Chapter 20 The Regrets

D's PoV

I'm feeling like I'm inside the juice extracting machine. God! It’s like Dakshu is sleeping on me. All my body hurts like hell and I cannot even open my eyes.

"Dakshu buffalo! Move aside, de. I can’t even breathe. Pch! Donkey, take your bloody leg off from my stomach before I kick you out of the bed".

My voice sounds like a croaking frog! This happens only when I catch a cold or fever. I should tell dad that we are grown enough to have our own rooms. This girl is very disturbing. I'm done sharing the bed with her. She just loosened the grip, but didn’t take her legs off of me. How dare she? I'm so going to kick her ass out of the bed. I started wiggling to get my legs to kick her out.

"Shhhhh! It's ok baby! Go back to sleep!"

I'm wide awake now. What! I'm sleeping on the same bed with my hubby!??? What should I do now? There is no way I can push him aside. He is so big and strong. I slowly opened my eyes to see where I am?!!

OMG I'm lying on my side facing him. My face under his neck. His chin on my head. He is literally hugging me with his strong arms around my waist. Is he awake? How the hell am I supposed to know? Did he just call me baby?!?!?!?!?! What? Is he sleep-talking? There is no movement from him. I slowly backed off and tilted my head up to see if he was sleeping.

Ufff! He is sleeping. He should be sleep-talking. Okay! What should I do now?

He is your husband D! You can sleep hugging him. Just go back to sleep like he said.

You know what? you are right. I can hug him.

WAIT A MINUTE! I remember everything. Every damn thing he said. How the hell did I end up sleeping with him?

Wait! What time is it now? I turned my head to the side table where the digital clock smiled at me saying it's 3.30am! I came into this room at 8 o'clock last night. It would hardly be a 15 minutes talk between us before he kissed me. No, he bit me.

GOD, HE BIT ME LIKE A VAMPIRE! I'm now feeling the burning pain on my lips. My fingers brushed my lips and I could feel it swollen as hell! How dare he accuse me with such accusations? How can he think of me so lowly? And how can he take out his anger on me like that?

He...he kissed me Mindy. No! It’s not a kiss. He tried to kill me. It's an attempt to murder. I don’t mind him biting my lips. That was hot and sexy and all. He looked damn hot when he was angry. I kinda like that forced kiss. But he choked me, Mindy. He didn’t let me breathe. I hit him hard, but he didn’t nudge even a little.

God D! You are not angry at your hubby for treating you like shit. But you are accusing him on trying to murder you? As I always say, You are incredible.

Shut up! I saw all black spots appearing before my eyes and for a minute I thought this is how real hell will look like. All dark.

Are you even my mind!? You talk like you have loads of shit in your head. Now stop that annoying laughter of yours. I think that I must have fainted.

Awwww! Then your hubby must have picked you up and laid you on his bed D.

Pch! There is nothing to Awww my husband. He should have taken me to bed because I would have not fainted if he didn’t bite me that hard in the first place.

OMG Stop saying that he bit you, D. It sounds weird.

But he did that. Didn’t he? Now stop talking about what's done. I feel all tired and painful. I'm hungry. My stomach is growling. My head feels like it will explode any minute now. I need to eat. How am I supposed to get up if he is holding me like this?

Just wake up your hubby and tell him you are hungry. He may leave you or in the best case, he might even feed you with food.

You can wish to see the stars, Mindy! You cannot wish to catch a star for yourself. Now stop making scenes of him feeding me in my mind and start giving me some useful ideas. If you can’t be useful then stop being annoying.

Huh get lost stupid! I do regret my decision to talk to him yesterday! But this stupid Mindy didn’t read between the lines. Do you all remember when he got all violent and kissed me?

That's right! When I said I was about to be engaged to someone else. He got all possessive on me and kissed me like hell to show me to whom I belong to. But he doesn't know that I am his, even before that.
