Chapter 1026: Gorgeous, Noble and Moving Tango
Chapter 1026: Gorgeous, Noble and Moving Tango
Tango originated from Tango-No, a folk dance in the Midwest of America. It is a dance with Latin characteristics.
At the end of the 16th century, the elegant Mexican tango and the upright, bold and vigorous Argentine tango were introduced to Europe one after another.
Wizards do not reject anything related to Muggles, especially art and entertainment.
Of course the Weird Sisters were very angry at first, after all, someone stole their limelight just when they had just finished performing.
But soon, they recognized that the music played by seven violins, a piano and a cello was "Por Una Cabeza", the ultimate representative of Argentine tango dance music, "One Step Away".
The dark figures that continued to dance at the edge of the dance floor caught their attention.
They knew the boy. He was Vincent Wayne, who was as famous as any other top figure in the wizarding world and had just been awarded the First Class Order of Merlin some time ago.
“This girl is so lucky.”
"Wayne is also very lucky. It is not easy to find a dance partner who can cooperate with you to this extent."
Suddenly, all the musical instruments on the stage and the ice spikes hanging from the dome of the auditorium shattered into shining stars, and then reassembled into new crystal instruments.
The music started playing again at a faster tempo, and Hermione reached out her little hand and pulled at the red tie with the golden Gryffindor crest embroidered on it on Vincent's chest.
She raised her heels and stood on tiptoe, leaning close to his ear and whispering something.
Vincent had a wicked smile on his face, and she felt something was wrong and put her hand on his chest.
The moment he was pushed away, he quickly untied the tie that was tightly around his neck, then grabbed Hermione's reluctant little hand and clasped his fingers together.
The golden fairies on the Christmas tree laughed and bashfully covered their eyes as the two clung to each other again.
Beneath the soft and strong melody are the dance steps that are both forward and backward, and the intimate physical contact makes the students blush.
Hermione tried to escape countless times, but was pulled back into Vincent's arms again and again.
The music was finally coming to an end, and she leaned close to his ear and whispered something again.
The crystal piano played its last note, and the two people hugging each other tightly formed a sharp contrast with the title of the song "One Step Away".
Dumbledore, with a smile in his eyes, led the applause.
"Perfect! This is the most moving tango I have ever seen in my life!"
The Weird Sisters on stage also gave warm applause.
Even though the hall was drowned in applause, Vincent and Hermione were still looking at themselves in each other's eyes.
"It's time for us to leave."
"If we don't leave, Professor McGonagall will kick us out of the castle."
The three warriors and their partners stood there with expressions of frustration, silently watching Vincent and Hermione leave the dance floor hand in hand.
They should have been the protagonists of the Christmas ball, but after a gorgeous, noble and moving tango, they realized one thing: some people will attract attention and leave a deep impression wherever they go.
Harry, Krum and the others were fine, but Draco and Pansy, with grim expressions, seemed unable to accept this reality, as if the whole world had collapsed.
They both felt a burning pain on their faces, and the sense of superiority brought by pure-blood supremacy was completely shattered.
Two Muggle-born wizards, both of whom were extremely good in both study and magic. Even their appearance, figure and even dancing were impeccable. The so-called "thieves" who stole magic actually defeated the real pure-blood wizards once again.
The only thing they can show off is their background.
Vincent and Hermione left the dance floor and ignored everyone else, going straight to the table where Fleur and Daphne were sitting.
Dumbledore stopped the applause and nodded slightly to the weird sisters on the stage.
One crystal musical instrument after another slowly descended, and they began to play a tune with a more lively rhythm.
The warriors and partners on the dance floor left the stage one after another, and the remaining time belonged to everyone.
"Dude, you stole the show tonight~" The twins smiled strangely and led their respective dance partners over.
Angelina held Fred's arm, and George's partner, a Hufflepuff girl, kept a distance.
Vincent looked around the auditorium and found that many people were still staring at him.
After seeing McGonagall talking to Flitwick, he breathed a sigh of relief, "It's all your bad ideas. If Professor McGonagall blames me, I will expose you immediately."
Fred laughed, "How could that be? Our Dean Cat is so reasonable. He just couldn't help dancing with his girlfriend. If you want to blame someone, just blame the warriors and their dance partners."
George motioned for everyone to look at Draco, who looked depressed. "The young master's temper is coming back. How long do you think he will be depressed this time?"
Vincent smiled and said he didn't know, "By the way, aren't you going in to dance?"
There were a lot of people on the dance floor, and the most eye-catching couple was naturally Madame Maxime and Hagrid.
No one knew how Hagrid had invited her, but from his fairly smooth dance steps it could be concluded that he must have made a plan in advance.
Next is Cedric and Qiu. The combination of handsome man and beautiful woman always attracts attention wherever they go.
Fred moved his arm that Angelina was holding, "I'm too full just now, let's go in and move around."
George turned to look at his dance partner, "Elodie, let's go in and join in the fun."

Elodie Bloom, a fifth-grader, is a cute girl who seems particularly quiet and a little shy.
She wore a long dress with a gradient yellow-green hue and a copper brooch in the shape of an acorn on her chest.
"Yeah." She shyly took the hand George extended and walked into the dance floor with him.
Soon after the twins left, some brave students came over.
Some of them invited Fleur, some invited Daphne, and a few even invited Vincent or Hermione.
Just from the tango song just now, even a fool could see what kind of relationship they have. If someone dares to muster up the courage to make an invitation, he must be prepared to be rejected.
Neither Furong nor Daphne had any intention of continuing dancing. After rejecting several waves of boys, they put on cold faces as if to keep away from strangers.
Harry, who was on the other side of the hall, was feeling the same distress as them.
He was trying to persuade Ron, but it had no effect.
"No, Harry, I can't accept the way she dresses. She's just too weird."
"Ron, she's your dance partner, you can't just leave her aside."
Ron followed his gaze to Luna, who was standing in front of the Christmas tree, teasing the golden fairy.
Her dress... no, her entire look is hard to describe.
Her hair was tied into the shape of a spiral galaxy, her bun was made of an old feather pen, her earrings were two extremely realistic glass eyeballs, her dress was made of salamander skin and fluorescent orange fabric sewn at an angle, and her short boots on her feet had two bells, one large and one small, hanging on them.
If I had to use one word to describe Luna at this moment, it would be abstract, extremely abstract.
No matter how beautiful and elegant a girl is, she probably won't look very good if she wears this.
Ron shook his head as if he was constipated, "No, I'd rather sit up all night."
Harry didn't know what to say.
He didn't mind Luna's peculiar dress, but she was a girl after all, and Ron had to be a gentleman for once.
