By skillfully gathering the five elements and using them in reverse order, when the practice is complete, one can become the revered Buddha or deity as he wishes.

All things return to one is a true saying. Whether it is the mysterious magic of the West or the long-standing methods of our Chinese people, in the final analysis, they are just different ways for people to use their own power.

If one wants to truly achieve transcendence and obtain the supreme state of freedom, one must achieve the Three Flowers Converging at the Top of the Head and the Five Qis Returning to the Origin.

However, it is sad and lamentable that many so-called Muggles in this world today do not even know what the Three Flowers are, let alone what the Five Qi Method is.

These three flowers are actually "essence", "qi" and "soul", which correspond to "will", "qi and blood" and "soul" respectively. Among them, "will" is like an indestructible fortress, supporting us to move forward courageously;

"Qi and blood" are like a surging river, nourishing every corner of the body;

As we all know, the weather in nature is unpredictable, sometimes it is sunny and breezy, and sometimes it is cloudy and stormy. And this change in external weather is quietly producing a profound impact on the human body through our nose.

When the weather is abnormal, such as wind and rain being out of balance, or cold and heat being out of season, the originally harmonious and orderly flow of the five elements will be disturbed and hindered.

At this time, the circulation of qi and blood in the human body may become disordered, just like a river that was originally unobstructed suddenly encountered a huge rock blocking it.

Moreover, such climate change will directly affect people's daily diet, because the imbalance of the five elements will lead to spleen and stomach dysfunction, resulting in loss of appetite or overeating.

If this continues for a long time, the health of the human body will inevitably be in danger, and various diseases will have the opportunity to take advantage.

However, in the ancient Chinese Taoist method, there is a deeper understanding and interpretation of these mysterious five elements.

The five elements of gold, wood, water, fire and earth that they mentioned contain the most primitive and powerful force between heaven and earth.
