Another granted him his strongest form as the price was too much for him to pay for too long while also casting other skills, but this all changed at this moment!
These two abilities joined the ranks of Ascendant Reality Sever, Concept Corruption, and Runic Bloodline Inscription at this moment to become part of the 5 abilities that had complete nullification to resource cost.

Noah's body surged with even more radiance as his Kainos Royal Dream Cosmos continued to proliferate while his Dream Dimensional Soul continued to expand and become an even brighter gold. His Dream Dimensional Body became even more thought as it could no doubt handle 20 Cycles of the Infinite Dream Physique if not much more!

It occurred at an extremely rapid pace as in no time, Noah's body seemed to be surrounded by a dazzling cylindrical pillar of light that covered him entirely- this pillar giving the illusion of stretching endlessly both top and bottom as it fused into him an instant later.

A maddening flash of light bloomed as the events were unfolding ridiculously fast, where due to the coming enemies- Noah finished the transformation in less than a microsecond as the shower of lights didn't continue for longer than required.
The moment it completed, a circular wave of dominion and light surged from Noah silently as it went on to cover vast stretches of land!

It was silent and transparent as it was hard to say who if any beings noticed it.
As for his transformation…it could take on many forms as Noah has the Aspects of all his current Bloodlines fused into this Ascendant Unnamed Kainos Emperor True Form.
So he chose his attire and adornment as even the visual effects of the Lich's Armament of Devotion that caused a radiant golden skull Armament to drape over him was made illusory.
There was no massive aurora of wings behind his back as one could see dazzling spinning black halos spinning behind him and below the soles of his feet- feet that were adorned in black Oxford shoes, his lower half sporting sleek obsidian dress pants as a slim fitting white dress shirt hugged his muscular upper body!
The curvature of the 8 packs could be seen from the shirt as golden light vibrated over his skin from the Innate Dimensional Barrier.
His hair normally took a myriad of colors, but it was simply a sleek black at this moment.
He didn't leak wild waves of power as everything seemed contained, the only radiant thing being the Luminous light in his eyes and the small pulsing black halos that were spinning below his feet and those positioned on his back!
The figure of the reified Celestial Arch Lich Ra'Zan could still be seen behind him, Noah currently releasing a silent light of contained tyranny as he seemed like a bomb that could explode at any time!
