Chapter 1533 Princess Feiya
"Uh..." Wapol immediately became nervous, his heart pounding in his chest, and beads of sweat appeared on his forehead. His eyes rolled around, and he quickly lied, "My eyes are hurting."
But before he could finish his words, another man exposed him directly: "He offered me 2 billion Baileys to let him go."
"Two billion?!" The man who had questioned Wapol before was a little surprised, his eyes widened, as if he couldn't believe his ears.
"That's right, two billion. If you let me go, I'll give you two billion too!" Wapol thought to himself, just like buying one less mine. As long as it can help me get out of my current predicament, spending this little money is worth it. He straightened his back and tried to make himself look more confident.
"Oh, what a pity." The other man showed a painful expression on his face, as if he had missed a great opportunity.
"You should have told me two days earlier, no, half a day would have been enough." He shook his head helplessly, his tone full of regret.
"Ah? Why?" Wapol looked confused, his eyes full of doubts. He didn't understand why saying it earlier would have a different result.
"Because... someone is here to pick you up." Another man said slowly, his eyes revealing a hint of complicated emotions.
As the camera slowly zoomed out, a luxurious ship bearing the Celestial Dragon emblem was advancing menacingly. Its massive hull streaked white waves across the sea, like a giant beast galloping freely across the ocean.
On the deck, a woman wearing sunglasses was lazily enjoying afternoon tea.
She was wearing a gorgeous purple dress with sparkling gems inlaid on the hem, which looked particularly dazzling in the sunlight.
She was surrounded by servants who waited on her. They all lowered their heads and looked submissive, not daring to make a sound.
"Really? I have to get involved in such a small matter as picking someone up." The woman said somewhat dissatisfiedly. She frowned slightly, with a hint of impatience on her face.
As soon as she finished speaking, the seat beneath her was suddenly covered with a thick layer of ice crystals, which flashed with cold light, as if to freeze everything around them.
The servants around were frightened by this sudden change and began to tremble. Their bodies were shaking uncontrollably and their faces were full of fear.
“Your Highness, please calm down. Your Highness, please calm down…” The servants knelt down and begged for mercy, their voices filled with tears.
"Noisy!" Princess Fia spat out those two words coldly, and a gust of cold wind swept out from her, instantly blowing the servants around her to the ground. However, this cold wind was somewhat merciful and did not take their lives. It only made the servants lie on the ground in fear, not daring to get up for a long time.
"Princess, this is Lord Satan's order. Please control your temper." William, the white-haired butler wearing a monocle, walked over with elegant steps, a kind smile on his face, and spoke softly. His voice was gentle and steady, as if it had a reassuring power.
"Hmph, since he's the one asking me, I'll give him some face." Princess Fia raised her chin proudly, the corners of her mouth curling up slightly, revealing a hint of disdain mixed with a hint of complacency. She knew that Lord Satan was a figure of considerable stature among the Celestial Dragons, and that having him ask her for help was a real honor for her.
The big ship cut through the waves, its bow stirring up layers of white foam and making a "swooshing" sound. Soon, the big ship saw the two-masted sailboat in front of it, which looked a little small on the vast sea.
"Princess, wait a moment." Butler William saluted respectfully, then turned and, taking moon steps, flew towards the deck of the opposite ship like a light bird. His figure drew a graceful arc in the air and soon landed steadily on the opposite deck.
The two men escorting Wapol had been waiting there for a long time. When they saw William, they hurried forward, their faces filled with a hint of nervousness and awe. "Sir, we have been ordered to escort Wapol," one of them said, his voice trembling.
"Well, just leave it to me." William said kindly. His eyes revealed an unquestionable majesty, but his tone was very gentle.
"Okay." The two looked at each other and sighed inwardly. They remembered the four billion baileys that Wapol had offered them before, a huge sum that was enough for three generations of their family to live a luxurious life.
But now, facing Lord Satan's orders and the powerful steward in front of them, they did not dare to do anything excessive and could only accept reality helplessly.
Soon, Wapol was pushed out of the cabin, still tied up with ropes, with messy hair and a look of fatigue and fear on his face.
Along the way, Wapol's cries echoed in the air like thunder, his voice filled with fear and unwillingness. "I won't go! I won't go!" He shouted, the veins in his neck bulging, as if this could persuade his escorts to change their minds.
"If you let me go, I will pay you!" Wapol's eyes widened, revealing an almost crazy desire. He tried to use money to impress these people and get himself out of this terrible situation.
He waved his hands wildly in the air, as if grasping at the last straw.
"Don't do this, don't do this. Can't I just stay here? How about we be pirates on the ship?" Wapol's voice was pleading. He began to lower his requirements, thinking that even being a pirate was better than being taken to an unknown place.
His body was trembling slightly with excitement, and he kicked his feet on the ground, trying to stop himself from being pushed forward.
Finally, Wapol was pushed onto the deck.
The glaring sunlight shone on his face, forcing him to squint. He saw William standing not far away. His tall figure was like a mountain, giving him an invisible sense of oppression. William also looked at him, his eyes calm and deep, as if he could see through all of Wapol's thoughts.
"Well, who are you?" Wapol asked cautiously, with a hint of timidity in his voice. He tried to find a clue to escape from William's expression and words.
"Haha, I'll take you to see someone." William raised the corners of his mouth slightly, revealing a meaningful smile, but to Wapol, that smile looked like a devil's smile.
