❤️ She is Mine (Part 3) ❤️
Squeezing her face to remember. "Yes, I do," Kira said, nodding her head. Remembering the very words the dwarf had told her: 'You are a good person Juno, but you will become evil, darkness swims around you and you cannot escape your fate, for his sake, I hope you get to see the light inside your darkness.'
"But then again, I have not been evil so...."
"Yeah," Storm agreed. "Neither is Gwen." he added only for his hearing.
"What did you say?" Kira asked. She didn't hear what Storm said.
"Nothing, I was speaking to myself." Storm replied but then quickly added. "Where are your pendants? Bring them out and join the halves together," he said to Kira who quickly did as she was told.
Bringing out the two half pendants she has, she brought them closer and joined them together, making them become whole again. Nothing happened. She faced the now complete pendant towards the place the dwarf had stood before but nothing happened.
Kira saw the way Storm was staring at the pendant and was curious. "Why are you staring at the pendant like that? Were you expecting something to happen when I join them?" she couldn't help but ask.
"As a matter of fact, yes, I thought something magical would happen," Storm said, trying not to show how crestfallen he was. "My mother told me all my answers lie in your pendants, Juno," he added. "Or did she lie to me?" he asked no one as he clenched his fists in anger. His sadness slowly fading to be replaced by anger.
"Wait, are you trying to tell me that you only apologize to me so that I can come with you here to do whatever you say because your mother believed my pendants held some answers you are seeking?" Kira asked, hoping that Storm would deny it.
Facing her, Storm sighs deeply.
"I wasn't lying to you when I apologized and I am not toying around with your heart Juno, believe me. I realized my mistakes and that was why I apologized to you, okay? My mother told me not to allow my anger to control me..."
Cutting him off.
"But you don't love me, right?" Kira asked as she stared into the eyes of Storm.
"Of course I do, who wouldn't?" Storm said with a smile which didn't reach his eyes. He couldn't tell her his growing feelings for her which started all of a sudden yesterday, the feelings have always been there which he had ignored. Gwen was right after all.
"You didn't say the words Storm. It's simple. I love you would save me all the talks," Kira said with a smile even though it would gladly her if he could say it to her, she wasn't angry anymore. Time is what she can give to Storm, for now, he is still fighting the demon's in his heart.
"Don't force words into my mouth Juno, I will say it when I want to, besides you are not leaving my side," Storm said, closing the distance between them and putting his arms on her hips; and he knows that excited her. "You are mine so there are many days, places and times that I can say the words to you." he added and placed a brief kiss on her forehead and continued staring at her.
Juno melted at the words Storm had told her. She was his. 'Mine', the words keep ringing in her head.
"I love you," Kira said with all seriousness. "From the first day I lay my eyes on you." she added with a smile.
"I know," Storm said with a matching smile.
So engrossed that they were staring at each other that they didn't see the pendant glowing in Kira's hand.
"Well look at how grown you both are," the family voice which belongs to the dwarf woman was heard beside them and they turned to look in her direction. She looks the same only that she got a little bit older than before. "It's about time. I thought you had forgotten about me," the woman said.
"We did," Storm said, still not letting go of Kira's. Kira with her free hand used one to hit him on the back of his head playful, "I did until yesterday. I have some questions I would like to ask you."
"And here I thought I would be bombarded with my princess questions not knowing it's the opposite," the dwarf woman said. "Well come with me." she added with a gesture of her right index finger and she turned her back on them and a portal which looked like a door appeared out of nowhere and the dwarf walked in. She stopped when she realized none of them were following her. "Are you going to come with me or do the both of you need a special welcome before you come?" she asked with raised brows.
"Not exactly, I am just thinking about my horse. In case you have forgotten this is a market place and it won't be long before people start coming out," Storm said.
"Oh don't worry about that," the dwarf woman said with a hint of a smile on her face. "You remember how the people ignored you when I was speaking with you both?" at their nod she continued. "It's the same as today, so don't worry about your horse or the market people. They won't see you until you leave here, so are you coming or not?" She ended her explanation with a question.
"Yes, we are," so saying, they hold their hands together, they followed the dwarf woman and the portal closed behind them.

Kudarma Kingdom: Dean Palace.
Kando had quickly freshened up and was out of his room before Gwen woke up. He summoned the 1,000 armies which he had selected the previous night. The messenger was standing beside him as they stood before the armies.
"Like I told you all yesterday, you will be escorting him to Ashland. Not for war but for a warning." Kando addresses the armies, no doubt his loud voice would have woken up the entire palace by now including Gwen.
"The messenger won't be needed any more Kando." Dean's voice was heard and when Kando turned to acknowledge him, he was taken aback when he saw how dressed the Emperor was. Everyone went down to their knees as the Emperor approached them and Kando wasn't left out.
"Why are you not sending the messenger again my Emperor?" Kando asks in confusion. Wasn't it his idea to send the messenger to Ashland Kingdom in the first place, so what made him change his mind?
"He won't give them my message the way I want it and besides I need to threaten them, put fear into their hearts so that their brain will tell them not to mess with me. Besides I need to see the one who is holding Kira." Dean answered him as soon as he reached Kando. "You are dismissed," he gestured with his right hand towards his messenger who only nodded his head, stood up from where he knelt and left. "You will be coming with me Kando, inform your brother to take charge of my palace until I return and if my hostage escapes, I will feed him to my dragon's."
"I will do that master," Kando said and was gone too.
"You all should try to look intimidating once we reach the threshold of Ashland. When we approach them I want to see fear in their eyes, so I make myself clear!"
"Yes my Emperor," they said in unison.
"Good."
Kando saw his brother approaching him.
"I heard what you said, be rest assured I won't do anything to anger him," Cando said. "I will also keep an eye on Gwen," he added.
"And can you take her to see Adaoh, I discussed something with her last night and she asked for Gwen. I will tell you all about that once I return," Kando said to his brother.
"I will do as you, you have nothing to worry about brother."
Nodding his head in appreciation, he turned and went back to meet Dean.
"Go and get me my horse Kando, I want to get Kira back."

Ashland: (Hidden Place)
Storm wasn't expecting to see some dwarfs like the woman in front of them coming out from their various cave houses staring at them, especially at Kira besides him. Some has longer ears and if Storm was to count them, they weren't up to thirty (30) people.
The dwarf woman stopped in a cave and entered it, beckoning them to follow her which they did. They saw a bee and some clothes which were hanging over the bed and some candles which were off. A pot was seen over a fire and the dwarf woman pointed to her bed.
"Sit down, let me check what I put on fire," she said.
Kira and Storm sat on her bed and watched as she magically made the fire go and two plates appeared in her hands. She quickly put some hot soup in the plates and gave them each plate.
"Thank you," they thanked her.
"So.." Interrupting Storm.
"No no, eat first before any questions, that's how we do to our visitors," the dwarf woman said.
Without wasting much time, Storm and Kira quickly ate their soup and passed their empty plates to her.
"Thank you," they said in unison. Surprisingly, the soup was delicious and Kira decided to ask her for some if she was going home.
"Was that enough for you my Princess?" she asked Kira.
"Not really but if I am going you will give me some of your delicious soup to take with me," Kira said with a smile which the other woman return. Returning her gaze to Storm.
"My name is Eve, I am the guardian of the dwarf and elves clans," the dwarf woman now known as Eve said. "Now, about that question, you can ask me." she added, staring at Storm.
"Thank you Eve," Storm said. "First question, is my mother still alive?" he asked.
Closing her eyes and moving her head to the left before opening it. "Yes she is still alive, but her condition is getting worse day by day." Eve replied.
"Where is she?" Storm demanded immediately. He was so happy to hear that.
"You know I can't answer that, you have to find her yourself."
"How will I find her when u don't even know where she is in the first place, you have got to help me find her."
"Don't worry you will know when the time comes and besides even if I wanted to help, I wouldn't because I don't know her location. Whoever has her did it in a way that unless you are in his or head, you wouldn't know where she is. I just know she is alive." Eve answered him.
".." Storm opened his mouth to speak but Kira beat him to it.
"You told us something years ago when we first saw you." Kira began. "But I didn't turn evil and neither did darkness consume me, right?" she asked, which prompted the woman to smile.
"You are correct my Princess, it couldn't affect you because you are more than one, so I told you a prophecy which wasn't meant for you. The one who darkness has already consumed is besides you. And for the sake of your light, I hope she gets to see the light inside her if it's not too late," she said, staring at Storm before returning her gaze back to Kira.
Storm's heart sank a little, he hoped the dwarf wasn't talking about Gwen because he has been with her from when she was little and she wasn't evil, in fact she runs away from anything that is evil. And to top it all, she was Juno's twin sister.
Juno has been with him and apart from her speaking of Dean, old Dean, he senses no darkness in her.
Gwen, has been beside him throughout their growing days spit couldn't be her.
So if Eve wasn't talking about Juno being in darkness or Gwen, so who could it be?
