"I want to get a birth control injection."
"No." The doctor answered rudely.
Well that was just disrespectful. What did I do to deserve this kind of treatment?
She was puzzled why the Doctor practically drove her out from his office. Although this hospital is not as good as the other, it is still a big hospital. How can there be no contraceptive injections?
Seeing the nurse passing by, she hurriedly asked, "Do you have a birth control injection in this hospital?"
"Yes, we do." She also asked three other Nurses and they all said yes.
Veronica Parker asked three nurses in a row and all said yes.
She sensed that even if she goes to another hospital now, the answer will be the same. She has a strong feeling that Nick Cage has something to do with it.
She changed his plan and went to the drugstore instead. As soon as I entered the drugstore, she heard the pharmacist asked, "Do you have an ID card?"
"Do you need an ID card for contraceptive?" The lady was surprised.
"Yes, I heard that it is a new policy issued by city, in order to have Eugenics!" Others believe it but she is not convinced at all.
My phone rang as soon as I walked out from the drugstore. I took it out and saw that it was Nick Cage. She recognized her unregistered number because he calls often that she subconsciously remembers it.
"What's the matter? It hasn't been two hours yet. " She said right after she answered his call.
"You don't have to run around. No one in the city will dare give you an injection or medicine without my permission." Nick Cage said angrily.
She was no longer surprised. She expected that he was behind it. "Who told you that I needed an injection and medicine?"
"That is not important. Just come home." he replied.
"Fine!" She hung up the phone. Living under the power of Nick Cage is suffocating!
She stood at the door of the drugstore with her hands on her waist and a look of anger on her face. She blew her hair back from his forehead.
She didn't expect that not only did talked to Tracy Dora but he even talked to the whole city!
She arrived at the Winter Hall in less than half an hour. She got out of the car and looked up. She saw a shadow leaning against the guardrail. He was holding a cup of coffee and he was looking down at her.
With an indifferent look, he didn't seem surprised by her appearance. She gritted her teeth and felt pain in her stomach. She went into the hall with her head down.
If she hadn't been worried that she wouldn't be able to see the six little ones, she wouldn't have come back here!
She went in and asked Bob, "Where are the six little ones?"
"They've already taken a nap!" Bob said.
Josh is sick so he doesn't go to school. He doesn't socialize with other people and he always cries for Peter so she used to keep them together all the time.
If she had known that the six little ones were resting, she would have stayed out longer. She gritted her teeth and entered the elevator to go straight to the upper balcony.
Stretching his head to look in at the entrance, the long shadow is frightening.
She gulped and bravely walked up to Nick Cage. "Coffee?" He asked leisurely.
She was speechless. Am I still in the mood for coffee? Am I sure I will not be adding fuel to the fire?!
She eased her anger and asked, "I'm curious. How did you know I was going to get an injection and take medicine?" He already knows so there's no point in hiding it.
She thought of several possibilities but she thought it was impossible.
"Secretary Tours can use technology to access traffic surveillance."
