❤️ My Hostage (Part 13) ❤️
Storm's Room:
"Are you still hurt that she didn't remember you?" Gwen asked, trying to hold herself from laughing out at the face Storm was making, her eyes never leaving Storm's pacing form. From Emera room they had gone to inform the palace cook of a famished Emera waiting for their food and then send a guard to Emera house to inform Rumi about the awaken of Emera.
Back in his room, Storm couldn't sit or stay in one place, he was moving around the room for more than ten minutes until Gwen decided to break the silence in the room.
"What?" the words of Gwen stopped him as he stared at her in confusion. "Why would you think so?" he asked.
"Because you have been pacing around this room for the past ten minutes," Gwen answered from where she sat down on the floor.
"Really?" he asked as he went to sit down on his bed. "I didn't notice."
"Why would you when you are thinking of Juno."
"I wasn't thinking of her." Storm lied. He had expected Juno to remember and was shocked when she said she didn't. Like she didn't. Why did she remember her father and not him? He'd wished at that moment in the cell that it was he she remembered and not her father, it could have been better, right?
"Why are you lying? Your facial reaction gave you away."
"No I am not lying."
"Stop lying, it doesn't suit you at all, Storm. I know you are hurt that she didn't remember the way she remembered her father, don't worry with time, her head will clear and she will remember you." Gwen throws a supporting hand on his shoulder.
"I hope so, Gwen," Storm finally agreed.
"So will you fulfill the promise you made to Emera about releasing his daughter and Kando from their cells."
"Yes, I have no option. I gave Uncle Emera my word, my hands are tied here."
"I see, I thought you just agreed to let him stop talking back then."
"....." whatever Storm wanted to say was interrupted by a knock on his door.
"Let me go and see who it is," Gwen said, getting up on her feet and going to open the door. Her eyes met with the chest of Morgan before she tilted her head upwards to stare at his eyes and also glare at him. "Yes? Why are you here?"
"Isn't that obvious Gwen?" Morgan responded with his own question.
"No it's not obvious Morgan so I am asking you again, why are you here?" Gwen repeated her question again.
"If he is not saying anything meaningful to him then please do me the favor by slamming that door right onto his face." Storm throws in still angry at Morgan for trying to fight Juno. Didn't they know yet that he was the only one who would fight her himself, no one else is permitted.
"Are you telling me or I am doing what Storm suggested," Gwen said crossing her arms across her chest, her glare getting heated as the silence stretches.
"I am so sorry for the way I acted earlier on Gwen."
"Are you apologizing for the insult your mother gave to me or the one you did, tell me because I started having hearing problems ten seconds ago."
"I said I am sorry Gwen and that is the only thing you are getting out of me," Morgan said and looked uncomfortable as he squirmed under Gwen glare which seems to have multiple if that is possible. "For both insults, I am sorry." he quickly threw in.
Huffing out in annoyance. "Okay, I forgive you." she said with a shrug as her anger towards him fade away. For him coming here to apologize to her he must have feel really sorry and love for her. She felt like jumping up and down in happiness. Her love apologized to her.
"Thank you Gwen," Morgan said with a sigh of relief and with a smile and then he glanced behind Gwen, "Can we go to my room where we can discuss privately?" he asked.
"She is not going anywhere close to your ro-" Storm begins to say but Gwen cuts him.
"Sure Morgan," she said and she threw a smile at Storm's direction. "Try not to burn down the room." she added and left the room with Morgan.
"As.sh.ole, you will start whining to me of how he had insulted you again," Storm said in his now empty room. "Whatever, it's none of my business anyway."

Emera House:
Hearing the sound of galloping hooves heading straight to Emera house made Rumi turn to look at Sarah.
"Stay here and don't make any noise, maybe it's Storm or a messenger from the Palace," she said to Sarah who nodded her head.
"I wasn't going to make a noise before."
She came out of the house and stood in the corridor waiting for the arrival of their guest. She didn't have to wait for long. The horse entered inside the compound and it's rider stopped the horse when he saw her. He quickly came down from the horse and bowed his head, one of his knees touching the ground.
"Yes, to what do I owe this visit?" Rumi asked.
"Greetings to you, my lady, Emperor Storm sent me here to deliver a message," the guard said as he straightened up.
Feeling elated and smiling to no one in particular Rumi asked. "And what is Storm's message to me, did he give you a letter to give to me?"
"No my Lady, he told me to tell you that your father is now awake and you should come to the palace as soon as possible. He also said your father was asking of your whereabouts."
Feeling pain in her heart, her smile dropped. "Oh, I see. Tell Storm that I will come to see my father but that will be tomorrow," Rumi said, forcing the words out of her mouth.
"I will do that," the guard said, climbing his horse, turning the horse around and riding out of the compound.
"Poor you, you got your hope crushed," Sarah said behind her, almost startling her.
"I am angry at myself for failing and I also blame that girl for intervening if not by now I would have had Storm wrapped around my finger," Rumi said in an angry voice. If it wasn't for that bitch, well Storm would have been all hers even if it is just for one day.
"But that won't stop you from seeing your father."
"Yeah, I will be needing more of that love portion tomorrow."
"Rumi you shouldn't do that, what if you bring your food and Storm feeds it to your father?" Sarah asked. "He will fall in love with you instead of Storm."
"He still thinks he is my step father." Rumi groaned out the words.
"Well at least he took care of you until you started your own mess."
Rumi nodded her head. "You are right Sarah." she said and turned around, entering the house. "I need to represent well like a good daughter when I face him tomorrow." She added.

Morgan's Room:
"Now that we are here can you now tell me why you asked me to come with you?" Gwen demanded once they were in the comfort zone of his room.
"Well," he said with a raised brow which made his handsome features alluring to Gwen. "We were Interrupted before I kissed you, I want us to finish what we started. I want to kiss you." he added saying the last part in a low voice as he closed the distance between them and pulled Gwen towards him.
Time stopped when his lips met hers, but the flutter only intensified. Gwen's heart pounded in her chest as her knees got weaker. She could only focus on how soft he felt against her mouth, how addictively he invaded all her senses. Then suddenly she couldn't feel him anymore and it prompted her to open her eyes she didn't even know when she closed them and saw Morgan staring at her. Heat rose from Gwen's stomach to her chest. Morgan's lips were getting closer and her heart decided to skip a beat, the smell of him hypnotic beyond reason. She parted her lips and felt him washing over like a wave of warmth, curling her toes, unfurling all her senses as the taste of him nearly silenced all thoughts.
Her whole body tingled, the feel of his frame leaning on hers as his arms wrapped around her felt nearly forbidden. He pulled her hard against his chest, claiming her mouth again, hungry and intense, until her knees gave in. By the time Gwen became aware of her fingers, they were caressing his hair and it felt soft in her hands. And then Morgan carried her to his bed, still kissing her, as he settled himself between Gwen's open legs.
When one of his hands slowly made their way to grab her breasts and the other one trailing her thighs moving upwards, Gwen gently pushed him away from her and she sat upright on the bed.
"We should stop."
"Why?"
"Nothing, I am not ready for that yet." Gwen responded, getting up from the bed as Morgan tried to touch her again. "The kiss was okay, we can still do that, maybe some other time." she added as she faced him.
"Okay, no problem As my lady commands," Morgan said. "Are you hungry?" He ask changing the topic.
"Not really, but I carve for apples," Gwen said . "I want to eat apples."
"That can be easily arranged my Lady," Morgan said with a smile which Gwen equally returned with her own smile.

Emera's Room:
Emera ate to his satisfaction and slept off immediately. A happy smile was seen on his face.

Kudarma Kingdom: Palace:
Dean was restless as he was seen staring off space. The few days that have gone by he still hasn't heard a word from Kando and Kira. He doesn't know if they have failed or not and he does care, he wants them back especially his Kira. Somehow, he couldn't bring himself to go to Ashland and check things himself. He trusts Kando and knows that no matter the circumstances Kando will never let him down. He could lay down his life for Kira and would do anything to bring her home safely.
Leaving his room he walked until he saw himself standing in front of Adaoh who was doing nothing and watching him.
"Did you see any danger?" he asked when Adaoh gave him the face of 'what are you doing here'
"They are not in danger, that is all I could say Dean," Adaoh said with a shrug.
"But I am bothered, Adaoh, by now they should have come with good news."
"I don't know what is delaying then," Adaoh said even though she might have an idea. She remembered telling Kira before she left that she wouldn't be returning and even if she did return, she would come with him to save her from Dean. "By the way did you see Sarah, she came by?"
"What Sarah?"
"Sarah, my friend, the one you know," she gestured to the invisible chain around her throat and the room she was in. "The one who did this to me, or have you forgotten about your precious friend?"
"No," Dean said and then what Adaoh said drew in him and his eyes went wide like sauce. "What do you mean by 'if Sarah came to see me' was she really here?"
"Yes."
"I don't believe that. You and I know it's been long we saw Sarah and now you want to tell me that she suddenly appeared out of nowhere and the first person she wanted to see was you and not me?" Dean said not believing Adaoh. The witch must be lying.
"I don't care if you believe me or not Dean, Sarah was here."
"And why did she come here to see you, only you?"
"To mock me Dean, what else if not that?" she said with a shrug.
Dean left Adaoh prison and went to look for Cando. He was going to send Cando to Ashland to spy on his brother and woman and offer them his help if they were needed. Somehow he found himself back in his room, suddenly tried, and fell down on his room floor, sleeping before the loud thud was heard.
The mysterious unknown dark man appeared next to Dean's fallen body.
