###Chapter 146 Has A Memory After All
###Chapter 146 Has A Memory After All
Before she could even make a reaction, the flower had been robbed by Jordan. "Mr. Weld is really in full bloom, but Ivelle has never liked flowers very much. Liam, please pay attention to what she really likes!"
'Heh! I have never seen such a brazen person!' Ivelle laughed in her thoughts when she saw Jordan reacted like a kid who was jealous of another baby.
Liam looked at her and frowned. "You don't like flowers?" When did it happen?"
Ivelle curled her lips and thought that these two men were so bored.
When he saw that Ivelle did not speak nor responded, Liam, squinted his eyes and said to Jordan. "I remember that Ivelle used to like flowers very much. How come she didn't like flowers after being with you? Flowers are a form of love. Is it difficult for Boss Astley to do it and never send flowers to Ivelle? If that's so, I think Ivelle doesn't like them either."
'Is this a joke to say that Jordan doesn't like me? Oh, boy!'
Jordan held the flowers in his hand and raised his eyebrows to look at Ivelle. "Do you like it?"
'These two men are playing mind games and I'm trying to figure out how to answer them.'
Unexpectedly, Jordan thought that I would acquiesce if I didn't open my mouth. "Other people's flowers can't be collected." He said. "If you like it, I'll buy it for you every day."
With that, he threw the big bouquet of roses into the dustbin and looked at Liam innocently. "It accidentally fell in, I'm sorry!"
Liam was tongue-tied. This is the first time that Ivelle has seen such an entertaining scene.
"Those who don't like it will refuse as soon as possible and come back early. I'll wait for you at home and our child!" Jordan's voice did not sound different as soon as he finished speaking to Ivelle.
Jordan looked at Liam and his eyes fell on the gift box in Liam's hand. He slightly paused and said. "Mr. Weld also brought dessert? It just so happens that I didn't eat much just now. Would you mind giving me a taste of this dessert that you just brought?"
Before Liam agreed, he took the gift box and carried it directly into the villa.
He was bold as brass!
Apart from these four words, Ivelle really can't think of a better word to describe how brazen Jordan is whenever he's jealous.
Jordan left and the air became a bit easy to breathe in. She looked at Liam and took the initiative to open her mouth first and speak. "You like to squat at other people's door?"
Since Ivelle met him, almost every time, he has been waiting in front of her house. She suspected that this is one of his hobbies.
He raised his eyebrows, ignored her sarcasm, looked at Ivelle, and smiled. "I just wanted to see you, so I came to you."
She pursed my lips. She knew that Liam was so good at a computer that she didn't think much about how he found her. Ivelle wasn't surprised and just said. "If there's anything you want to say, just let me know!"
"Come back to Primrose with me!"
Ivelle frowned. "Liam, aren't you busy now? Aside from the fact that she can't find a reason to go back with him, she doesn't want to go back. How is he going to go back like nothing happened? The Weld family recognized him and how could he just go?
It's the same thing as for every family.
"Are you reluctant to give up Jordan?" He squinted his eyes as his muscular body leaned against the car like a model.
She almost laughed and said silently. "He is my husband and it is normal for me to be reluctant to give him up. Liam, I have said that as long as you do not affect my normal life, I can allow you to hang around me, but can you be more normal instead of sloshing around?"
Every time he was with her, he either talked to Jordan or made Ivelle quarrel with her husband.
"Take a gamble!" He took the cigarette case out of his pocket, fixed his eyes on her belly, paused, and stuffed the cigarette back, and said. "In less than a month, you and Jordan will be separated, and then you and I will go back to Primrose."
Ivelle really doesn't know where he got his confidence. "Liam, I don't know why you are pestering me like this, but let me tell you this, I really hate you pestering me like this. You will affect and cause me a lot of troublesome things, I am very confused."
"Without Jordan, this kind of confusion will not exist!" He spoke casually.
Ivelle was so angry that she almost wanted to grab his hair. This man didn't make any sense at all. She suppressed the anger in her heart and said directly. "Okay, you can do whatever you like!"
Then, she went back to the villa.
Across the brick path in the courtyard near the gate of the villa, the gift box brought by Liam was miserably thrown aside. The dessert inside looked like it had been bitten and it seemed that it was disliked by Jordan and the taste was not good.
'Jordan is really cruel.'
After walking a few steps, Ivelle caught a glimpse of a gilt in the cake. She couldn't help but be stupefied. She went over and picked up the cake again.
She took out the necklace of a silver flying fish inside.
"For something worth more than a hundred dollars, is it worth rummaging through the garbage?" In her ear, she heard Jordan's voice. It was cold and could slice the thin air.
She ignored it, picked up the necklace, and wiped the cream off with a paper towel. It wasn't really worthless.
When she was about 14 years old and was in the second year of junior high school, she was still very vague about beauty. Many girls in her class like to wear ornaments on their hands or necks like adults.
In fact, these things are not expensive. It was basically more than a dozen dollars and is a little more expensive, but more than a dozen dollars at that time is actually a very expensive price for her.
Even if she likes to wear these things, she won't ask her grandmother for money to buy them. Later, Ivelle secretly went to help her uncle in the school canteen to move things. She had an income of about five dollars at that time and there was a stalemate for a month.
Later, she thought her leg was hurt and her grandmother almost found out what she did, so she didn't go.
In a month, Ivelle saved about 200 dollars and spent more than 100 dollars on this necklace, it was just sterling silver but it has a sentimental value on her. With the rest of the money left, she bought a belt for Liam and a ring for sewing clothes for my grandmother.
Later, she didn't wear this necklace long before she lost it. She was so devastated for it was the first time she wore something so expensive but she lost it before she wore it for a few days.
She once felt that I was not fit to wear these expensive things. Until now, she chose not to wear necklaces and rings. She subconsciously felt that she did not deserve to wear very expensive things.
What Ivelle really didn't expect is that after so many years, the necklace would still be found. She was a little happy and entered the villa. She couldn't help thinking that since Liam gave back her lost necklace, it would be nice if she would be a little lenient on him.
When she thought of this, Ivelle looked at the dark-faced Jordan. "Where are the boxes of these cakes just now?"
He frowned, his face was very unhappy as he irritatedly answered her. "In the trash can!"
Ivelle ignored his disgruntled face, looked at all the trash bins in the villa, and saw that he had thrown them into the trash cans in the kitchen.
She couldn't help squatting down to find it.
He grabbed his wrist. "Do you care so much about what he gives you?"
She jerked away from his hand and didn't explain about the necklace. She just said dismissively. "It's not what you think."
Ivelle rummaged through the trash can and took the bag out. She opened it and sure enough, there was a belt that seemed to be well preserved. She went on going through the trash again. Since the necklace and belt were sent by him, the ring Ivelle gave to her grandmother should also be there.
She turned the bag over but still couldn't find it.
She got up to turn over the cake left at the door again. Jordan pressed Ivelle on the sofa rudely. "Ivelle, that's enough!"
