Chapter 888 The Connection Between Chloe Bowen and Eden Cage

After about two hours, Veronica Parker still hasn't moved.

She thought, 'Am I still sick? Why do I feel so powerless?'

'Is it because Chloe Bowen hasn't had bad luck yet?'

She knew that by saying that John Cage was Eden Cage's son, Eden would definitely go to Chloe with his impulsive temper. She knew that Eden would keep on pestering Chloe about it.

She also knew that Chloe would want to hide the dirty things she had done. Veronica couldn't help but thought that Chloe could have been very scared when Eden finally pestered her with the truth.

Meanwhile, back at Kevin Cage's house, the family of three was eating at the dinner table.

John suddenly said, "Mom, Eden had asked me to call him Daddy."

The moment she heard this, Chloe was utterly shocked. She was scared to death.

While the others didn't know the real situation, she knew about it very well.

She couldn't believe that Eden went to see John.

Kevin wondered, "When did this happen?"

John replied to him, "At school!"

When Chloe saw that Kevin looked unhappy and suspicious, she chimed in and gently said, "It's not his fault. Toby Cage, his son, had just died. He must be very sad. I'm afraid he's going crazy!"

And Kevin immediately understood.

Kevin was thinking that the trauma of losing a son was more serious than what his problem was. After all, the dead couldn't be brought back to life.

John very naughtily said, "I'm not going to call him Daddy!"

Chloe smiled and told her son, "Good boy! Of course, you should not. He is your uncle."

The next day Chloe rushed to Eden's house. Before he got up, Chloe went straight to his room.

Eden was still asleep when she went in.

Chloe picked up the cup with water next to her and threw it at Eden's face.

At the impact, Eden Cage jumped up and shockingly said, "Oh, what's going on?" Then he froze when he saw Chloe. He asked her, "What are you doing here?"

Chloe screamed out of control in front of him, "Did you go to school and talked to John? And you told him to call you dad? You're sick, aren't you?"

Eden immediately understood why Eden came to him. He didn't deny it and told her, "I'm not wrong!"

"Why are you so impatient? It's only been a day, and that's what you do? What great things do you expect you to do?"

"I was thinking about my son! Just go and have a look," Eden said as he got out of bed and stepped forward to hug Chloe.

But Chloe stepped back and asked, "What are you doing?"

"We have a son, and you won't let me touch him?"

Chloe's face was livid when she replied, "So, you're threatening me now, aren't you?"

"How do you call that a threat? We are the real couple! What's so good about my brother? He's not interesting at all! Anyway, we're going to be together sooner or later, with our son, John. Isn't that right? "

Chloe looked at his face and saw that it had become more disgusting.

So, she quickly turned around to go.

But she was stopped by Eden and he closed the door.

"What are you doing?"

"You've brought it to yourself. What can't be justified if I don't do something?" And with that, Eden hugged Chloe.

"You bastard!"

"If you dare to resist, I will tell my brother about us now!"

At that point, Chloe thought that if she resisted and Eden did what he threatened to do, then she would have let Eden succeed.

After making Eden satisfied, Chloe quickly left the villa.

She was afraid that if she took one more step, she would kill him with a fruit knife.

After going back, Chloe took a bath as soon as possible for fear that Eden left any clues and Kevin would find out.

However, Kevin didn't come back until the evening.
