❤️ I Am Sorry, Forgive Me (Part 2) ❤️
Gwen was hurt. "I am sorry." She apologized.
"Save your breath Gwenevere, I don't need your fu.ck.ing apology," Kando said and started heading towards his bathroom.
".." Whatever she was about to say got Interrupted by Cando's presence who came inside the room and helped his brother inside the bathroom, closing the door behind them.
"You shouldn't have done this, you know how master is. He is going to see this as a personal challenge to hurt you. He knows what to use to make you bleed," Cando said in a low voice filled of concern as he help his brother to remove his clothes that was remaining and helped him to the bathtub where Kando relaxed and watch as his brother filled up the tub with water that was in a very big scuttle.
"You and I know Gwen wouldn't last; wouldn't be alive if she had gone in my place. For some reasons I don't know, I don't want to anger Storm," Kando said to his brother.
"Why don't you want to anger Storm? Is not as if you would be the one to fight him." Cando asked
"I don't know Cando, maybe it's because I have tasted a bit of his anger and also, Gwen is the woman I am in love with. I will protect her at all costs."
"I am so sorry for bringing her into this mess. If I hadn't dragged her all these wouldn't have happened, master wouldn't have punished you. You are taking my punishment brother," Cando said sadly. "You didn't even tell our master that I was the one who had brought her and not you, thank you brother."
"It's okay, go to your room now," Kando said with a sincere smile and Cando smiled back and left the bathroom. Kando relaxed his body on the water that has turned dark red, soon enough his cut will heal.
"Is he okay?" Gwen asks the minute Cando walked through that door. It hasn't been long when a servant came in to clean the blood that was seen on the floor in the room.
"Yes he's okay," Cando responded with a brief smile. The candle light burning in the room lightens up his handsome features. He went to bring Kando's wardrobe to get a trouser and went back to the bathroom and returned the next minute. He returned his gaze to Gwen. "Please don't get angry at him, I'm the one at fault here. He has nothing to do with this so please don't get angry at him." he added.
"I know that already. I'm not angry, I think amongst the both of us, he is the one angry at me," Gwen said to him. "Can you go back in there and tell him to talk to me the way he normally does, please I will appreciate that." she pleaded.
"Don't worry, Kando will talk to you. Just give him time." Cando chuckled and left the room.
Gwen couldn't stop herself from pacing around the room, quietly. Her legs were beginning to ache. It has been a long time since she has been waiting for Kando and it seems to her that Kando was purposely waiting for her to fall asleep before he comes out. She was about to give in to sleep when the door of the bathroom opened and Kando stepped out.
He halts in his movement the moment he sees her.
"You are still wide awake?" Kando asked not hiding his surprise in his voice.
"Why won't I be when you are hurt." Gwen replied checking Kando bare upper body for any cut but surprisingly there was no such thing. "You were injured before," she said in surprise. "But now you look okay." She added quietly.
"Why won't I be okay, I'm a fallen god remember," Kando said and went to stand at his window staring around the palace. "Go and sleep Gwen."
"And you?"
"Don't worry about me."
"Kando I am really sorry for what I said earlier. I didn't mean to offend you, please forgive me," Gwen said, moving closer to him and only stopping once she got closer to him. She wanted to touch him but was afraid of his rejection. "Please forgive me Kando."
Sighing out deeply, Kando turned around to face her, this way he was standing close to her, "It's okay Gwen, I have forgiven you already." I love you so much for me not to forgive you, Beautiful. He thought to himself. "Have you eaten?"
"I have." Gwen answered with a smile even though she was a bit sad, no scratch that, she was sad that he hasn't called her Beautiful yet. "Does it still hurt you? I mean your injuries?"
"Not any more," Kando said with a grin. "I am healed as you can see. You wouldn't have survived if you were in my shoes Gwen. Believe me when I say this, Dean is sick in the head."
"I know and I am sorry for doubting you, seeing how bloody you are, I am grateful that you are not hurt."
"Go and sleep Gwen."
"I don't want to sleep, I want to talk to you," Gwen said with a pout and then her eyes brightened up, "Fly me around a bit, please." Kando stared at her, not blinking his eyes. "Unless you are not permitted to." she added and her heart started beating faster if that was possible when Kando closed the distance between them and grabbed her waist. They stare at each other's eyes for a while and Gwen hopes Kando should take the lead and kiss her but that doesn't happen. She was disappointed when Kando turned her around and then pressed her firmly against his chest instead of kissing her like she expected. Gwen saw herself melting in his embrace and if possible putting more pressure in their joined bodies. Then together with her they face the window once again.
"Are you ready?" he ask trying to keep his hands from moving upwards
"I was born ready." Gwen replied and without another word, Kando jumped off from his window and his wings sprouted out from his back. Flying higher in the sky then diving back towards the palace then they flew around the palace for a while before he flew back into his room through the same window.
Releasing Gwen from his hold was a difficult thing for Kando. He congratulated himself from not getting ha.rd.
"That was fantastic," Gwen said as Soo as she turn around to face him. "You have to be flying me around." she added.
"Anything for you Beautiful." Kando agreed even though he tried not to read meaning into what she said. Or doesn't she realize what she just said? He was so engrossed with this thinking that he didn't see Gwen closing the space between them and kissing him. It wasn't until he felt her soft lips on his that he realized she was actually kissing him which surprised him a bit. He left his thoughts and kissed her back.

Ashland Kingdom: (Palace)
Storm wasn't moving an inch from his room door. After he left the training ground, he went back to his room but remember Juno doesn't want to see him yet so he has been standing at his front door since and staring at it. He had once lost his anger like he did today at the Garden of Edenis and has promised himself never to get angry. Juno should be lucky that she was still alive and breathing fine. He doesn't want to let himself get lost in his anger.
The door opened, bringing him out of his thoughts. He saw Emera who smiled kindly at him and closed the door behind him.
"Standing here won't do anything Storm, we need to talk," Emera said and without waiting for his response he began walking towards his room where he was staying. No one needed to tell Storm to follow him.
Once they got to his room, he entered and waited for Storm to enter before he closed and locked his room door and turned to face Storm. The candle from the room lightens up the room.
"You should beg Juno for her to forgive you," Emera began.
"What was I doing before she asked me to leave?" Storm said with a pointed gaze. Wasn't he there when he was asking Juno for her forgiveness.
"I was there Storm, but you I know my daughter, once she made up her mind there is no going back so you will have to make her forgive you before she leaves for Kudarma."
"She is not leaving anywhere Uncle Emera," Storm said with a tight fist. Just the mere thought of that made him want to punch whoever brought it up, but he couldn't punch Emera. "And she will forgive me. I promise not to touch her again or let me be controlled by my anger." he added, unclenching his fist.
"Okay, if you say so. But Storm, you shouldn't have done that no matter how angry you are."
"I know and I am sorry," Storm said to him.
"Just two questions," he said, lifting up two of his fingers.
"I will answer you if you also promise to answer my own two questions truthfully." Storm told him.
"I promise," Emera said. "How often do you get angry?" he suddenly asked.
Not hiding his surprise from his face at Emera's question, he shrugged his shoulders and answered. "Just once and it wasn't pleasant."
"What happened?"
"I'm not going into details," Storm said not ready to split out what happened back then. "It was in the Garden of Edenis and I got angry at my master and nearly burn down that place which I am not sorry for." he added with a smirk on his face which was quickly gone when he remembered Juno. "But I am regretting touching her."
"Okay, second question."
"I'm listening," Storm said with a nod from his head.
"What made you change your mind? You were angry before you left and if I am not mistaken, you could have beaten me up if you stayed there with me for another minute," Emera said and Storm confirmed by nodding his head. "What happened? You weren't ready to apologize to Juno at that time but once you return you suddenly change and want to apologize to her, why?" he asked.
"You are right, I went to clear my head and I realized how wrong I was and came back to apologize to Juno who did no wrong to me." Storm answered truthfully. "She is the key to unlock all my closed doors, Uncle Emera."
"So you are apologizing to her because you suddenly realized she is the key to open all your closed doors?" Emera asks with unbelievable eyes.
"No you are getting it all wrong Uncle Emera, you won't understand, only I know what I am saying," he said. "Now my turn for questions." He added.
"I'm listening, Storm," Emera said with a little smile as he went to his bed to sit. He couldn't compete with Storm in a standing competition.
"There is something you told me this morning about Gwen and Juno, are they really sisters?" Storm asked.
"They are twins."
"Why were they separated and you were giving Juno to look after?"
