Ace dialed Josh's line and dropped the phone on the table. The phone call connected. “Why are you calli g back. You have the money already!? " Josh asked.

“i saw you did a good job. My name's a over the news!" Ace said. “That cost me a fortune. That's how we survive pal. I bribed the cops. And when this is over, you're gonna get arrested and am gonna be a free man forever!" Josh said and let out a mischievous laughter.

Ace cut the call abruptly. “Is that enough? " Ace asked. “He truly set you up?" Maria asked. “You heard him" Ace replied. “Oh, sorry.." Maria said and lowered her weapon.

“You guys really scared me!" Simone suddenly exclaimed. “What do you guys find out?" Ace asked. “We found his location. He's somewhere in an hill outside the city.." Annie said.

“Let me see.." Ace said. Annie showed him the location on her laptop. “No fucking way!" Ace exclaimed. “What, you know the place?" Annie asked. “yes, I was once living alone there. That was where Jane and I met!" Ace replied. “Oh, this I just a coincidence, right? " Simone asked.

“Yeah, I guess so.." Ace replied. “Alright then, we'll move in and extract your family. Then we will finish him off once and for all!" Annie said. “No..." Ace replied.

Annie sighed. “Okay fine. since there's no other way, I guess you'll have to do it alone.." Annie said. “Thank you.." Ace replied. “So what are you gonna do Ace?" Simone asked. “He wants a ransom. I'll give him exactly what he wants!" Ace replied..

Later in the day at Phil's place. Ace could be seen filling up the bags with papers and some clothes. “Alright. Am all done!" Ace said and brightened up. “So this is it?" Simone asked.

“Yeah, thank you for standing by me even though we don't really know each other.." Ace said. “I know you enough man. You are a great person!" Simone replied. “Thanks.." Ace said.

“Phil..." Ace said. “Good luck pal. It has been great working with you!" Phil said. “You too!" Ace said. “Annie, I'm so sorry things has to go this.." Annie suddenly jumped on Ace and hugged him tightly.

“Bye Ace.." She said. “Bye Annie.." Ace said. He pulled away from her. “Bye guys!" Ace said and walked out. He got in Phil's car and brought out his phone. He dialed Josh's line.

“Hey, I have the money " Ace said. “My man. I knew you wouldn't let me down!" Josh said..

It was already getting a little not dark when Ace got to the hills. Everything looks extremely different from way they were last time he WS here. It's been five years.

Ace drove last the house he stayed while he was here. It was In rubbles. It must have been swept off it's seat by the winds over the year.

Josh gave Ace the details of his location. They were to meet near a cliff deep in the hills. Ace drove for few minutes until he got to the red clothe. Josh earlier told him to Stop when he sees this and begin climbing.

Ace was had drove great distance into the hills. He got down from the vehicle and stared around. Huge rock laid around. Ace reached for the Bags and grabbed them. He shut the door and started climbing up the rocks.

After a very long and stressful climb. Ace finally reached the top. “Hey pal!" A voice yelled from far distance. He saw a flashlight from great distance. “It must be Josh! " Ace said and grabbed the bags. He hastened up to the Direction of the flashlight.

Ace reached the other side of the mountain. He was now few metres from Josh and his Family. It was dark around though but the light from the moon shone more brightest tonight.

Ace moved closer to them. “Hey pal, Seems you got the money there?" Josh asked. “Yeah, now let my family go!" Ace said. “Not so fast pal, toss the bags over first.." Josh said.

“What about I bring it over to you?" Ace asked. “Okay.." Josh said. He brought out his gun and pointed it at Jane. “Hey come over here!" Ace said to her. Jane moved closer to Josh.

“Hey careful. We're on a cliff. You wouldn't want anything happening to them right?" Ace asked. “I have the gun, I make the rules around here!. You know what?. Bring the money over here and stay next to them!" Josh instructed.

Ace slowly moved to them and dropped the two bags. “Good, move to them now.. " Josh said. Ace moved to his family. He hugged His son and Jane tightly.

“Yes finally, my babies are here!" Josh said and bent to open the bags. He opened one of the bags. “Wait, what the fuck!?" He exclaimed. Ace suddenly jumped on him and they both battled.

Josh was no match for Ace. Ace grabbed the gun from him and kicked his stomach. Josh fell to the ground. Ace aimed at him. “It's over for you Josh..." Ace said.

A bright light suddenly shone. It was from a chopper. “Hey lower your weapon now!" A voice said from the chopper. Uniformed cops suddenly emerged from nowhere.

Ace's boss also showed up. “You.." Ace said angrily. “Lay down your weapon Ace. It's over!" He said. Ace suddenly grabbed Josh and and wrapped his arms round his neck. He pointed his gun at Josh's head.

“you guys stay back.. " Ace said and moved back a little. “common Ace. There's no way out of this, lower your weapon! " The cop said. “You are A criminal. Taking bribes from this shit head and expecting me to lay down my weapons? . I don't fucking think so" Ace said.

“Ace just drop the gun.." Jane said with a feeble voice. “you won't understand Honey.. " Ace replied. “Ace you're been ridiculous. Stop this now! " The cop yelled. Cops were closing in on Ace slowly. He was also moving back too dragging Josh with him.

“Ace you're gonna fall, stop now!" Jane yelled. “Let me go pal. This gonna e d the way I planned. You're gonna get your ass arrested while I remain a free man!" Josh said.

Ace paused to think for a while. “Ace you're making me grow impatient! " the cop said and moved closer. Ace was now on the end of the cliff. One more step backwards and it's gonna be he's last.

“I think you're right.." Ace said to Josh. “That's more like it. Let me go now! " Josh said. “it will end up just the way you planned. I'm gonna end in Jail and you'll be free. And you will surely try to get .y family family once more.." Ace said.

“It's hard to admit but you're right there! " Josh said smiling mischievously. “Yeah. Jane...Am sorry..." Ace said. “Ace, nooooo!!" Jane yelled and charged at him. He held Josh tightly and suddenly leaped down the cliff.

“Nooooo!!" Jane yelled and bursted in tears. She watched in agony as Ace body lies on the bottom of the cliff.
