Beta and Omega

Luigi's POV

I immediately dashed towards the crowd. When I got there, some wolves are running towards the towering gate of our castle. The enemies were not still inside our territory. I eyed at my brother Xylo, he already removed his coat and fold his longsleeves up to his elbow. My mother is out of sight, she is probably inside the castle. She's not fighting anymore, we can protect her on our own. My mother does not necessarily need to fight with other wolves, but her strength remains the same. She can beat anyone she fought.

Our Luna is already on her stance and is ready to fight. She looks pissed and angry, though. Probably frustrated that her night turned to be a battle night for our pack.

I headed outside, our guards and even other wolves are already fighting with the invaders coming from the west. I could see some dead body of wolves in the ground, blood is also starting to pour everywhere.

"What is the status?" I asked our men standing in the tower of our castle.

"Thirty-two invaders have already arrived, more of them are still heading towards our territory." He firmly said.

I nodded, "prepare other leaders to protect the Luna, she might be the target of this attack." I said as I instantly jumped out of the tower and headed to the direction where wolves are trying to attack one of our men.

I removed my coat and loosen up some buttons as I walked towards the other invaders. Some of them have guns with their hands. I can smell by the powder that some of them has strong explosives. I instantly threw a punch in the wolf approaching one of our men that is currently battling with other invaders.

The wolf immediately attacked me after I threw that punch and I was able to dodge it easily. I immediately cut his throat and moved to another wolf that was holding a gun with tranquilizer. Without a doubt, I twisted his neck that made him died instantly. Others kept on approaching me and I was able to dodge them easily.

I hissed angrily when someone shot my arm. I quickly dashed towards that bastard and immediately ended his life by crushing his skull. I was too angry for that moment that I brutally killed him. It was out of the equation, but I suddenly felt the urge to do so.

My rush went even more higher when I saw lots of wolves running towards my sister and attacking her. I run towards her direction and helped her fighting the bastard wolves.

"You're treating me like a kid," she said as he uses her knife to combat those wolves coming over her. Some parts of her dress is already torn, exposing some of her skin which made me even furious. I kicked forcefully the man that was about to hit my sister.

"We can handle it alone, Gracia." I said angrily, frustrated that she did went outside and is battling with these greedy wolves.

"Go back at the castle, protect mother." I ordered her but she just ignored it like she was not able to hear my orders.

The wolves kept attacking us and the numbers of them approaching our position is increasing. Some of our men are not able to protect themselves because of the increasing numbers of invaders. I could see some swordsmen also defending our territory from attack, some of them are also wounded because of the guns that are being utilized by the enemy. Blood is almost covering the ground before our towering gate.

"Gracia!" I shouted when I heard a sound of the gun pointed directly towards her. She was alerted by my call and was able to dodge the bullet.

"Bastard!" I shouted as I dashed towards him. I snatched his gun and pointed at his own head. He just laughed devilishly at that situation that made my blood boil. I immediately shot the trigger out of anger.

My anger snapped when one of the enemy behind my back fall out of balance when an arrow pierced in his right leg. My body moved immediately to twist his head. When I looked at the direction where the arrow comes from, I saw Clary in her white dress holding her bow at the top of the castle tower.

I chuckled she looks incredibly hot with her serious expression.

Clary's POV

I was contemplating whether I will stay here behind the castle or I should go help our pack. I could here from the back some scream, gunshots, and the noise coming from other weapons. For that specific reason, I decided to go in the crowd and did try to help. My bow and arrows are stored in the car that we rode as we went here in the castle. I retrieved first my weapon before deciding to go to the place where I can see all the enemies and shot them with my arrow.

The place where the crowd was once situated, retained only few wolves. Most of them probably escape when the commotion began. Luckily, there are still no enemies that were able to pass the gate of leaders. When I reached the tower where I can see all the enemies, I found most of the leaders fighting for their territory. I immediately shot the wolf that was approaching towards Luigi.

My gaze shifted at the position where Alpha is fighting, as compared with the wolves rushing towards the direction of Beta and Omega, the enemies facing by alpha looks more stronger and even greater in number. It looks like he can handle it alone, though. I bit my lip and focused on aiming for the other wolves that are running towards him. I aimed for their chest, probably because of the adrenaline rushing all over my body, I am able to land the arrow on the spot where I am aiming at.

Alpha, probably noticed that his opponents are falling out of their feet, he looked at my direction with irritation in his eyes.
