2. CNC processing: 3-7 days.

This is the key link in mold processing. CNC machine tools are used to accurately process various parts of the mold, including milling, drilling, tapping, etc.

The processing time depends on the complexity and precision requirements of the mold. Simple mobile phone molds may be CNC processed in 3-4 days, and complex ones may take 5-7 days or even longer.

3. Special processing such as EDM: 1-3 days.

For some molds with special structures or shapes, special processing techniques such as EDM may be required to meet the design requirements. The time of this process depends on the difficulty and workload of the processing, and generally takes 1-3 days.

Third, assembly and debugging stage:

1. Mold assembly: 1-2 days.

Assemble the processed parts, including installing the mold core, slide, inclined top, etc., and perform preliminary debugging to ensure that the various parts of the mold can work normally.

2. Mold trial and adjustment: 2-5 days.

After the assembly is completed, the mold is tested to check whether the molding effect, dimensional accuracy, etc. of the mold meet the requirements.

If problems are found during the mold trial, the mold needs to be adjusted and modified. This process may need to be repeated until the mold achieves a satisfactory effect, which generally takes 2-5 days.

Because some links can be done at the same time, it takes 2 to 3 weeks to do it in the most efficient way.
