###Chapter 523 Divorce Certificate – Part 2
"Mr. Astley!" Looking at Linda and Ivelle lying on the ground, Felix pinched his eyebrows and seemed to have a headache.
"Find a hotel to set her up or find a way to send her back." Jordan opened his mouth to order Felix. He jerked Ivelle up and left them there.
She was still a little confused but followed him and said, "Jordan, what are you doing?"
Without saying a word, he pushed her directly into the car. After starting the car engine, he began to race it directly. The window was opened and the cold wind had poured in, which made her more and more nauseous.
She got sick in her stomach. Ivelle tugged at Jordan's sleeve and told him to stop the car and get out and retch directly against the flower bed by the side of the roadside.
With an extra bottle of water in front of her, she was relieved and gargled right after. And his helpless voice came from her ear saying, "Are you still uncomfortable?"
She just shook her head and still felt a little dizzy. Ivelle got up and was hugged by him but she was subconsciously trying to push him away. After tossing about for a long time, after the drunkenness, she did not have the strength to struggle so she just half-closed her eyes and let him hold her.
He took her into the car. Ivelle leaned against the car with her stamina up, she did not want to move anymore. The window was rolled up, so she closed her eyes a little sleepy. After a while, she fell shallowly asleep.
When she was conscious and finally awake, she found herself lying on the bed of the hotel and the sound of water came from the bathroom. She paused for a moment. Her head was a little dizzy and her body was out of control. Ivelle knew that she had been brought by Jordan and she did not have to worry too much.
She wanted to get up and got herself ready to go, but she struggled for a while. She did not have any strength and her head was so dizzy that she felt sick. She found that every time she finished drinking. She was very sober, but her body was out of control.
When the bathroom door was opened, Jordan came out with only a bath towel wrapped around his waist. Water droplets still hung on his body. When he saw that Ivelle was awake, he took an indifferent look and said, "Are you already awake?"
She nodded in response and laid on the bed. She unconsciously pulled the quilt and in a hindsight, she found that her clothes had been taken off.
For a moment, she stared at him and said angrily, "Jordan, you are despicable! You know I am drunk, you also-"
He looked over and raised his eyebrows. So she asked, "What else happened to me?"
Ivelle froze and looked at his expression. She was not sure whether he had done anything to her. She was stunned and asked again, "Did you do that to me?"
He tugged at the towel, wiped his dripping hair, and picked his eyebrows, "That?"
She knew that he did it on purpose. Seeing this, she stopped talking and wrapped herself in a quilt. She simply asked, "Where are my clothes?"
He stopped wiping his hair and looked at her, as indifferent as ever. He said, "Shouldn't you ask me about my clothes, too?"
"So, where are your clothes?" There was a strong smell of alcohol in that room. His clothes and hers were not there. She was not sure. Did she just do something?
He threw the towel aside, leaned closer to me, and raised his eyebrows. "Full-body customization. A set of $180,000 plus mental loss of $2 million, what are you going to do with it?"
"What?" She was still a little confused but she knew what he was talking about the $2 million.
"You threw up all over me, don't you remember? Do you want me to transfer the surveillance for you to see it yourself?" The smell that belonged to him surrounds her. It was the familiar and overbearing scent. As ever.
Ivelle subconsciously wanted to avoid it, but he had forced her into a corner and had nowhere to hide nor an escape from him.
"Did I throw up again?" She felt sick in her stomach when she leaned against the car, but then she fell asleep again and she did not remember much aside from it.
He did not open his mouth and his handsome brow was raised, with some self-evident arrogance.
Maybe it was because she fell asleep or threw up when she was in pieces. She was a little unsure but seeing that none of their clothes were in the room, he would not lie to her.
After a pause, Ivelle was a little worried. She looked at him and said, "Is it really that much for the mental damage I had caused?"
She knew that his clothes were customized, basically because they are big and prominent brands. And he would not wear them again if she spits them up, but would the mental loss be a bit exaggerated?
He raised his eyebrows and looked lightly. "My meeting is worth $10 million. Do you think I am too much?"
Him?
"But I didn't know you were going to have a meeting, and I didn't know you were coming. Besides, I didn't ask you to come." After that, she mumbled things to herself more and more.
Her salary was only a few thousand dollars a month, so where could she get the $2 million for him?
He exclaimed, "If you say so, I shouldn't keep your number on my phone? I shouldn't take your calls anymore?"
Ivelle bowed her head and said, "I didn't ask you to answer it either." Thinking of the picture of him holding Linda that noon, she could not help saying, "Yes, I disturbed your elegant time with her in the middle of the night. I really shouldn't have called you out."
"Ivelle, are you full of poop in your head?" He opened his mouth and attacked her straightforwardly.
She frowned and looked at him, probably because she had had a drink, but her grievances poured out for a moment. "Yes, my mind is full of poop and your brain is full of gold. She is smart and beautiful, she has the body and talent, she is good at everything while I am not. I am not good at anything! She is worthy of you. Why don't you go and choose her instead? I did not ask you to come!"
As she said that, she could not help but feel uncomfortable. She bowed her head and held back her tears. Everyone blamed her. They blamed her for pushing him away and blamed her for being ungrateful. But in the beginning, she was hurt because she lost their child. She was full and was eaten with resentment and grievance that all the contradictions were borne by her.
Without hearing and feeling his movement, Ivelle looked up and saw his deep black eyes looking at her, motionless.
She was stunned and avoided his eyes, but he caught her on the chin and forced her to look him in the eye. "Why are you provoking me with her? You know that there is nothing between me and her, and it is your wishful thinking that you want to push me to her. I just followed your wish. Shouldn't you be happy? Why did you start blaming me instead? You can't get over the hurdle in your heart. I'll wait. I'll give you time. Even if it's a lifetime or so, I can afford to wait. If you could not let go for the rest of your life, I'll be right here, just waiting for you."
"I didn't ask you to wait!" Looking at him, Ivelle exclaimed and her eyes were a little red. "I said, I don't need you to wait. Yes, I pushed you to Linda intentionally and I was really unhappy, but so what? Time is the best medicine. I'm just worried that after I find someone, I'm willing to keep, I'll be entangled and it would affect me. So what's wrong with pushing you to her? In the future, we all have lovers to match each other that was really fated for us, and it's best if we don't affect or keep in touch with each other anymore! I didn't want you to answer the call last night, and I didn't want you to come. I didn't mean to spit on you. I naturally accept that you want me to lose money, but I can't get $2 million for no reason. Jordan, why do you have to be so oppressive? You also said that if we want to divorce after many years later, I will still naturally have each other's common property. But I don't want your Astley family's half-share and I've contacted my lawyer and transferred it back to you."
