###Chapter 546 Camping Trip – Part 3
With that, a pair of eyes stared eagerly at Cassandra, as if she wouldn't go if she didn't say it.
Cassandra said helplessly, "It's just the trouble we have us, married women. You haven't fallen in love yet, so you couldn't have possibly experienced it."
She chuckled, then exhaled, "What do you mean I can't relate to it? I've never eaten pork but I've seen a pig run! By the way, I heard you were going to get a divorce. What's going on?"
Ivelle didn't know much about Cassandra, and now Grace said Ivelle just knew it so she couldn't help looking at her.
Cassandra sighed and said, "We have been quarreling for several months. After six years of marriage, I am responsible for all the expenses, food, and clothing of the children. It is true that the child is mine. Even if I raise the child on my own, I will have nothing else to say. But now, the marriage is just like a widow. I almost died in Venezuela. I couldn't get in touch with anyone for such a long time. He didn't even have a phone call or a message for me. What's the point of living with such a person? When I came back from Denmark, he left the child with my mother-in-law. He said he was going out to start a business and took away all his family savings. Now, no one knows where he is. I think there's nothing to look forward to anymore. All I want to do is have a divorce!"
Grace nodded and sighed, "This kind of marriage is really meaningless, so it's better not to tie the knot!"
With that, she looked at Ivelle and said, "Ivelle, you are not the same with her. Jordan is a good man who is not short of money or love. No matter how big the gap is between you, the two of you should sit down calmly and talk to one another. What's wrong with returning to the same beautiful life?"
As she turned to Ivelle again, Ivelle got up, took the washed food from her hand, and said, "Come on, let's go roast some small dishes!"
Grace followed behind, chattering, "Ivelle, aren't you interesting? You're just running away."
Ivelle ignored it and went to the barbecue grill. Several other people were roasting and everyone else was chatting.
Seeing Grace, Jacintha handed Ivelle a bunch of roasted leeks, "What's the matter? What's the scoop?"
Grace slapped her mouth and said, "I'm giving her a diplomatic lesson!"
With that, she looked at Linda, and Ivelle didn't know what else happened to her. She said, "If you don't know anything, you will be duller. If your skills are so good, then what else do you eat? It's best to eat men!"
For a moment, everyone was a little embarrassed. Linda looked a little pale for a moment, and the meat she sent to her mouth was neither chewed nor swallowed.
"All right, let's go and take out the seat cushion. The moon and stars in the sky are so beautiful. You must enjoy such a beautiful place. Don't spoil the fun!"
Cassandra said, pulling Grace to move the cushion, as William and Jacintha's boyfriend also followed since the two men were strong and convenient.
Jacintha approached Ivelle and wondered, "Aren't you embarrassed?"
Ivelle was stupefied and said, "What's to be awkward about?"
"Your ex-husband and his new girlfriend are here. When you say that you don't care, it's ridiculous."
Ivelle smiled, looked up at the stars and moonlight overhead, and said, "I think there are more things which deserve our attention more than the gossip, like the moonlight and stars."
Seeing that Ivelle changed the subject, Jacintha flipped her mouth. They moved all the cushions out, and everyone laid on the cushions together, looking at the stars.
Jacintha and her fiance, William and Grace, Jordan and Linda, were all a couple.
Fortunately, Cassandra and Rafaela were with Ivelle, so she was at ease. When Ivelle was lying down, she didn't pay much attention to Jordan and Linda who were lying beside her, as she leaned against Jordan.
For a moment, it was somewhat awkward, but luckily there was Cassandra to chat with, so it was all right.
"At that time in our university, groups of people really liked going on camping and climbing mountains. Now when I think about those days, I really think it's extremely beautiful!" Cassandra sighed, "In just a blink of an eye, more than a decade has passed!"
"Yes, I'm almost thirty!" Grace opened her mouth and sighed, "Last time I remember, I am still a child. How come I have reached the stage of having children!"
Ivelle looked at the vast stars, took a deep breath, and said, "Don't groan that time is changing. People go to school when it's time to go to school, get married when it's time to get married, have children when it's time to have children, as to how our ancestors also have lived for so many years. It's not that they haven't thought about living their own lives, but maybe they've tried the freedom we yearn for, and in the end, it may be worse than getting married and having children."
Grace nodded and looked at Rafaela. "Rafaela, aren't you studying theology? How do Christians view the lives of living beings?"
Rafaela stared at the sky for a while, then faintly said, "Life and death are destined. We carry with us the sufferings of the ones that have gone before us, too."
"God sure is garrulous!" Grace muttered, tilting her mouth as she looked at William. She suddenly smiled and said, "Boss Preston, do you have any feelings?"
"No!" William opened his mouth deeply and looked at the starry sky with cold eyes.
"Hiss!" Linda suddenly got up, covered her stomach, looked pained, and said, "I have a stomachache!"
Jordan frowned, "What's the matter?"
"I don't know. It hurts all of a sudden. I may have eaten something bad. I'll go first. Excuse me!" With that, she clutched her stomach and left.
Watching her run to the end of the vast prairie, everyone laughed. The prairie was vast, and there was nothing to hide around it. She had to run a little further to find a convenient place.
After all, they went camping, and so they didn't think too much about things like these.
Grace smiled and approached Ivelle. "I'm sure she won't be able to look at the stars tonight."
"What's the matter?" Seeing her mysterious face, Ivelle couldn't help asking.
She smiled mischievously and said, "Well, she really knows nothing although she pretends to be high-minded. There's no space for suffocating people like her here!"
Looking at the cunning look on her face, Ivelle probably guessed something and couldn't help saying, "What did you let her eat?"
Grace shrugged. "I put some chocolate in the milk she just drank."
Ivelle didn't understand. "Can milk and chocolate cause diarrhea?"
She nodded. "Yes. She will not die! It's just diarrhea, so it's all right."
Okay!
"Look, there's a meteor!" Someone shouted with joy, and for a moment everyone looked at the sky.
Sure enough, several meteors passed through the starry sky.
"Don't be in a daze and make a wish!" Grace closed her eyes, closed her hands, and made a wish very seriously.
Ivelle did not smile as she subconsciously looked in the direction of Jordan. His eyes met hers so she was stupefied for a moment.
She did not think that he would look at her at this time, with his pair of black eyes which are both dark and bright, with a bit of coldness and arrogance.
Just for a moment, she looked away and imitated Grace to close her eyes and make a wish. In fact, it was not about the wish, but that Jordan looked at her, which made her heart more or less out of order.
