Over the following week, Nancy did not bother even going online. She would just wake up, prepare her daughter to go to school, escort her and then come back to the house and just watch movies. She also opted to be cooking while at home and avoided going out as much as she could except when going to the gym.

“I heard about someone whose daughter got burnt but never bothered. So, she was a friend?” Dickson asked.

“Sorry on her behalf. Anyway, how is the going?” Dickson asked.

“I am fine.” Nancy said.

“Now, we are organizing some sort of beach dance to showcase our fitness. It is kind of competition. I thought you should attend and participate. It will be held at pirate’s beach, from 6 am sunrise up to mid-morning. people will be dancing, making their moves, you know… and showcasing their bodies those who believe they are fit.” Dickson said trying to make Nancy lively.

“Wow! nice! I love to dance, is there a price to be won?” Nancy asked.

Dickson got his phone and showed Nancy a recorded clip of a beach party held in one of the mornings in the near past. “Young lady,” The man said, “I am a retired engineer having worked around Europe building skyscrapers and I have money, name whatever the hell you want so that I can make you dance for me in a private party.” And with that, the man gave Nancy a business card and walked y.

Nancy felt confused, she decided: I am going to ask Dickson and hear his opinion on this. Meanwhile, Nancy continued collecting the money the Europeans were throwing towards them, with many going to hand Nancy the money in person.
