Part 59

"Yum yum" I licked my lips savouring the taste of cup cake which my husband baked for me..

"You liked it?" I grinned and answered, "I loved it, baby," and took another bite of the chocolate cupcake...

"Baby main nahi tum ho," he whined, making me laugh. "Yeah, yeah, whatever." I shook my head and walked out of the kitchen.

After drinking the water, I slumped down on the couch in the living room, closing my eyes. "Samaira, I need to tell you something," I heard Veer say and looked up, licking my lips.

"Ah ha! You need to tell me something, or you need to pin me down on the floor?" Remember your words in the car" I winked sitting up..

"Uh, no, it's important. I need to tell you something." His voice was a bit serious while I yawned as I was feeling so sleepy because of my hectic class, and even I hadn't had a good night's sleep the previous night as well!

"Babe, we will talk later. I am feeling so sleepy, I badly need to take a nap." Standing up, I wrapped my arms around him, placing my head on his chest. "Sona hai maine," I mumbled.

"Sure Samaira we will talk later then" He whispered back placing a kiss on my head..

I wokeup after a 3 hours of nice sleep and found my man laying down beside me playing some games on his phone.. "Hello Mr Husband" I creeped closer to him placing my head on his shoulder and he turned smiling.. "Uth gaya mera baby (My baby has woken up)" I cringed at his words..

"Issh no kitna cringy sound kar raha hai (It sounds too cringy)" I grumbled only to get rewarded by his precious, melodious laugh.

"Chota packet, go and freshen up, then I need to tell you something." What did he want to say? That he was being so eager for it?

"Whatever happens, why are you so eager for it?" I questioned, furrowing my eyebrows in confusion.

"Go and freshen up, na," he grumbled. "Fine" muttering I went to the restroom..

"Samaira," sitting beside me, grasped my palm. "As you know, Daadi isn't fine, and the doctor told us that she has to stay 4 more days in the hospital, and someone from the family needs to stay the night there, so I said that I will stay."

I thought it was for one night, but no, he has to stay four more nights. And what did he say? Someone from the family needs to stay? I so wanted to yell at his face that they didn't think of you as family and they were the reason you had nothing, but I chose to keep mum.

I knew that his grandmother wasn't fine; she had suffered a heart attack, and I wished and prayed that she would get well soon, but the thing I didn't like was Veer's behaviour...

I freaking need to make myself understand that Veer had a "soft heart," and I couldn't change the fact that they were his "fucking family."

So now he wanted to stay four nights in the hospital, but what if his grandmother convinced him to return to the mansion? Would he be agree? There were chances of him getting agreed and if he does that then surely I wouldn't be going to accompany him..

I was so done.

"Well as you've already made your mind to stay there then who am I to say anything" jerking his hand softly I stood up..

"Samaira, it's needed," he let out, making me shake my head.

"Yes Veer I know it's needed, and I don't have any problem with your staying," I answered, pressing a tight-lipped smile on my face.

"So as you are going to stay there for 4 nights, then I should go back to my dad's house," and I went inside the room to pack my bags.

Flashback end..

My phone rang continuously, flashing Veer's name, which made me frustrated. Fuck you Veer ughhh I switched off my phone then closed my eyes..

The sudden fear, the sudden anxiety, started embracing me. What if he really did want to come back? No, no, no, Samaira, just shut up, don't think much, and stop behaving like a bitch.

Sleep and release all your stress. I closed my eyes just then there was a knock on the door..

"Mom, leave me alone, please," I said loudly enough for her to hear.

"Princess it's me" I sighed knowing it was dad. "Dad, can we talk later?" "I am feeling very sleepy." I reasoned not wanting to open the door and had any type of talk..

"I know you aren't feeling sleepy, so open the door and talk to me already." I groaned in frustration and got up from the bed, making my way towards the door.

"Yeah, say," I breathed out, opening the door as I let him in.

"Tell me what happened?" Without beating around the bush" and dad was back on his straightforward mode..

"Nothing happened, Mr. Mehta, and it's just that you chose to destroy my beauty sleep," I snapped, passing him a tight-lipped smile, only to receive a chuckle from him.

"Then why did you come here taking your boriya bistar?" My jaw hit the ground at dad's words. "Please no it's sounds so weird" he laughed at me..

(Boriya bistar means belongings.)

"Ok, dad, nothing happened. I just planned to stay a few days here, so I came," I let out.

"Uh, no, you came here because your husband chose to stay four nights in the hospital and you didn't like his decision," he snapped back, making me shocked.

"So why ask me the question?" "When you already know everything?" I argued, raising my left eyebrow.

"Are we fighting?" Dad asked, and I pouted, then laid down, keeping my head on his lap, saying, "No, we aren't, so let's just drop this topic,

"Well, if that's what you want," He shook his head and stroked my hair gently.

Veer's pov...

4 days it's been 4 days Samaira wasn't talking to me . I tried every possible way, from visiting her parents' house to visiting her institute, but all she did was ignore me, and now it was too much. Ughh, my girl was so stubborn.

"Veer, please come back," and this brought me back to reality. Yes, Daadi was doing fine now, and she got discharged a few hours ago, and now we were in her mansion.

"Sorry but I can't fulfill your this wish Mrs Singhania" I removed my hand from her grip and stood up.

"Veer, I am sorry. I know you've suffered way too much, but now not anymore. I know it was my mistake, but now I want to rectify it. Please come back. We need you. Our company needs the old CEO back." Her eyes welled up, which made me uncomfortable.

Not only me Daadi Samaira has suffered more than me, and just because of her dad, we have a place to stay.

"I am sorry but I can't, and neither I want to come back nor do I want to join Singhania's company. I am doing fine in my life with my wife, and yes, I am not a Singhania anymore." I cleared everything that was going on inside my mind.

"Veer, I know we made a mistake, and we are ready to rectify it. Ghar aajaa Samaira ko lekar." I turned to find Mom walking inside the room.

They wanted me and Samaira to come back, like, seriously. If I even wanted to come, I was 100% sure Samaira wasn't going to accompany me, and I couldn't live without Samaira.

"Veer please you can get back to all the luxuries" I chuckled at Mom's statement..

I am now Samaira's Veer and not a Veer Singhania who wants just luxury..

"It's Veer standing in front of you, Mrs. Vedika Madhav Singhania, and I am not Veer Singhania anymore," and I walked out, ignoring mom and dad's pleas...

I just wanted to get out of this place because it was suffocating me.

Samaira's mom and dad went to Pune to attend one business party, and they would come back tomorrow, and here I was standing outside the main door of Mehta's Mansion, debating whether to unlock the door or not. Yes, I had the keys, which my sasurji gave to me before leaving, as he knew I would definitely need them because Samaira wouldn't open the door for me.

Taking a deep breath, I unlocked the door and walked in, calling out my chota's name, but she was nowhere to be found.

I made my way upstairs to her room only to found it vacant followed by her empty washroom! Where has this girl gone? I walked to the balcony and looked down only to get shocked, and my eyes widened.

There was my girl, swimming and looking sexy as fuck. Biting my lips, I smirked, and in a jet stream, I descended the stairs leading to the poolside.

"Hey baby such a nice and sexy show" I complimented and she turned towards me totally flabbergasted by my sudden arrival..

Rolling her eyes, she turned, showing me her back! I thought it was rude, but I felt like I twitched and blood rushed from my veins to my cheeks.

"Mind if I join?" Without waiting for her answer, I jumped in the pool, splashing water, and she let out a squeal. "What the hell, Veer?" She yelled..

Finally, she at least said something.

"Hey, why are you angry, Shawty?" Holding her by her waist, I pulled her to me, and she placed her hand on my chest to balance herself, saying, "Veer, let me go." I did the opposite by tightening my hold around her.

"No, I won't, and it's been so long, and now I have my ways with you." Placing a kiss on her cheek, I dragged my lips dangerously close to her lips, only to peck the corner of her lips.

"You want me to kiss you on your lips?" Just say it and I will fulfill your wish" I husked kissing the shell of her ear and felt her shuddering in my hold..

"No, I don't want it. I don't want anything. Leave me alone." Her voice broke at last when I tugged at her earlobe. "But your actions say otherwise, Mrs. Veer," I teased when I saw her fist my shirt.

"Do you even know how hot you are looking with this t-shirt sticking to your body totally drenched in water, huh?" My fingers traced the skin of her neck, which made her breath ragged.

"If you are angry on me then I am sorry but today I will going to fuck you hard" picking her in my arms I got out of the pool making my way upstairs to her bedroom..
