Chapter 94 Let Her Starve
Chapter 94 Let Her Starve
Of course, the bodyguard did not listen to her.
"Let me out!" Veronica Parker tried to force her way out.
But how could she compete with two well-trained bodyguards?
" I want to see Nick Page!"
Veronica Parker was so angry that she lost her mind.
Bob put down her breakfast and walked over calmly. "Miss Parker."
Veronica Parker seemed to remember that there was another housekeeper, so she went to the housekeeper and asked, "Will you let me out?" Even if you don't, just let me talk to Nick Cage? How could he lock me up like this? I'm not his pet! "
Bob was neither unmoved by her pleas. "Sorry, Miss Parker, Mr. Cage's instruction is that I can't let you out."
"No? Then how long will he lock me up?"
Veronica Parker asked.
"I don't know," Bob said. "I'm just here to bring Ms. Parker's breakfast. Go and eat it."
When Veronica Parker saw the breakfast on the table, it was freshly cooked. She was so angry that she went over and turned it over. "If you don't let me out, I might as well starve to death!"
Bob glanced at her and left without saying anything.
Then the bodyguard closed the door.
"Don't close the door!" Veronica Parker ran over hurriedly.
But before it was too late, the door closed in front of her.
"Open the door!" Veronica Parker slammed the door.
The men outside the door were indifferent to her requests.
She knew that without Nick Cage's permission, even if she slapped her hand at the door, they would not open it.
Veronica Parker went to the sofa. She looked at the mess on the ground and kicked angrily.
She would not eat; see if Nick Cage let her out!
So she didn't eat in the morning, didn't eat the food she was sent at noon, and didn't even move the food when it was sent to her in the evening.
Nick Cage went back to Winter Villa, and asked the housekeeper, "Did she eat?"
"She hasn't eaten all day."
Nick Cage sneered, "She wants to fight me? Fine. Starting from tomorrow, you don't have to bring her food. "
"Yes."
Veronica Parker had been locked up for a day. If she did not eat or drink, she would be very hungry.
But she fought to live in order to fight Nick Cage.
She hadn't been back all day. Would little ones cry if they could not see her? Her heart ached with just the thought of them, so it was all the more necessary to get out of here as soon as possible!
As instructed, she was not given food the next day. She was puzzled. Did this mean that will not really give her anything to eat at all?
There was no food in the morning, no food at noon, and the door was closed without a trace of movement.
Would Nick Cage really starve her to death, so she would not fight him?
She refused to believe that. If Nick Cage starved her to death, then how could he torture her? He would have no one to vent his hatred too?
But what couldn't a ruthless person like Nick Cage do?
Veronica Parker began to panic.
Nick Cage had nothing to lose if she died, but what about the six little ones in the family?
Veronica Parker went to the door and slammed it. "Hello?"
No one answered her although she knew there was a bodyguard outside.
"What did Nick Cage mean? Does he want to starve me to death? Why is no one bringing me a meal? " Veronica Parker asked.
Still, no one answered her.
Veronica Parker slid down feebly against the wall and sat on the ground.
She rested her head on her knees and her eyes were weak.
If she did not eat anything for two days, she would not last long.
She could not compete with Nick Cage. How could she think she had the ability to fight this powerful person?
There was a difference in personality between the two of them, a contrast between their strengths and power. Wasn't she digging her own grave?
No one brought her dinner until 8 o'clock in the evening.
Bob knocked on the study door. When he, got an answer, he pushed the door and let himself in.
The atmosphere inside was serious and bleak, and the man seated behind the desk was strong and powerful.
