With this form active, the horrific pressure this being released seemed to all but fade away as the nearby Primogenial Strata LEGENDS breathed easier, but this didn't last long as this being raised his left and right hand an instant later.

One went towards his left hand and one to his right- the appearance of these lights bringing down their own horrific pressure.
When the scene was clear, one could see his left hand grasping a massive silver golden sword while his right hand came to hold on to a massive golden purple blue spear of stellar wonders!
The Emperor's Ruined Blade of Oblivion and the Atlatl of Reality had arrived.
The existence wielding them had his crown spinning majestically atop a barely completed throne behind him, his visage eye catching and unforgettable as he pointed the Atlatl of Reality towards the vast sea of enemies with coldness and disdain, his voice blazing out with utmost majesty.

Billowing waves of pure will and mental energy bloomed out like surging seas to meet the waves of rushing LEGENDS.
It was the same move Noah had begun with before, but it was vastly different at this moment!

The capability of the Sanguine Ascendancy Domain to Lock down 2 Aspects of Existence up to the Primogenial Strata- along with anchoring them to the surrounding space!
It was truly top domineering as the nearby tens of thousands of LEGENDS in the vicinity of Noah's Domain suddenly felt their bodies come to a halt, seemingly anchored right where they stood as their Souls and Origins came under an undeniable and heavy wieght!
A weight that made it so they couldn't even lift a single ounce of essence from their own Origins or Souls.

The thoughts of these minor characters undeserving of names turned tumultuous as their destinies dimmed entirely.
While their Souls and Origins were sealed, the billowing Haki of an Emperor in his True Form surged over them as it was purely Dream Dimensional Soul Damage Values!
With two of their strongest Aspects sealed…they were truly helpless as they couldn't do anything.
What was Noah's damage at this moment? With 70 Ascendancy Halos, the base multiplier of the Halos became 3500 while the additional multiplier due to his Ascendant Unnamed Kainos Emperor True Form that should have cost a great deal of essence but now cost 0- it granted 17,500!
This was a 21,000x multiplier as with Noah's close to 10,000 Base Damage Values in addition to the Atlatl of Reality he now held, a single attack from him was over 200 Million Damage Values.
When doubled by the Throne of Unnamed Tyranny, over 400 Million Damage Values were easily dished out.
It was…simply bullying Primogenial Strata LEGENDS at this point.

The billowing will of the Unnamed Kainos Emperor descended onto anchored and suppressed Primogenial LEGENDS as everywhere his Haki passed…the lives of tens of thousands of LEGENDS dimmed!

As for the nearby Beta Strata LEGENDS who had already seen one of their fall, they were somewhat prepared as Defensive Skills had surrounded them powerfully, but many of them still turned ashen as they gazed forward in shock!

And the more shocking thing…was the fact that the ashen LEGENDS that had to withstand Dream Dimensional Soul Damage floated backwards!

Noah paid no attention to this as he watched another Assassin Emperor of Severance manifest, with him being able to call out one at a time as this was an ability that was cast and then kept active while it chained.
But the Saintess of Fiery Damnation still had 5 seconds of active time as she continued to tain down fiery death, Noah now raising his left hand holding the Emperor's Ruined Blade of Oblivion as it flashed with a silver light that reflected onto the anchored corpses of tens of thousands of Primogenial Strata LEGENDS that would never wake again- their bodies all disappearing soon after.
His actions and might were Tyrannical as the wave of millions that was surging forth shockingly slowed and nearly came to a halt.
With Noah surging forward, only a few Beta Kun Pengs began to cluster with somber faces as their bodies lit up in dazzling fashions- a majestic voice booming out at this moment!
