Chapter 1511 Put It All Down
After dealing with the entire royal family, Mori walked out of the palace calmly as if nothing had happened.
He stood at the gate of the palace, his eyes casually scanning the street, when suddenly his attention was caught by a group of men who were carrying royal treasures.
Looking at his men happily carrying boxes of gold, silver and treasures, Mori couldn't help but frown.
"Stop right there!" He suddenly yelled at the top of his lungs, his voice echoing over the street like thunder.
This shout made everyone stop in their tracks as if they were under a spell. They all turned their heads to look at him with expressions of astonishment on their faces.
"Captain, what's wrong?"
"Any missions? Captain!"
The men asked in unison, clearly puzzled by Mori's sudden stop.
Mori looked at his men and was speechless. There were even a few black lines on his forehead.
"What a bullshit mission!" he cursed angrily, "Put all these treasures back to me!"
"Put it back?" The subordinates looked at each other, obviously finding this order unbelievable.
"Captain, aren't these all ours?" someone asked doubtfully.
"Yes, Captain, didn't we conquer this country?" another person echoed.
The crew members looked puzzled. They really couldn't understand why Mori asked them to put back the treasure they had already obtained.
Mori looked at his men, shook his head helplessly, and then walked over, explaining as he walked, "These treasures are indeed ours, but we can't move them now."
"Why?" The subordinates still didn't understand.
"Because the captain is coming," said Maury. "You can't move the treasure until he sees it."
Mori thought to himself that this was a rare opportunity to show himself. When the captain arrived, he would show him the fruitful results of his trip, which would definitely make the captain look at him differently.
"what?"
Hearing this, the crew members looked at each other with expressions of astonishment on their faces and exchanged puzzled glances with each other.
At this moment, Katakuri came slowly riding a majestic tiger. The tiger was tall and mighty, with fur like flames.
Burning, emitting a powerful breath.
Behind him, a group of crew members were tying up dozens of people with ropes. These people were being pulled and tugged at, looking very miserable.
"Is everything done?" Mori asked with a smile when he saw him come back.
Katakuri raised the corners of his mouth slightly, revealing a confident smile: "They are just some mediocre guys, it won't be difficult at all." He easily flipped off the tiger, his movements agile and graceful.
The originally ferocious tiger now acted like a docile kitten, moving forward with a flattering look on its face.
However, Katakuri mercilessly pushed it away, seemingly uninterested in the tiger's affectionate gesture.
"Eh? This tiger is pretty good." Seeing this, Mori walked forward with interest, wanting to observe the tiger carefully.
But the moment he approached, the tiger suddenly seemed to have changed into a different person. It opened its bloody mouth, roared, and bit Mori's arm fiercely!
Faced with this sudden attack, Mori's expression didn't change at all.
"damn thing!"
He quickly dodged to the side, avoiding the tiger's sharp teeth, then swung his arm and slapped the tiger hard!
With a crisp "bang", the tiger was knocked away like a cannonball, falling heavily to the ground, raising a cloud of dust.
"Hey hey!" Katakuri saw this and quickly stopped him, "I still want to ride this one, don't kill it."
The tiger was knocked dizzy and lay on the ground for a long time without coming to its senses.
It felt so miserable. It had just been released from the cage and it was beaten twice in a row. It was too unlucky!
"Come, come here." Katakuri said softly to the tiger not far away with a smile on his face.
The tiger heard Katakuri's call and moved its feet reluctantly, slowly walking towards him. Its face showed an expression of grievance, as if it had suffered a great injustice.
When the tiger walked in front of Katakuri, it did not hold its head high like other animals, but lowered its head. Occasionally, it would secretly look up and glance at Mori who was standing beside it. Its eyes revealed its fear of Mori, as if it was worried that he would suddenly hit it.
"Have some nerve!" Katakuri saw this and raised his lips slightly, revealing a playful smile. He suddenly raised his hand and slapped the tiger's back mercilessly.
With a loud bang, the slap was so powerful that it knocked the tiger to the ground! The tiger was like being struck by lightning, instantly losing consciousness and lying motionless on the ground.
Katakuri looked at the tiger lying on the ground with an expression of disgust on his face, as if he was a little disappointed that the tiger was so vulnerable.
However, Morrie, who was standing by, found the scene very funny and couldn't help laughing.
"Where did you get this tiger?" Morrie asked curiously.
Katakuri replied, "I found it backstage at an underground auction house. The owner of the auction house said it was a rare jade tiger. I thought it could be used as a mount, so I grabbed it."
"Oh? There's something like this?" Mori's interest was piqued. "Are there any other animals? Get me one too."
Katakuri thought for a moment and said, "There are also lions and buffaloes, but none of them are as smart as this tiger. Those animals refused to yield no matter how hard we beat them. In a fit of rage, I had the other animals slaughtered and sent to the kitchen to stew them later."
As he spoke, Katakuri gently touched the tiger's head, feeling the soft fur, and muttered, "Don't tell me, this feels really good."
"If not, then forget it." Mori said with regret, seeming a little unwilling to accept the result.
He turned to look at the tied-up people and asked doubtfully, "Are these the people from the underground auction house?"
"Yeah, all of them." Katakuri replied expressionlessly, his voice low and powerful.
Katakuri said as he took a rope from one of his crew members. He held one end of the rope tightly and pulled it hard.
There was only a series of "crackling" sounds, and dozens of people fell in front of him one after another like dominoes.
Katakuri looked at these people expressionlessly, then pointed at the fat man at the front of the line and said, "This guy is the boss."
Upon hearing this, Mori rubbed his hands and said to the fat man with a smile on his face, "Hello, boss..."
However, before he could finish his words, he was suddenly interrupted by the fat man.
"Stop hitting me, stop hitting me, I've already handed over all the money!" the fat man shouted in horror, his voice trembling with fear.
When Mori heard this, the smile on his face froze instantly. He turned to look at Katakuri with a strange look in his eyes, with a hint of confusion and doubt.
