Dean opened his mouth to speak but Kira beat him to it.

"That's enough, the both of you," Kira said loudly enough for everyone to hear. "Why are you here Dean? And bringing your armies with you isn't right." she added, staring at Dean. She has just found out some truth about her life and won't go anywhere until she hears the full story.

"Is that what you will say 'why am I here', I can't believe this. I will pretend not to hear that Kira, I am here to warn the man sitting behind you to let you go so that you can return to where you rightfully belong, by my side," Dean said to Kira.

"Believe it or not, Juno is not going anywhere with you. I have heard your warning Dean you can leave now," Storm said.

"The girl I have with me, I will hurt her so badly that you won't recognize her." Dean threatened and smiled in satisfaction when he noticed the rigid body of Storm. "I have no time to waste with a low life like you. Do what is right and divert a war. You and these bunch of fools with you aren't no match for me. You have until tomorrow to make your choice, the day after tomorrow, I will be back and this time around I won't hold back. And when coming the headless body of the girl will be dragged by a horse all the way from my kingdom down to here." he added and without another word, made a U-turn with his horse and left with Kando and his armies.

Storm glared at their directions until they were out of his sight. "Follow them and check if they truly left Ashland," he said aloud and some guards ran to get their horses and went towards the direction Dean had taken.

Storm went inside the Palace and came down from his horse, helping Kira down too and one of his brothers took the horse from him.

"Once you've secured it, be alert, everyone should." Storm ordered and started walking inside. Morgan and his mother hurried up to meet him.

"What are we going to do now? He came to us first," Morgan said which prompted Storm to stop and turn to look at him. "He is going to harm Gwen, we've got to do something, Storm, to stop him."

"The only way out of this is war, Morgan, and I believe he will try to harm Gwen," Storm said to him.

"Going to war against Dean, Ashland doesn't stand a chance," Kira said. "These armies with him are nothing to him. He has his own personal undead armies Storm and his dragons, believe me Storm, we stood no chance against them." she added. "And also all these could be averted if you give in to what he wants. I don't want Gwen to get hurt because of me and now that I know who she truly is, I can't let harm to come to her."

"You are not going anywhere Juno and don't worry I will get Gwen back." Storm promised.

"And how do you intend to achieve that?" Kira asked.

"I will be going to his kingdom, sneak in into his palace and get Gwen out of there."

"It's not as easy as you think, Dean will know," Kira said.

"You know what my mother would have said if she was here?" Storm suddenly said out of blue. "There are some birds who are locked in a cage of situation, but they are not helpless, they have so much strength in their wings that they fly away with the cage itself. I'm such a bird." he added as his gaze landed on Empress Rose. "How did you make the late King Elliot, to marry your daughter. He's ruling one of Dean's kingdoms, right? So how did he end up with your daughter?"

"He promised he would make Dean not kill us in case he attacks Ashland in the future and also getting Reca married to him will make us much closer to Dean and I accepted. That's all." Empress Rose responded.

Storm took hold of Kira's hand and with one look he gestured to Emera with his head to start following them as he started walking away from them, heading towards Emera room.

Once they were in, he turned to face Kira, "You never told me Dean was a young man like myself. I can't believe that the young man is my Uncle."

"Oh you think as beautiful as I am I was always talking of an old man that I want to marry?" Kira asked with a smile.

"Yes, I never knew Dean could be young."

"He is immortal, he can't age."

"Then, is your offer still up?" Storm asked

"What offer?" Kira asked in return, confused by what Storm meant. What offer could he be talking about?

"That night when you asked me to sleep with you," Storm said and closed the distance between them. " So Is the offer still up?"

Kira opens her mouth to speak, blushing darkly, but before she could get the words out Emera steps inside the room and halts, staring at them.

"Why did you ask me to come?" Emera asked, pretending not to notice the blushing look on his daughter's face and Storm's closeness to her.

"We met the same dwarf we saw years ago today in the marketplace. She took us to her hiding place and then we talked," Storm began which grabbed the attention of Emera, leaving Kira's side he walked to the other end of the room and turned to stare at Emera. "We talked, a lot and she told us somethings."

"Things like?" Emera asked, the look that Storm had given him has proven that the dwarf woman had told Juno his secret, the secret he had told Storm.

"Like you are not my father and neither is my mother. She told me my mother gave me to you to look after." Kira replied. "Is it true? What the dwarf was saying is it true? You are not my real parents?"

Emera nodded his head sadly. "Yes it's true but that does stop us from loving you like our real child."

"Why didn't you tell me?"

"I wanted to tell you when you grew up but you were gone and only came back somehow. Everyday I wake hoping that you are not my imagination. I wanted everything to settle down between you and Storm before I tell you."

"Did you also know that Gwen is my twin sister?"

"Yes, I only got to know when she told me about her father; my good friend Eden, I was happy to see you both together."

"Was that the reason why you were asking me if Adaoh because you know she's my mother?"

"Yes, don't be angry at me Juno, I had to keep a promise, I did what was best for you."

Kira quickly went to hug him. "I understand father, I would have done too if reverse was the case," she said, kissing him briefly on his cheeks and then releasing her hold on him, putting a small space between them. "Just promise me you won't keep any more secrets from me."

"I promise." Emera promised.

"Now that we've cleared somethings, Eve also told us about a prince, Edgardo," Storm said which startled Emera a bit and didn't escaped Storm eyes. "By the way you reacted you must know who Edgardo is or you've met him before, who is he Uncle Emera?" he asked.

"And what did Eve tell you?" Emera asked instead of answering.

"How he burned down Ashland before his death and how my father rebuilt it and gave it the name it is bearing. Do you know this Edgardo? Who are his birth parents?"

"I don't know who Edgardo's parents are but he is dead and won't be troubling ever again. He is dead and gone, Storm , that's all that matters." Emera responded.

Storm continued to stare at him and after a few moments nod his head accepting Emera's explanation. But something in him was telling him that Emera wasn't entirely saying the truth about Edgardo. Is he protecting someone?

"Don't think or bring up that name again, Edgardo is dead and gone and we should think about our future and the matter at hand, not someone who is long dead and gone years ago," Emera said, breaking Storm out of his deep thoughts. "I am glad you met Eve and told you everything, were you able to ask about your mother, her whereabouts and if she is alive."

"Yes, I did but Eve told me she couldn't tell me the whereabouts of my mother but she is still alive." Storm answered. "I swear, whoever that is holding once I get my hands on him or her, it will be their end."

Emera heaved out a loud sign and went to sit down on his bed.

"You are tired?" it wasn't a question but Emera nodded his head anyway. "Have you eaten?" Once again he shook his head. "I will tell the servants to bring you your food. Don't worry uncle Emera," Storm said as he went to meet him and place a gentle hand on his left shoulder. "I will bring Gwen back." he added and left the room with Kira.

"I didn't want to bring him any bad memories when I asked him about my parents. I had forgotten that he has no child of his own," Kira said once they were in Storm's room.

"Don't think that way Juno, I can swear with my life that he is not thinking of that, I think his mind is in another place. I feel that he is hiding something from us about Edgardo."

"Why would you say so?"

"First when I made mention of Edgardo he looked scared which either means he knew Edgardo personally or he was just scared of him which I doubt. He is a skilled Warrior and a warlord, he shouldn't be scared. Something isn't right." Storm concluded.

"Maybe he is afraid of telling you the truth. Whoever the hell Edgardo is, I am just glad he is dead," Kira said with a shrug.

"There is only one person who could talk about Edgardo and tell us what we need to know."

"And who could that be?"

"Rose, she got married to my father right? So she must have been there when they were rebuilding the kingdom. She is the only one who could tell me everything I need to know," Storm said. "But before I ask her, you still haven't answered my question." he added and started walking closer to her.

"I was joking that night okay," Kira said moving backwards. "I didn't ever know you were actually paying attention to what I was saying that night." she added with a nervous smile.

"Oh I was pretending not to pay you attention so I pretended to get angry and left the room for you because staying one more minute with you might make me grab that offer." Storm said. "But the way you had said it that night made me believe you meant it."

"Why are you bringing it up today?" Kira asked once her back hit the back of the door that led to his bathroom.

"I was a bit jealous that you kept talking of an old man and rubbing it on my face at every slightest chance you got that you are his bride," Storm said with a grin. "But then seeing him today made me madly jealous. I am not like him, I don't have kingdoms to rule neither a dragon or undead armies. I only got me, myself and I and now have gotten you. So don't blame me. The first day I saw you I thought I had met an angel, you saved me and I couldn't get you out of my mind or thoughts and then things happened and I am sorry I didn't listen to you back then." he added and the pressed his body against hers, "You are beautiful Juno and I now see why Dean wants you but too bad you are here. I lost you once Juno and I will be an idiot to let you go. I'd rather die than let that happen. You've lived with Dean since your childhood and fate somehow brought us together again so, I can't let you go. Of course I will thank Dean thoroughly for taking care of you till now. He made you a warrior, a strong one and I love it and I am so sorry that I hurt you. I love everything about you and I know this might be the first time you are hearing this from me but I love, from the bottom of my heart."

Hearing Storm pouring out his mind to her made Kira start crying.

"Stop crying Juno, please, everything I said is true," Storm said, cleaning the drop of tears coming out from her eyes.

"I am not crying because of that Storm, I am only crying why I didn't think of this idea earlier, bringing Dean and having you confess your love for me. If I knew Dean's presence would make you talk like this, I would have made here his second home," Kira said with happiness. Happy that Storm loved her.

Storm smiled at that.

"I don't care if you don't have anything to your name as long as I am with you, I am a complete woman, Storm."

Overwhelmed with happiness, Storm kissed her
