152 Epilogue 3

❤️ Revelations (Part 3) ❤️

"This confirms everything then. We've to play our own game."

"If Edgardo is Fred, don't you think he would be listening to our conversation right now?" Kira said to them. "He will be watching us."

"No, he will be concentrating on the conversation he is having with Dean and not on us." Storm reply. "Just leave Fred to me."

"Will you kill him then once he revealed himself?" Phoenix asked.

"Nope, I won't. Don't worry, mother. It's me and Fred. Dean is not the issue here." Storm answered. "Kando, make sure when you are fighting look out for Uncle Emera here and Morgan and yourself too, I hope your brother can take care of himself also. Just be careful. Promise me you will do that for me?"

"I promise you Storm. I will watch them like my life depends on it." Kando promised. "If that will be all, I should start going."

"Knowing Fred, he's going to tell Dean about your visit here, so come up with a tangible lie." Storm told him.

"Noted." Kando nodded. "Another thing I just remembered, Dean has undead armies but why he isn't bringing them out right now is what I don't understand."

"This is all Edgardo's plans. He will use them but don't worry there are always solutions to any problem, right Rumi?" Storm asked and Rumi nodded with a smile playing on her lips.

"Please and please, do not let anyone know what we've discussed here even when they pretend to die, we must not show any sign of fakeness around here. Do you understand?"

They all nodded their heads.

Kando left not without kissing Gwen on her lips and then her stomach.

"I need to start going," Rumi said after Kando left. "Good luck to everyone and may we not lose anyone." She added and bid Emera goodbye then left the room and the palace.

After Storm and Emera visited Morgan, he went out of the Palace, giving his Ninjas brothers a sign to watch over the palace until he's back.

He walked towards the direction that leads to Emera house.

Emera House:

Opening the gate, Rumi stopped short when she saw the same woman who had spoken to Juno years ago in a strange language that she didn't quite understand.

"You? What are you doing here?" she demanded.

"Relax Rumi, I am here to see you. My name is Eve, I know Juno and Gwen hasn't told you about me but I served you father and I am here because I know you may need my help."

"How do I know you weren't sent by Dean or Edgardo? I am not buying this, you better leave right now before I do something to you. I need to think and I don't want you to be my distraction."

"She is telling the truth, Rumi. That's Eve." Storm said behind her as he stopped beside her. "Why are you here Eve you never leave your hideout."

"Well I am here to help. You will be needing all the help you can get."

"No doubt," Storm agreed and touched Rumi gently on her shoulder. "Tell me what else you saw in the cave? I know you didn't want to split it out back then."

"The child Kando spoke off, I saw her." Rumi told Storm. She had concentrated on Edgardo when he fought with Storm after Kira and Phoenix had left with Kando. It was at that moment she noticed the illusion and when she used her magic to look deeper, she saw the child, Reca's daughter. If it wasn't for the fight and Edgardo's attention was focused on Storm, she wouldn't have stood a chance to see this. "I think he will use the child to bring the undead armies Kando spoke off."

"I have an idea of how to stop them but I will be needing your magic Rumi." Eve chips in.

"Fine. I will be going to Kudarma soon. I will meet you there," Rumi said. "I need to get myself ready for everything that may happen."

Storm nodded his head. "See you soon then and please be careful." he told her and was gone.

"Changing your ways, I like that Rumi. I will see you in Kudarma. I will be waiting for you." Eve told her and waved at her disappearing out of sight.

Kudarma Kingdom:

And true to Eve's words she waited at the gate of the palace where Rumi was seen running towards her.

"What delayed you?"

"I need to pass those armies fighting, it wasn't easy." Rumi answered. Making herself go invisible and passing Cando and others was hard, she tried not to stop next to Cando and help him. "Plus taking Gwen to Edenis but I am here right. Hope I am not late."

"The girl is inside already," Eve said.

"Okay, so what are we going to do?"

"Give me one of your hands," Eve said and Rumi did as told. "Once she comes out, repeat whatever I said. You are your father's daughter and you are just like him so it will work. Focus on only her." she added and Rumi nodded her head.

Soon, Reca's daughter came out with the undead armies behind her. Immediately Eve started chanting and Rumi carefully repeated what the other woman had said. Just a word in a strange language and strangely enough, Rumi understood that word. 'Stop' was a strong word when said in that language.

Reca's daughter fell down to her knees and her eyes closed.

"Won't the Dragon attack us?" Rumi asked, preparing herself for any fight.

"No, they won't attack us except when the child commands them to."

Reca's daughter opened her eyes and looked around her. "Where is Uncle?"

"Your Uncle is not here, but he asked us to bring you to meet your grandmother." Eve answered her. "Your grandmother is in trouble so you are going to help her."

"How? I'm just a child."

"Those armies around you are under your command. You will use them to protect your grandmother." Eve explained as she closed the distance between her and the child.

"Really? They are under my command?" she asks, her eyes twinkling as she turns around to face them. "Sit."

They obeyed sitting on the ground and bodies of the dead armies, the dragons also landed on the ground too.

"Stand up." she ordered and they did. she started laughing.

"So you see, even the dragons are under your command."

"Let's go and save grandma right away."

"Not now my dear, we will go at night," Eve said. "Wherever you see your grandmother standing, make sure you command them to protect not only her but the people with her, okay?"

"Okay."

End of Flashback:

Rumi finished explaining.

"I couldn't believe the plan would work." Kira said. "Thanks for not disappointing me Rumi."

"I'm not like the old Rumi, you know. I keep to my words."

Kira smiled and surprisingly pulled Rumi for a hug.

"I forgive you Sis. I have also missed you."

"I missed you too Juno. I'm sorry I ruined everything."

"You did but in the end you made it all better."

"What about me, I also tried." Eve said coming out from the tree.

Both sisters turn to look at her.

"I'm also glad you help Eve." Kira said.

"Where is Gwen?" Kando asked.

"Resting and alive, I can take you to see her if you want." Eve answered.

"I still don't understand. Kando, does it mean that I wasted my tears for nothing and you didn't even bother to tell me?" Cando asked in anger.

"I promised Storm, I'm sorry for keeping it away from you brother. But it was hilarious to see you cry over her."

Cando glares at his brother and then Storm's out of the room in anger.

"Don't worry, I can calm him down." Rumi said running after Cando.

"Take me at once to Gwen." Kando told Eve who nodded her head and went back inside the tree, Kando and Phoenix with Emera followed her.

"Is that a magic tree?" Kira asked once she was alone with Storm.

"Yes, it takes you straight to the Garden of Edenis."

"How is it possible?" Kira asked.

"Magic." Storm answered. "Uncle Eden had once told how your father had used his magic to build the Garden of Edenis. They were good friends." he added. "Come let me show you how it looks like."

He grabbed Kira by her waist and together they entered the tree.

Stepping out from the other side, Kira's eyes widened as she took to her surroundings.

Everywhere was filled with rose flowers and she could see a house far bigger than Dean's Palace not too far from her.

"It was in a mess but Rumi cleaned it up."

Kira, still awestruck, could only nod her head.

"Eve and the rest of the Elves and Dwarfs will be living with us also if that's okay by you."

"Of course they can live here. Wow, this is like a world different." Kira said breathing in the fresh scent which emits from the flowers around.

"There is enough food here to last us and clothes too. And whenever we run out of food in the future, I, with Kando and Cando, can also go back to Ashland to bring more food. After all I have got to keep an eye on Morgan, Fred and the Kingdoms."

Kira smiled at that.

"Storm, it is over right?" she asks, suddenly staring at his two colored red eyes she is getting used to.

Resting his head on her forehead. "Yes it is finally over my love," he said. "I love you Juno and it won't change."

"I love you too, my Storm."

Kira smiled and they stayed like that, staring into each other's eyes with love.

Kando smiled widely when he saw Gwen who sat up straight on the bed when she saw him.

"You are here which means it's over?" Gwen said as she was given her baby to hold. "Thank you Phoenix. Where is Juno?"

"She is with Storm." Eve answered. "The two of you should come with me so that I can show you the room you will be staying in."

Phoenix and Emera left with Eve.

"Come sit here Kando," Gwen said pointing at the free space on the bed which he did. "I have missed you and I am glad to have you here with me. I am never letting you go."

"That's good because you are stuck with me till the end, Beautiful," Kando said. "Nothing can separate us again."

"I won't even allow anything to separate us. I was worried about you and not being by your side didn't go down with me but you are here now and I am glad."

"Me too Beautiful." Smiling at her as he leaned forward to kiss her forehead and his baby. "How are you feeling?"

"Better now that you are here with me."

Kando smiled more at that. "So tell me how did you pull off the trick?"

"Well, Rumi came and I don't know how she did it but she made a replica of me that was dear and took me with her." Gwen answered. "What about your brother, hope he is happy to see Rumi is alive."

Kando heaved out a sigh.

"She is talking to him. He is angry that I kept the plan from him."

"He will come around. He should understand that you can't break your promise you made."

"I hope so. Anyway I just want you to know that whatever the future holds, I want to be right here by your side. I love you with all my heart."

"I love you too, Kando. You are the only one who rules my heart."

They both smiled at themselves as Kando shifted until he was close enough for Gwen to rest her head on his chest.

Rumi rushed to block Cando part when she saw him heading towards the gate.

"Cando, please hear me out. I'm begging you."

That stopped Cando, crossing his arms across his chest.

Rumi was surprised when Cando stopped walking. she thought he would ignore her.

"I'm apologizing on the behalf of your brother and myself." She said, "He would have told you but we were all bound by the promise we made and besides we needed to make the crying scene real which you did very well."

"Is that all you want to say?" Cando asked and Rumi nodded her head. "I cried, you know. A lot. I thought why didn't the Creator give me a chance to show you the love I have for you. I wasn't myself after hearing of your death. I wish I hadn't spoken to you harshly on that day. I told my brother that after the war I will tell you my feelings but I didn't know you and him have other plans to toil with my emotions."

"I'm sorry Cando, it wasn't intentional. I love you, I wouldn't want to hurt you and besides," Rumi said grinning. "I'm not that easy to kill or get rid off."

Breathing slowly as his anger started fading away. "I love you too Rumi." he told her and Rumi opened her mouth in shock. "I'm telling you not because you told me you love me but because I realize I didn't tell you on time before your planned death so this is me saying my feelings to you. I love you Rumi with every fiber in me so please next time don't play such an expensive plan without involving or telling me."

"I love you too, Cando and I promise not to pull such without you knowing."

"So can I hug you? I have been meaning to tel-" he didn't get to complete his words when Rumi closed the space between them and hugged him. Cando wasted no time in wrapping his arms around her. "I know we didn't get to start on a smooth path but I want you to know that I want to live the rest of my life with you if you will allow me, please. I love you Rumi and this fake death of yours has shown me to value what I have while it's still here so I don't want to joke around my second chance with you. So please, I want us to be together, like a couple, forever. I will cherish you."

"Yes Cando." Rumi nodded her head with tears running down freely on her cheeks. "I love you too, so much. I'm happy I saw you that day. You opened my eyes Cando and for that I am grateful. I really love you."

"Thank you Rumi, you won't regret it." Cando said. "So tell me, how did you do it? The one we buried looks like you."

"Magic."

FLASHBACK:

No matter how fast Rumi is, Edgardo always finds a way to stop her sword from touching him.

It was as if he knew her next move before she initiated it.

"You are too slow and fighting you isn't worth it." Edgardo told her, catching her sword and then with a swift move, he was holding her neck. He twisted it hard and at the last minute threw her to one side and faced Storm.

Eve, who was hiding in the shadows, stopped Rumi's body from touching the wall.

"Thank you." Rumi said and was glad that Storm had Edgardo's attention. Eve nodded her head.

"Don't forget to meet here. I will be waiting for you." Eve told Rumi and disappeared.

Rumi disappeared also and reappeared back with Sarah.

"I am doing you a favor Sarah, this is to repay you back for all that you have done to me and my family." Rumi told Sarah whose magic was preventing her from screaming. "I will always remember you." she added and started whispering in a strange language and Sarah's face started resembling hers and her clothes changed to a replica of Rumi. And soon enough there were two Rumi.

Rumi moved forward and started whispering into Sarah's ear and hide in the shadow.

Rumi (Sarah) was seen picking up a sword and running towards Edgardo but he was fast and he turned to face her.

Her arm was stretched out with the sword but it didn't reach him. It was then she noticed she was feeling pain, and saw Edgardo holding a sword handle that was struck in her heart.

She gasped as the sword in her hand fell to the ground and she lost her balance.

"Rumi!" Storm yelled and ran to meet her, catching her before her body reached the ground. "Rumi, don't do this. Wake up."

Rumi (Sarah) tried to speak but couldn't, she could feel death coming and tried not to close her eyes but failed.

Storm smirked and then struck her with his metal which went into her body. He did it in a way that Edgardo didn't notice even when he smiled at Rumi's hiding spot.

Rumi disappeared and her next stop was in Storm's room.

"Please don't, please." Storm pleaded in tears and gave out a loud screech cry as Rumi (Sarah) closed her eyes in death, her body going limp and colder in his arms. He closed his eyes as he continued muttering 'No don't do this to me.' sobbing.

End of Flashback:

"Well I'm glad you are okay." Cando told her. "And that Sarah too is gone."

Rumi nodded her head. And Cando leaned forward and kissed her and would have deepened the kiss if not that Rumi let go.

"What?"

"My mother has come and just like you she didn't know." Rumi said. "By the way I enjoyed the kiss so get ready for me." No sooner had she spoken when Adaoh appeared at the gate.

"I knew I could still remember the road to here." She spoke to herself and wanted to carry on when she saw Cando and a smiling Rumi beside him. Cleaning her eyes, she blinked at who she was seeing. "Please don't tell me I am dreaming."

"No you are not, mother. I'm alive and so is Gwen." Rumi said letting go of Cando to move closer to her mother.

"Gwen is alive too?" Adaoh asked in shock. She hopes this is not a dream.

"Yes mother." Rumi said, touching her and cleaning her tears away.

"How? We buried you and Gwen."

Rumi explained to Adaoh how it all happened.

"I'm glad you are alive." Adaoh cried out more after Rumi's explanation. "I thought I had lost you both forever but I am happy you are both alive.' she added, hugging her daughter. "Where is Gwen, I want to see her."

"Come with me, and the eight of you too." Rumi said holding Cando by the hand, she led them back to the tree.

The eight Ninja's slowly came out of the shadows and followed Rumi. Once they all entered the tree, it slowly disappeared along with the house and compound.

It became an empty land.

What is life? Life is nothing but a game of time and destiny. What happens in a game? One wins, one loses. The one who loses it's his destiny, and the one who wins it's his luck.
