Chapter 15 Are You So Reluctant To See Me?
Aurora's palm was covered with white liquid, and the roots of her ears were red.
She tried her best to ignore the comfortable breathing of the man beside her, ran out of bed quickly, and rushed into the bathroom without stopping.
Warm water came out of the faucet. After making sure to rinse her hands, Aurora washed her face and felt calmer.
When she woke up early this morning, Silas asked her to handle his physical reaction with her hands. It was always difficult for her to refuse his requests.
But it was too long, she worked so hard to get the man to ejaculate. Silas was still chuckling beside her, and he seemed to enjoy seeing her shy.
For the past month, because of work, he was indeed abstinent.
Aurora was still thinking about Silas, when suddenly the man's chuckle came from behind.
Before Aurora could turn around, Silas held her in his arms.
In the mirror on the sink, Aurora could see Silas kiss her on the forehead, cheek, and finally deliberately create a very conspicuous hickey on her neck.
"Silas!" Aurora pinched him helplessly.
The only thing the man responded to her was a burst of pleasant laughter.
Aurora put a scarf around her neck before going downstairs. It wasn't good for her daughter to see hickeys, and she had to take Ulani to school later.
Silas went out later today than a few days ago, and Ulani still had time to say "Good morning, Daddy."
Aurora originally planned to go straight home after leaving Ulani's school. Unexpectedly, just a few steps out of the school gate, she saw Gregory, whom she hadn't seen for a while.
Seeing that Aurora wasn't even ready to greet him, Gregory hurriedly walked towards her: "Aura, wait for me."
Aurora's path was blocked.
she felt overwhelmed: "Mr Gregory, please get out of the way."
"Aura, are you so reluctant to see me?" Gregory said bitterly.
Before Aurora could answer, he continued: "Please don't rush me away, I found some clues about your biological parents. Aura, don't you want to know?"
Aurora stopped as she was about to leave.
Aurora didn't think it was necessary to find a special place to sit and talk, and because of the strong wind, the two ended up in the car.
Aurora sat in the passenger seat with a calm tone: "What kind of people are they?"
She was an orphan since she was a child, and she really didn't expect much from her so-called biological parents, after all, they had never been involved in her life.
If Gregory hadn't mentioned them, she might never have wondered who her biological parents were.
Gregory organized the language: "About ten days ago, I met a partner for a cooperation, and his name is Felix Edwards. That was actually the sixth time Felix and I met, and we were familiar with each other. Coincidentally, His grandmother came looking for him when he dropped me off that day. I was surprised the first time I saw Felix's grandmother because you look a lot like her."
"Even though you look alike, I thought it was just a coincidence until a week ago, when Felix invited me to dinner at his house. On his photo wall, I saw many pictures of his family, and I saw another woman who looked like you. Felix told me the person was his aunt Angelina Amas, his mother's sister. Then I looked at a picture of Felix's uncle, Mr. Armas. He doesn't look like you, but I learned that Mr. Armas is Ms. Armas's second husband."
"A crazy idea popped into my head at the time, and I was wondering if there would be any connection between you and Felix's family."
Gregory said: "I then had a private investigation and it did find that Ms Armas and her first husband had lost a daughter, but for some reason they thought the child was dead."
"I'm that kid?" Aurora asked.
"Based on the clues I've found, it's very likely." Gregory replied.
"I can help you if you want to confirm." Gregory continued.
"Thank you for telling me this, but I want to think about it first. Since this matter has not been confirmed, I think it's better not to let others know, what do you think?" Aurora had a hard time describing her mood at the moment.
It was like a pebble was thrown into a calm lake, causing ripples, and she couldn't predict whether these ripples were good or bad.
"I'll keep it a secret for you," Gregory promised.
"Anyway, thank you again, if there is nothing else, I want to leave." Aurora said and wanted to leave.
Gregory had already locked the door first.
Gregory leaned over and fastened Aurora's seat belt: "Aura, do you have to be so alienated from me?"
When Gregory tilted his head, he vaguely saw the hickey on Aurora's neck. He couldn't help but stretch out his hand, wanting to touch her neck, but stopped a second before it was about to touch her.
Gregory put his hand on the seat behind Aurora, and his eyes looked directly into Aurora's blue eyes: "Aura, give me a chance and let me take you home."
Aurora wanted to say no, but Gregory clearly didn't give her a chance to refuse.
After sending Aurora outside the villa, Gregory suddenly grabbed her left hand and stroked the ring on her ring finger: "This ring doesn't fit you."
Aurora frowned. "Come on, Gregory. You can have a whole new life."
"A new life without you?" Gregory shook his head slightly, "Actually, I tried it, and I forced myself to bless you and fulfill you. But no matter how hard I tried, I couldn't do it."
"I'm still too selfish. I really want you to be happy, but I expect your happiness to be related to me." Gregory said, "I can't give up on you, so please don't convince me."
Before Aurora could speak, Gregory smiled slightly: "I know my heart very well, and my heart clearly tells me that I love you. It's love, not unwillingness, not delusion, not any other emotion. Aura, you have no obligation to return my love, but you also have no right to stop my heart from beating for you, do you?"
Aurora finally said nothing, got out of the car and left.
Unbeknownst to them, someone took pictures of them in the car and sent them to Silas.
