###Chapter 545 Camping Trip – Part 2
###Chapter 545 Camping Trip – Part 2
For a moment, Grace Cross frowned, since what she wanted to do was not what Director Linda Kent wanted. It didn't matter who owned the bracelet. She frowned when she saw Jordan Astley suddenly held Linda.
There were a lot of people watching the commotion with growing suspicion.
Ivelle probably guessed what Jordan was going to do. He pulled Linda and looked at Ivelle with a bit of cold disappointment.
"Boss Astley," Linda was puzzled as she looked up at him. Her eyes were pitiful and particularly distressing.
"It's yours, so keep it on!" Jordan spoke in a low and magnetic voice with a hint of support.
With that, he slowly put the bracelet back on Linda's wrist. He held her hand while saying in a soft and low voice. "Wear it well. Since it's given to you, it's yours. Don't take it off easily."
Linda would not have thought that Jordan would be like this all of a sudden. For a moment, his face, which had been a little pale with anger, had turned red and shy, with a hint of delight.
"Jordan said that you..." Grace was so angry that she was ready to beat people up.
William Preston, who had been dealing with the barbecue grill, came over. He indifferently pulled her and said, "Didn't you want to see the stars at night? If this goes, it will probably rain later. Would you rather see dark clouds and lightning?"
With that, he pulled Grace, took away the knife from her hand, and handed it to Ivelle.
Ivelle was stunned as she looked up to William and expressed her side, "This is their own business, so they should solve this among themselves!"
She was confused as to why she was dragged on to this.
She couldn't help looking at everyone. For a moment, everyone seemed to think that she had instructed Grace to make trouble.
She wanted to explain but when she thought about it, she decided to just give it up. When it came to these kinds of things, the more one explained, the more one would seem guilty.
After having a faint glance at Jordan, Linda looked at Ivelle arrogantly while deliberately showing the bracelet. Her intentions were clearly demonstrated.
Ivelle pursed her lips and said nothing more as she turned to the place where she accepted Grace's task for her to cut vegetables.
Everyone also went back to their posts and continued to do their own things, but there were some speculations in their minds.
Cassandra washed the dishes, brought it to Ivelle, looked at her, and whispered, "Ivelle, didn't you say you were married? How can you have anything to do with Boss Astley and them?"
She looked in the direction of William and Grace, then said, "Also, I always thought Boss Preston had feelings for you. Now, he and Grace seem to have a special relationship. What's going on? What happened all this time?"
Seeing her curious, Ivelle couldn't help laughing and said, "You have so many questions that I can't answer them all at once!"
Cassandra thought for a moment and said, "Then, answer this first. What is your relationship with Jordan Astley?"
"I just realized that the way he looks at you is different. Is it possible that you are former lovers!" Jacintha Madeley also leaned over to listen to gossip.
Sure enough, women were never resistant to gossip.
"What former lovers? She is the wife who got married to him by a matchmaker, but he is just currently fascinated with that smelly woman!" Grace followed while still feeling angry.
Just then, they stared at Ivelle, "So you are Jordan's wife?"
At this point, without any clear explanations, Ivelle was afraid that there would be more misunderstandings and contradictions. She stopped her actions and said, "I'm an ex-wife. We're divorced."
"Bullshit!" Grace said, "Obviously you individually talked about divorce, but Jordan didn't agree at all!"
Jacintha smoked at the corner of her mouth and said, "Then what is your relationship now? What's the deal with Director Linda?"
"Oh, it's very complicated how your relationships are!" Cassandra said, "Here are the new lover and old lover together in one place. It's so awkward. I think they just set up a tent. I thought they were lovers, so it was normal to stay in one. Now it seems that they are going to stay together for two nights. Ivelle, it must be so awkward for you!"
Ivelle smiled and said, "Don't worry about it. I don't worry about it. They're just fine about it, too!"
"Damn it, Ivelle! He is such a good diamond bachelor. It seems there's nothing amiss with you to push them together like this, aren't you?"
"That's right!"
Jacintha and Cassandra each said a word, particularly surprised.
Ivelle had no choice but to tell them, "If you continue to gossip here, you will have to stay up until the middle of the night. If it rains, it will be because of the wrong that you do."
"Don't worry, it won't rain. I saw the weather forecast!" Grace was not afraid to open her mouth.
"People are not as good as angels! Anyway, everything is almost ready. Take these and roast them." Ivelle handed Grace the cut potatoes and melons then urged her to roast them.
Jacintha was called away by her boyfriend. Cassandra crouched next to Ivelle and muttered to her about Linda. "I heard that Jordan's company is in the capital. You always said you were in A city. I thought you were from this side. I didn't think you were from the capital. But I'm a little curious. Is Director Linda the reason why you separated?"
Ivelle shook her head and strung the potato chips together with a signature. "Very often, many couples who separate from each other have nothing to do with outsiders. Most of the time, it is the husband and wife themselves who have problems!"
Cassandra nodded with a bit of loneliness on her face. "Indeed that when it comes to people, it's hard to say. When I got married, I married him with joy and hope of a beautiful future, but I didn't think of these things as much later on. It all became my hell. Sometimes I want to escape, but I can't escape."
Ivelle couldn't help looking at her and said with a smile, "Hey, are we still talking about me or you?"
Shrugging her shoulders and showing some helplessness on her chubby face, Cassandra said, "It is true that happy families are all the same and unhappy families are just different."
Ivelle nodded and saw Grace ran towards her with a plate in her hand. "Come on, I'll give you two special roast meat. Taste it!"
Looking at the meat on the plate, Cassandra said, "Didn't you bring much meat this time?"
Grace shook her head. "No. There are a lot of them, but we divided the work and let Linda wash and marinate. As a result, she couldn't do it all. Jacintha just went back to get it, got a little bit out first, and then tried something fresh."
Sure enough, anyone just needed time to be understood. Just now, Ivelle thought she was warm and generous, but now she began to dislike her.
Grace nodded, looked at them, and said, "By the way, what were you two talking about? I see you guys are having a good conversation."
"Housework!" Ivelle prepared the food and handed it to her. "These are ready to be roasted. Take it to them."
Grace took it over and said with a gossiping face, "What kind of household chores? Let me hear it!"
