was taking shower, and that's when I remember a few hours before the incident when I felt Dominic's presence. Sana's words revolve in my mind.

"I saw your eye's colour changed into brown"

"I saw Dominic and this time I'm a hundred percent sure. your colour eyes changed to brown. so stop reacting that you didn't feel Dominic's presence"

Thinking about her words, I tried to mind-link my wolf but as usual, no response came. I turned off the shower and put on my clothes.

After checking on Sana, I went directly to Max. he was giving training to warriors. He bowed his head and then instructed every warrior to leave the training field.

"Yesterday I told you to do something. Did you do that?" I asked. He nodded his head.

"Yes, Alpha... I went to Ella, that bloody witch who gave you the solution to save Luna through marking her. Because of Ella's solution, Alpha Dominic went into deep slumber" He said in a pissed tone.

"It was the need of the time, Max," I replied. He nodded his head.

"I asked her when Alpha Dominic will show his presence."

"Then what she said?" I asked impatiently.

"She said Alpha Dominic is trying to recover and come to the surface but"

"But"

"He wasn't able to because in trying to save Luna's wolf, Sana, Alpha Dominic became extremely weak. It will take a very long time and when I shared the incident where Luna saw Dominic on the surface. She said that it is all because Alpha Dominic reacts to things related to Luna. He was trying to recover soon for her" he replied. I nod remembering the moment when the doctor said tablets are dangerous for Sana's life. It can take her life, Dominic came to the surface and I felt his presence.

"What about Sana's wolf... I mean Maya" I asked.

"Ella said she will show her presence only after Alpha Dominic arrives," he said. I sighed and rubbed my palm over my face. Sana And I solved one problem then another one was ready at the door.

"Are you okay?" Max asked. I removed my hands from my face and looked at him.

"I'm... Just thinking about something"

"Okay... Let's do our training together like we used to do in our college days" He said, bringing a smile to my face. He knows how to cheer me up and right now the best solution to all my problems is to keep myself calm.

After training for a few hours, I went to my room. Sana was still sleeping. I sat beside her and kissed her forehead and then I went to take a bath. After refreshing up, I go to my cabin and start doing my work. After a while, Max joined me to help me with some office work, and with work, we both were enjoying our friendship moment after a long time.

We were talking only when someone mind-linked Max.

"What?" He growled and stood up from his chair. He looked at me frighteningly and didn't know why, but all of a sudden I started feeling restless.

"What happened?" I asked.

"Luna," he mumbled, raising my fear. I passed through him and rushed towards my room.
